Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif électrique-électronique pour la surveillance intelligente de valves à déplacement linéaire (1), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un capteur (2) et un corps (3) d'électrovalve avec connexion électrique (4), le fonctionnement du capteur (2) étant notamment basé sur la détection de la position de l'actionneur, lequel est relié à l'axe (5) d'actionneur, qui, à son tour, répète le mouvement de montée et descente du diaphragme lors d'une mise sous pression. Lorsque la valve s'ouvre, l'axe (5) d'actionneur pénètre dans le noyau d'une bobine (6) de solénoïde, modifiant ainsi le champ électromagnétique formé à l'intérieur. Le capteur (2) est doté d'une signalisation de la position de la valve, et notamment d'une signalisation mécanique de position avec indicateur jaune (7). Intérieurement, il possède un ressort (9) qui vient appuyer sur l'élément de signalisation mécanique (8) et sur l'axe (5), transmettant ainsi le mouvement de montée de l'axe à l'élément de signalisation (8). Le dispositif comprend sept DEL (10) qui indiquent, selon la couleur de la lumière émise, la position ouverte ou fermée de la valve. Il comporte en outre trois boutons (11) magnétiques avec deux pôles magnétiques Nord (12) et Sud (13) facilitant l'activation des boutons magnétiques, ainsi qu'un afficheur (14) de signalisation.
