本实用新型涉及一种吹风机的集风嘴, 特别涉及一种表面具有风槽和发 夹的集风嘴。 背景技术
吹风机是人们日常必备的生活用品, 现有的吹风机的结构主要由壳体、 风扇马达、 发热丝组成。 壳体上设有一管状主体, 其一端为出风口, 另一端 为进风口, 进风口处设有滤网面罩, 风扇马达位于进风一侧的主体内, 通过 风扇叶片转动达到吸、 吹风的操作, 使进风得以顺中空管形向出风口一侧排 出, 发热丝位于出风口处的一侧, 发热丝与设置在壳体上的开关电连接, 通 过开关控制吹风机的冷、 热风及风速的切换选择。 现有的吹风机一般都在吹 风机上装有一个集风嘴, 在集风嘴上设有一个扁形状吹风出口或者是圆形状 吹风出口或其它形式的集风嘴, 但现有的集风嘴都存在一些不足, 比如头发 容易滑脱等缺点。
在使用心有的吹风机时, 通常需要一手抓住头发特别是发梢, 一手拿起 吹风机对准抓起的头发进行吹风, 然而当使用较高的热风来吹头发时, 难以 避免的会将吹风机发出的热风吹到抓着头发的手上, 从而造成手部灼伤。 同 时由于吹风嘴只具有一个出风口, 其只能提供单一方向的热风, 当需要吹干 的头发重叠较厚时, 通过吹风嘴的风难以将其快速吹干, 这种缺陷在使用这 种吹风机进行头发定型时尤为明显, 由于无法快速吹干, 头发的定型效果不 佳, 并且需要定型的头发也比较容易滑脱。 发明内容
本实用新型的目的之一在于提供一种吹风机的集风嘴, 其具有一组表面 设有一组风槽的出风筒, 可以提供多方向的吹风, 从而方便快速吹干头发及 定型。
本实用新型的目的之二在于提供一种吹风机的集风嘴, 其末端具有一个 发夹, 用于夹持头发或发梢, 从而避免吹风时对手部的灼伤。
本实用新型的目的之三在于提供一种吹风机的集风嘴, 其出风筒的外表 面设有一个定位器, 用于防止吹风过程中头发滑落。
本实用新型的目的之四在于提供一种吹风机的集风嘴, 其可拆卸的连接 在吹风机的出风口处,并通过一个锁位器来控制集风嘴与吹风机的固定连接。
为了实现上述目的, 本实用新型公开了一种集风嘴, 其包含以下结构: 一组出风筒, 所述出风筒为中空结构, 其内部设有贯穿所述出风筒的风 道, 其外表面上设有一组与所述风道相互连通的风槽, 所述各出风筒依次首 尾相连从而使得所述各出风筒内部的各风道相互连通;
一个连接座, 所述连接座为环形, 其第一端的内壁上设有定位连接槽以 可拆卸地连接所述吹风机的出风口, 其另第二端连接该组出风筒的一端
一个发夹, 其连接该组出风筒未与连接座相连的一端。
以下, 将通过具体的实施例做进一歩的说明, 然而实施例仅是本实用新 型可选实施方式的举例, 其所公开的特征仅用于说明及阐述本实用新型的技 术方案, 并不用于限定本实用新型的保护范围。 附图说明

根据本实用新型的权利要求和说明书所公开的内容, 本实用新型的技术 方案具体如下文所述。
如图 1所示, 本实用新型的集风嘴包含以下结构:
一组出风筒 1, 所述出风筒 1为中空结构, 其内部设有贯穿所述出风筒 1的风道 11, 其外表面上设有一组与所述风道 11相互连通的风槽 12, 所述 各出风筒 1依次首尾相连从而使得所述各出风筒 1 内部的各风道 11相互连 通;
一个连接座 2,所述连接座 2为环形,其第一端 21的内壁上设有定位连 接槽以可拆卸地连接所述吹风机的出风口,其另第二端 22连接该组出风筒 1 的一端
一个发夹 3, 其连接该组出风筒 1未与连接座 2相连的一端。
在一个优选实施例中, 所述出风筒 1为圆筒状结构, 其直径依次递减并 且所述各出风筒 1 的圆筒状结构等高。 所述风槽 12设在所述出风筒 1 的外 表面上, 并沿圆筒状结构的母线分布。
所述各出风筒 1按照直径依次递减的顺序, 依次相连并且同轴, 从而形 成阶梯状结构。所述直径最大的出风筒 1的一端连接所述连接座 2的第二端 22, 所述直径最小的出风筒 1的一端连接所述发夹 3。
