技术领域
本发明涉及一类厨具,尤其是涉及一类铝合金炊具新型组合锅底。
背景技术
传统炊具的材质大都为铝合金,并且底部均采用磨底或车削设计,这样便带来了一些负面效应,例如铝合金锅底易于氧化、加热时,由于底部厚度小,不能进行充分的热吸收,造成大量热能损耗、用于电磁灶上后,部分不能导磁或其导磁效率低下等。随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对炊具的要求也越来越高,传统的设计已越来越不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够解决上述问题的铝合金炊具新型组合锅底。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种铝合金炊具新型组合锅底,其特征在于包括:铝合金煲身底座和复合双层金属片,所述复合双层金属片与铝合金煲身底座钎焊连接。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述复合双层金属片包括置于上层的铝金属夹板层和置于下层的不锈铁金属覆底片。
进一步,铝合金煲身底座为拉伸结构或压铸结构等工艺形式。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明作为一种铝合金炊具新型组合锅底,由于锅底采用了由铝金属夹板层和不锈铁金属覆底片组成的复合双层金属片设计,一方面增加了铝合金锅底的抗氧化功能;另一方面,使得导磁和导热功能大大增强,改善了导磁和热能吸收利用效率;此外,此发明还具有节省能源、使用寿命长等优点。

具体实施方式
参照图1一种铝合金炊具新型组合锅底,包括铝合金煲身底座1和复合双层金属片2,所述复合双层金属片2与铝合金煲身底座1钎焊连接。
如图1所示,作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述复合双层金属片2包括置于上层的铝金属夹板层21和置于下层的不锈铁金属覆底片22。
此外,铝合金煲身底座1为拉伸结构或压铸结构等工艺形式。
如图1所示,本发明属于一种铝合金煲、锅,其锅底由三层金属层复合而成,包括铝合金煲底、铝金属夹板层和不锈铁金属覆底片,锅体由铝合金压铸或拉伸而成,由于在煲底下增加了复合双层金属片的设计,本发明不仅可以很好地保护铝合金锅底不被氧化,而且增大了导磁和导热功能,比市面上采用冷压覆底工艺制造的产品热能效率提高约20%。
以上对本发明的较佳实施进行了具体说明,当然,本发明还可以采用与上述实施方式不同的形式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下所作的等同的变换或相应的改动,都应该属于本发明的保护范围内。

- 一种铝合金炊具新型组合锅底,其特征在于包括:铝合金煲身底座(1)和复合双层金属片(2),所述复合双层金属片(2)与铝合金煲身底座(1)钎焊连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金炊具新型组合锅底,其特征在于:所述复合双层金属片(2)包括置于上层的铝金属夹板层(21)和置于下层的不锈铁金属覆底片(22)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金炊具新型组合锅底,其特征在于:铝合金煲身底座(1)为拉伸结构或压铸结构等工艺形式。
