本发明第三实施例针对移动设备接收到呼叫时，接收表示接受或拒绝的操 作信息， 当接受时退出媒体播放状态， 切换到电话呼入的通信界面， 当拒绝时 继续媒体播放状态， 取消叠加显示。 与现有技术相比， 在移动设备接收到呼叫 时，媒体播放不会立即暂停或停止，保证了移动设备上媒体播放免受干扰的同 时又不会错过通信信息。
可选地， 在上述第三实施例中， 步骤 302可以省略， 将 303修改为， 当接收 到表示接受的操作信息且接收到的业务类型是呼叫时， 退出媒体播放状态， 切 换到接通呼叫的界面， 将步骤 304修改为当接收到表示拒绝的操作信息时， 继 续媒体播放状态， 取消叠加显示。
如果在媒体播放状态， 移动设备接收到短消息， 多媒体消息， 电子邮件， 即时消息中的至少一种时， 参阅图 4, 本发明信息提示的方法的第四实施例包 括：
401、 在媒体播放界面上叠加显示短消息， 多媒体消息， 电子邮件， 即时 消息中的至少一种对应的发送方的标识或发送方的标识关联的识别信息。
402、 接收表示接受或拒绝的操作信息， 若是接受， 执行 403 , 若是拒绝， 执行 404。
403、 继续媒体播放状态， 叠加显示所述短消息， 所述多媒体消息， 所述 电子邮件或所述即时消息的内容。
404、 继续媒体播放状态， 取消叠加显示。
本发明第四实施例针对移动设备接收到短消息， 多媒体消息， 电子邮件， 即时消息中的至少一种时，接收表示接受或拒绝的操作信息， 当接受时继续媒 体播放状态， 叠加显示所述短消息， 所述多媒体消息， 所述电子邮件或所述即 时消息的内容， 当拒绝时继续媒体播放状态，取消叠加显示。与现有技术相比， 在移动设备接收到短消息，多媒体消息，电子邮件，即时消息中的至少一种时， 可以直接通过叠加显示查看所述短消息， 所述多媒体消息， 所述电子邮件或所 述即时消息的内容，保证了移动设备上媒体播放免受干扰的同时又不会错过通 信信息。
可选地， 在上述第四实施例中， 步骤 402可以省略， 将 403修改为， 当接收
到表示接受的操作信息时， 继续媒体播放状态， 叠加显示所述短消息， 所述多 媒体消息， 所述电子邮件或所述即时消息的内容， 将 404修改为当接收到表示 拒绝的操作信息时， 继续媒体播放状态， 取消叠加显示。 为便于理解，下面以一具体的应用场景对上述实施例中描述的信息提醒的 方法进行详细描述， 具体的： 用户汤姆正在用手机看视频时来电话了，本发明实施例的提示方法在此应 用场景中的具体体现如下： 移动设备获取网络侧发送的来电信息，来电信息中携带着发送方的电话号 码， 如发送方的电话号码是 13800000000, 移动设备获取到发送方的电话号码 后，在本地保存的联系人中查找， 查找到该电话号码是已存储的联系人史蒂芬 的号码. 接下来判断是否处于媒体播放状态， 经过判断， 处于媒体播放状态。 获取汤姆与史蒂芬的通信记录， 汤姆和史蒂芬在一周内有五次通话记录， 根据汤姆和史蒂芬的通信频率， 一周内有五次通话记录是经常联系的联系人， 设置史蒂芬信息的叠加显示的次数为 10次， 单次显示时间为 2秒。 在媒体播放界面上叠加显示史蒂芬的姓名和有电话进入的符号， 叠加显 示以滚动的形式出现， 在屏幕下方滚动提示汤姆， 史蒂芬来电话了， 如果汤姆 选择接听电话，移动设备获取到表示接受的按键指令信息，退出媒体播放状态， 切换到电话呼入的通信界面。如果汤姆拒绝接听电话，移动设备获取到表示拒 绝的按键指令信息，、 继续媒体播放状态， 取消叠加显示。 如果汤姆既不接听， 也不拒绝， 那么跑马灯滚动提示 10次后消失。 如果在此应用场景中，移动设备获取网络侧发送的是短信信息， 只有在汤 姆选择接受短信时，移动设备获取到表示接受的按键指令信息， 继续媒体播放 状态， 滚动显示短信信息的内容， 其他步骤都是相同的。 如果移动设备获取到的电话号码 13800000000, 在本地联系人中没有存 储， 移动设备视其为陌生人电话， 在设置叠加显示次数和时间时， 只会设置显
示次数为 1次或 2次， 单次显示时间也只会在 1秒或 1秒以内。 本应用场景只是以呼叫和短信为例来进行说明， 实际上，也可以是多媒体 消息， 电子邮件， 即时消息中的至少一种， 其具体实现方式与短信信息相同， 在此不做详细说明。 下面介绍本发明实施例中的移动设备实施例， 请参阅图 5 , 本发明实施例 中的移动设备包括：
接收单元 501 , 用于接收呼叫， 短消息， 多媒体消息， 电子邮件或即时消 息；
