电冷外罩
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电冷外罩, 尤其涉及一种方便携带适应于物体外 表的电冷外罩体。
背景技术
现有的制冷装置多种多样, 有冰箱、 冷柜, 主要是形成一个密封 的冷冻空间, 将需要被冷藏的物价放置于该冷冻空间内被保存; 制冷 装置也有空调、冷气扇这种, 通过改变某一特定空间中的空气温度来 使环境温度保持在一定水平,从而给生产生活带来便利。但一般来说, 不管是冰箱、 冷柜还是空调、 冷气扇, 携带不方便, 且比较耗能, 相 对现实生活中有时候只是需要进行局部特定时间的降温来说,会比较 浪费能源以及携带起来不够方便,或者是因为不同的物体需要不同的 冷却方式, 现有的制冷装置却不能普遍适应, 改造起来麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种方便携带、 适 应性广、 耗能较低的电冷外罩。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采用了下述技术方案:
这种电冷外罩, 包括有罩体, 所述的罩体上设置有冷气管道, 冷 气管道的另一端设置有制冷装置。
所述的罩体外一端连接设置有外部连接管道,所述的制冷装置与 外部连接管道相通。
所述的制冷装置包括有外壳体,设置于外壳体中的制冷器和制冷 介质。
所述的制冷器是电风扇或者制冷机。
所述的制冷介质是冰块或者干冰。
在所述的制冷装置的外壳体上设置有供制冷介质进入的入口。 在所述的制冷装置的外壳体上设置有与制冷介质入口相对应的 供介质余渣倒出的出口。
所述的冷气管道整体呈若干连续的 s形排列。
所述的罩体是保温材料制成的夹层,所述的冷气管道设置于保温 材料的夹层中间, 是若干并列排布的散热金属丝。
所述的罩体是毯状或者是罩体状,在连接处设置有粘接尼龙搭扣 或者连接暗扣。
通过上述技术方案, 从而本发明具有下述有益效果:
1.由于是罩体, 可以根据需要被冷却的物体表面形状而制作成各 种不同的形状以及形式, 适用性广, 且为了更为贴合物体外表, 还可 以使用外加的固定装置;
2.制冷介质可以是冰块或干冰, 可方便获得以及添加或者去除, 制冷器是风扇, 功率较小, 节省能耗, 且容易携带。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图, 对本发明作出进一步的说明。
如图 1至 2所示, 这种电冷外罩, 包括有罩体 1, 所述的罩体中 设置有冷气管道 2, 所述的冷气管道整体呈若干连续的 S形排列, 冷 气管道在罩体外的一端连接设置有外部连接管道 3, 所述外部连接管 道的另一端设置有制冷装置 4; 具体来说, 所述的制冷装置包括有外 壳体 42, 设置于外壳体中的制冷器 44和制冷介质 45; 具体来说, 所 述的制冷器是电风扇, 所述的制冷介质是冰块或者干冰, 在所述的制 冷装置的外壳体上设置有供制冷介质进入的入口 46以及与制冷介质 入口相对应的供介质余渣倒出的出口 48, 出口与入口上都可以设置 活塞。
如图 3-4所示, 所述的罩体是保温材料 5制成的夹层, 在保温材 料的夹层中间设置有若干散热金属丝 6作为冷气管道,在罩体的下部 设置有制冷装置 7,制冷装置中可以装设许多的冰块作为制冷介质 (未 图示), 然后通过风扇将冷空气吹进散热金属丝进行热交换, 保证保 温材料在一定的冷温度下, 同样, 也可以在制冷装置上设置有供制冷 介质或者其余渣进出的进口与出口 (未图示)。
当然所述的制冷介质还可以是干冰, 或者所述的冷气管道也可以 设置于保温材料的夹层中, 所述的罩体是毯状或者是罩体状, 在连接 处设置有粘接尼龙搭扣或者连接暗扣以适应不同的需要被冷却的物 体外表。
在使用的时候, 可以将需要被冷却的物品置于该电冷外罩底下或 者上部, 也可以裹于电冷外罩中, 无论是农产品还是林产品或者是渔 业产品,都可以用这种电冷外罩来覆盖进行降温;或者是诸如像冰柜、 冰箱这种制冷物体外表面也可覆盖上这种电冷外罩来实现热的平衡 以及节省能耗; 甚至还可以作为普通的被子或者毯子来给人体降温。
与现有技术相比, 由于是罩体, 可以根据需要被冷却的物体表面 形状而制作成各种不同的形状以及形式, 适用性广, 且为了更为贴合 物体外表, 还可以使用外加的固定装置; 同时制冷介质可以是冰块或 干冰, 可方便获得以及添加或者去除, 制冷器是风扇, 功率较小, 节 省能耗, 且容易携带, 甚至用电池就可以驱动, 随时随地方便使用。
Claims
1. 一种电冷外罩, 包括有罩体, 其特征在于: 所述的罩体上设置有 冷气管道, 冷气管道的另一端设置有制冷装置。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电冷外罩, 其特征在于: 所述的罩体外一端 连接设置有外部连接管道, 所述的制冷装置与外部连接管道相通。
3. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的电冷外罩, 其特征在于: 所述的制冷装 置包括有外壳体, 设置于外壳体中的制冷器和制冷介质。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的电冷外罩, 其特征在于: 所述的制冷器是电 风扇或者制冷机。
5. 如权利要求 3所述的电冷外罩, 其特征在于: 所述的制冷介质是 冰块或者干冰。
6. 如权利要求 3所述的电冷外罩, 其特征在于: 在所述的制冷装置 的外壳体上设置有供制冷介质进入的入口。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的电冷外罩, 其特征在于: 在所述的制冷装置 的外壳体上设置有与制冷介质入口相对应的供介质余渣倒出的出

8. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的电冷外罩, 其特征在于: 所述的冷气管 道整体呈若干连续的 S形排列。