在另一优选实施例中, 所述出风筒 1 为圆台状结构, 其下底面 13的直 径依次递减以及其上底面 14的直径依次递减, 并且所述各出风筒 1 的圆台 状结构等高。 所述风槽 12设在所述出风筒 1 的外表面上, 并沿圆台状结构 的母线分布。
按照所述各出风筒 1下底面 13直径依次递减的顺序, 依次连接各出风 筒 1的上底面 14和相邻出风筒 1的下底面 13, 从而形成阶梯状结构, 其中 所述各出风筒 1 同轴, 并且相互连接的出风筒 1 的上底面 14的直径大于或 等于相邻出风筒 1的下底面 13。 所述下底面 13直径最大的出风筒 1的下底 面 13连接所述连接座 2的第二端 22, 所述上底面 14直径最小的出风筒 1 的上底面 14连接所述发夹 3。
在上述优选实施例中, 无论是所述圆筒状的出风筒 1还是圆台状的出风 筒 1, 各出风筒 1相连后都要形成一个直径逐渐递减的近似圆锥形的形状, 即从连接座处延伸縮小到发夹处,从而提供一个方便头发定型的吹风筒形状。 同时, 所述各出风筒 1 是同轴的, 并且各内部风道 11相互连通, 从而保证 从吹风机吹出的风可以依次穿过各吹风筒 1的通道 11,畅通无阻的从各吹风 筒 1的表面风槽 12吹吹出。
如图 2所示, 为了在吹风机使用过程中, 特别是使用吹风机来定型头发 的过程中, 可以有效避免头发滑落, 所述集风嘴进一歩包括一个定位器 4, 其为螺旋结构, 从所述连接座 2处开始围绕所述各出风筒 1外表面延伸至所 述发夹 3。
所述定位器 4实质是一个突起在所述各出风筒 1外表面的螺旋结构, 其 环绕各吹风筒 1延伸。 优选地, 每一个所述吹风嘴 1上分布特有一个螺旋结 如图 2和 3所示, 本发明的集风嘴是可拆卸的连接固定在吹风机上, 所 述出风筒 1旋转连接所述连接座 2并在外力作用下围绕所述连接座 2转动。 在使用过程中, 利用所述发夹 3夹持头发并在旋转所述出风筒 1带动夹持头 发的发夹 3转动, 从而利于出风筒吹出的热风穿过头发以充分吹干头发。 在 吹干头发的过程中, 如需将头发定型吹干, 此时需要出风筒 1相对静止, 因 此所述连接座 2上进一歩设有一个锁合器 20, 其用于锁定所述出风筒 (1 ), 避免其在头发定型过程中旋转。
当所述锁合器 20处于打开状态时, 所述出风筒 1在外力作用下带动连 接其上的发夹 3围绕所述连接座 2转动。当所述锁合器 20处于关闭状态时, 所述出风筒 1被锁定在所述吹风机上, 无法在外力作用下带动连接其上的发 夹 3围绕所述连接座 2转动。
其中, 所述集风嘴和所述吹风机采用旋转方式连接, 即所述集风嘴的连 接器的内壁上设有螺紋, 其与吹风机出风口表面的螺紋相互啮合, 二者通过 顺时针逆时针的转动, 可以实现分离连接。 其中, 所述锁合器 20 的末端具 有一组凹凸结构, 其与吹风机出风口上的一组凹凸结构相互啮合。 在旋转所 述集风嘴, 将其与吹风机相连接后, 将所述锁合器 20置于打开状态, 此时 所述锁合器 20被推离所述吹风机的出风口处, 二者之间的凹凸结构相互分 离, 此时集风嘴与吹风机之间没有定位, 故所述出风筒 1将会在外力作用下 围绕所述连接座 2旋转, 此后将所述锁合器 20置于关闭状态, 即所述锁合 器 20被推至与所述吹风机的出风口处相接, 二者之间的凹凸结构相互啮合, 此时集风嘴与吹风机相互定位, 所述出风筒 1将会被锁定, 其无法在外力作 用下旋转, 从而在头发定型过程中保证头发相对静止。
上述内容为本实用新型的具体实施例的例举, 对于其中未详尽描述的设 备和结构, 应当理解为采取本领域已有的通用设备及通用方法来予以实施。

开的技术方案的改进应当认为是没有超出本实实用新型权利要求书及说明书 所公开的范围。