判断单元 502,用于在所述接收单元 501接收到呼叫，短消息，多媒体消息， 电子邮件， 即时消息中的至少一种时， 判断是否处于媒体播放状态； 状态时，在媒体播放界面上按照预设策略叠加显示接收到的所述呼叫， 所述多 媒体消息， 所述短消息， 所述电子邮件， 所述即时消息中的至少一个所对应发 送方的标识或发送方的标识关联的识别信息。
本实施例中的移动设备， 当接收单元 501接收到呼叫， 短消息， 多媒体消 息， 电子邮件或即时消息中的至少一种时， 判断单元 502判断是否处于媒体播 放状态， 若是在媒体播放状态，在媒体播放界面上按照预设策略叠加显示接收 到的所述呼叫， 所述多媒体消息， 所述短消息， 所述电子邮件， 所述即时消息 中的至少一个所对应发送方的标识或发送方的标识关联的识别信息。本发明实 施例提供的移动设备，可以在媒体播放状态时在播放界面上叠加显示收到的通 信信息， 实现了移动设备上媒体播放免受干扰的同时又不会错过通信信息。
参阅图 6, 本发明实施例的移动设备的第二实施例包括：
接收单元 601、判断单元 602与上述实施例相同，本实施例不再做详细描述： 显示单元 603 ,还用于接收单元 601接收到的业务类型是短消息， 多媒体消 息， 电子邮件， 即时消息中的至少一种时， 叠加显示所述短消息， 所述多媒体 消息， 所述电子邮件或所述即时消息的内容；
操作接收单元 604, 用于接收表示接受或拒绝的操作信息；
第一处理单元 605，用于当所述操作接收单元 604接收到表示接受的操作信
息且所述操作接收单元 604接收到的业务类型是呼叫时， 退出媒体播放状态， 切换到接通呼叫的界面； 当所述操作接收单元 604接收到表示接受的操作信息 且所述接收单元 601接收到的业务类型是短消息， 多媒体消息， 电子邮件， 即 时消息中的至少一种时， 继续媒体播放状态， 并触发所述显示单元 603叠加显 示所述短消息， 所述多媒体消息， 所述电子邮件或所述即时消息的内容。
所述第一处理单元 601 ,还用于当所述操作接收单元 604接收到表示拒绝的 操作， 继续媒体播放状态， 取消所述显示单元的叠加显示。
第二处理单元 602, 用于当所述接收单元 601接收到的业务类型是短消息， 多媒体消息， 电子邮件， 即时消息中的至少一种时， 触发所述显示单元 603叠 加显示所述短消息， 所述多媒体消息， 所述电子邮件或所述即时消息的内容。
本发明实施例中的移动设备，在上述实施例的基础上，操作接收单元 604, 接收表示接受或拒绝的操作信息， 当所述操作接收单元 604接收到表示接受的 操作信息且所述操作接收单元 604接收到的业务类型是呼叫时， 退出媒体播放 状态， 切换到接通呼叫的界面； 当所述操作接收单元 604接收到表示接受的操 作信息且所述接收单元 601接收到的业务类型是短消息， 多媒体消息， 电子邮 件， 即时消息中的至少一种时， 继续媒体播放状态， 并触发所述显示单元 603 叠加显示所述短消息，所述多媒体消息，所述电子邮件或所述即时消息的内容， 当所述接收单元 601接收到的业务类型是短消息， 多媒体消息， 电子邮件， 即 时消息中的至少一种时，第二处理单元 602触发所述显示单元 603叠加显示所述 短消息， 所述多媒体消息， 所述电子邮件或所述即时消息的内容。 本发明实施 例提供的移动设备，可以在媒体播放状态时在播放界面上叠加显示收到的通信 信息， 实现了移动设备上媒体播放免受干扰的同时又不会错过通信信息。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步 骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成，该程序可以存储于一计算机可读 存储介质中， 存储介质可以包括： ROM、 RAM, 磁盘或光盘等。
以上对本发明实施例所提供的信息提醒的方法以及移动设备进行了详细 施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想； 同时，对于本领域
的一般技术人员，依据本发明的思想， 在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改 变之处， 综上所述， 本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。
Claims
1、 一种信息提示的方法， 其特征在于， 包括：
