Abstract

Selon l'invention, les broches sont placées dans le plâtre dans les mêmes emplacements et directions que ceux/celles attendu(e)s recevoir l'implant (fig. 11). Le procédé radiographique acrylique est réalisé sur le plâtre. L'ensemble est mis dans la bouche (fig. 14) et la section est filmée en trois dimensions (3D). La photo est étudiée par ordinateur par l'intermédiaire du programme Ezimplant-Dental3D. Nous modifions les entrées et les axes si nécessaire et prenons les dimensions et filmons le résultat au moyen de l'imprimante (fig. 15, 16). Les entrées et les axes de l'implant sont modifiés conformément à l'étude. Nous décidons du nouvel endroit sur le plâtre (fig. 17). Nous perçons l'endroit des nouveaux implants sur le même ancien plâtre par utilisation de l'appareil de « Dr. Imad Haidar » après avoir mis le conducteur à l'endroit de l'ancienne broche (fig. 22) pour connecter les informations, et après avoir réalisé la sonde chirurgicale (fig. 28).
