Abstract

Die Steuereinrichtung einer Ausbaueinhert im Streb eines Bergwerks zur Betätigung der hydraulischen Kraftgeber im Sinne des Raubens, Schreitens, Setzens besitzt eine Vielzahl von Hauptventilen zur Verbindung der Kraftgeber der Ausbaueinheit mit einer Hauptdruckleitung und einer Hauptrücklaufleitung und eine ebensolche Vielzahl von Vorsteuerventilen, welche jeweils einem Hauptventil zur Verstellung zugeordnet und über eine allen Vorsteuerventilen gemeinsame Vorsteuerdruckieitung mit der Hauptdrucklertung und über eine den Hauptventilen und den Vorsteuerventilen gemeinsame Rücklaufleitung mit der Hauptrücklaufleitung verbunden sind. Die Vorsteuerdruckieitung (13) ist absperrbar und die Rücklaufleitung (9) zur Hauptrücklaufleitung (5) hin sperrbar und mit einer Messeinrichtung (20) zur Messung von austretender Hydraulikflüssigkeit verbindbar. Durch selektive Sperrung bzw. Öffnung der Vorsteuerdruckieitung (13) kann die innere Leckage des Ventilblocks getrennt für die Hauptventile und die Vorsteuerventile ermittelt werden. Die Messeinrichtung (20) kann ein Strömungsmesser oder sonstiger Durchflußmengenmesser sein; der in einem Bypass angeordnet ist. Düren Einstellung eines Rückschlagventils (22) im Bypass wird erreicht, dass die Rücklaufleitung (9) nur bei Überschreiten eines Grenztdrucks, der Bypass dagegen immer, also auch bei Sperren der Druckleitung durchströmt ist