当移动设备接收到呼叫， 短消息， 多媒体消息， 电子邮件， 即时消息中的 至少一种时， 判断是否处于媒体播放状态；
若是，在媒体播放界面上按照预设策略叠加显示接收到的所述呼叫， 所述 多媒体消息， 所述短消息， 所述电子邮件， 所述即时消息中的至少一个所对应 发送方的标识或发送方的标识关联的识别信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法， 其特征在于，
在媒体播放界面上叠加显示接收到的所述呼叫， 所述短消息， 所述多媒体 消息， 所述电子邮件， 所述即时消息中的至少一个所对应业务类型以及发送方 的标识或发送方的标识关联的识别信息之后， 还包括：
所述移动设备接收表示接受或拒绝的操作信息；
当接收到表示接受的操作信息且接收到的业务类型是呼叫时，退出媒体播 放状态， 切换到接通呼叫的界面。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法， 其特征在于，
在媒体播放界面上叠加显示接收到的所述呼叫， 所述短消息， 所述多媒体 消息， 所述电子邮件， 所述即时消息中的至少一个所对应业务类型以及发送方 的标识或发送方的标识关联的识别信息之后， 还包括：
所述移动设备接收表示接受或拒绝的操作信息；
当接收到表示接受的操作信息且接收到的业务类型是短消息， 多媒体消 息， 电子邮件， 即时消息中的至少一种时， 继续媒体播放状态， 叠加显示所述 短消息， 所述多媒体消息， 所述电子邮件或所述即时消息的内容。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法， 其特征在于，
在媒体播放界面上叠加显示接收到的所述呼叫， 所述短消息， 所述多媒体 消息， 所述电子邮件， 所述即时消息中的至少一个所对应业务类型以及发送方 的标识或发送方的标识关联的识别信息之后， 还包括：
所述移动设备接收表示接受或拒绝的操作信息；
当接收到表示拒绝的操作信息， 继续媒体播放状态， 取消叠加显示。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述方法还包括： 当接收到的业务类型是短消息， 多媒体消息， 电子邮件， 即时消息中的至 少一种时， 还叠加显示所述短消息， 所述多媒体消息， 所述电子邮件或所述即 时消息的内容。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一所述的方法， 其特征在于：
所述预设策略包括： 叠加显示的次数， 叠加显示的时间长度和叠加显示在 所述媒体播放界面上的位置。
7、 一种移动设备， 其特征在于， 包括：
接收单元， 用于接收呼叫， 短消息， 多媒体消息， 电子邮件或即时消息； 判断单元， 用于在所述接收单元接收到呼叫， 短消息， 多媒体消息， 电子 邮件， 即时消息中的至少一种时， 判断是否处于媒体播放状态； 时，在媒体播放界面上按照预设策略叠加显示接收到的所述呼叫， 所述多媒体 消息， 所述短消息， 所述电子邮件， 所述即时消息中的至少一个所对应发送方 的标识或发送方的标识关联的识别信息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的移动设备， 其特征在于， 还包括：
操作接收单元， 用于接收表示接受或拒绝的操作信息；
第一处理单元，用于当所述操作接收单元接收到表示接受的操作信息且所 述操作接收单元接收到的业务类型是呼叫时， 退出媒体播放状态，切换到接通 呼叫的界面；当所述操作接收单元接收到表示接受的操作信息且所述接收单元 接收到的业务类型是短消息， 多媒体消息， 电子邮件， 即时消息中的至少一种 时， 继续媒体播放状态， 并触发所述显示单元叠加显示所述短消息， 所述多媒 体消息， 所述电子邮件或所述即时消息的内容。
9、根据权利要求 8所述的移动设备， 其特征在于， 第一处理单元还用于当 所述操作接收单元接收到表示拒绝的操作， 继续媒体播放状态，取消所述显示 单元的叠加显示。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的移动设备， 其特征在于， 还包括： 第二处理单元， 用于当所述接收单元接收到的业务类型是短消息， 多媒体 消息， 电子邮件， 即时消息中的至少一种时， 触发所述显示单元叠加显示所述 短消息， 所述多媒体消息， 所述电子邮件或所述即时消息的内容。
