Abstract

The invention relates to a chair/deck chair/camping cot device, having four functions: that of a conventional chair, a deck chair, a camping cot entirely in a horizontal position, as well as a camping cot in a position in which the head of the cot is inclined. Said device is compact, space-saving, and easy to store and transport. The device consists of a frame (6) consisting of five parts (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) each connected by a pair of click-clack hinges (7) enabling unfolding and folding, and a controlled angular position facilitating the desired adjustment of the head of the cot (1) and of the backrest (2), the assembly comprising the frame (6) resting on a set of four legs (8) (9) (10) (11) onto which a canvas (14) and a headrest (15) are attached, wherein legs (9) and (10) are telescopic. The unfolding is carried out as follows: the assembly of parts (4) and (5) is horizontally unfolded, legs (9) (10) and (11) are unfolded, the assembly of parts (1) and (2) is unfolded, legs (8) are unfolded, part (1) is unfolded, part (5) is unfolded.