Claims
1、 一种吹风机的集风嘴, 其特征在于, 包含以下结构:
一组出风筒 (1), 所述出风筒 (1) 为中空结构, 其内部设有贯穿所述出风 筒 (1) 的风道 (11), 其外表面上设有一组与所述风道 (11)相互连通的风 槽 (12), 所述各出风筒 (1) 依次首尾相连从而使得所述各出风筒 (1) 内 部的各风道 (11)相互连通;
一个连接座 (2), 所述连接座 (2) 为环形, 其第一端 (21) 的内壁上设有 定位连接槽以可拆卸地连接所述吹风机的出风口, 其另第二端 (22)连接该 组出风筒 (1) 的一端;
一个发夹 (3), 其连接该组出风筒 (1) 未与连接座 (2)相连的一端。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的集风嘴, 其特征在于, 所述出风筒 (1)为圆筒状结 构, 并且其直径依次递减;
所述各出风筒 (1) 按照直径依次递减的顺序, 依次相连并且同轴, 从而形 成阶梯状结构;
所述直径最大的出风筒 (1) 的一端连接所述连接座 (2) 的第二端 (22), 所述直径最小的出风筒 (1) 的一端连接所述发夹 (3)。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的集风嘴, 其特征在于, 所述各出风筒 (1) 的圆筒状 结构等高。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的集风嘴, 其特征在于, 所述各出风筒 (1) 的外表面 设有定位器。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的集风嘴, 其特征在于, 所述出风筒 (1)为圆台状结 构, 并且其下底面 (13) 的直径依次递减以及其上底面 (14) 的直径依次递 减;
按照所述各出风筒 (1) 下底面 (13) 直径依次递减的顺序, 依次连接各出 风筒 (1) 的上底面 (14) 和相邻出风筒 (1) 的下底面 (13), 从而形成阶 梯状结构, 其中所述各出风筒 (1 ) 同轴, 并且相互连接的出风筒 (1 ) 的上 底面 (14) 的直径大于或等于相邻出风筒 (1 ) 的下底面 (13);
所述下底面 (13) 直径最大的出风筒 (1 ) 的下底面 (13) 连接所述连接座
(2) 的第二端 (22), 所述上底面 (14) 直径最小的出风筒 (1 ) 的上底面
( 14) 连接所述发夹 (3)。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的集风嘴, 其特征在于, 所述各出风筒 (1 ) 的圆台状 结构等高。
7、 如权利要求 3或 6所述的集风嘴, 其特征在于, 进一歩包括一个定位器 (4), 其为螺旋结构, 从所述连接座 (2) 处开始围绕所述各出风筒 (1 ) 外 表面延伸至所述发夹 (3)。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的集风嘴, 其特征在于, 所述出风筒 (1 ) 旋转连接所 述连接座 (2) 并在外力作用下围绕所述连接座 (2) 转动。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的集风嘴, 其特征在于, 所述连接座 (2) 上进一歩设 有一个锁合器 (20), 其用于锁定所述出风筒 (1 )。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的集风嘴, 其特征在于, 当所述锁合器(20) 处于打 开状态时, 所述出风筒 (1 ) 在外力作用下带动连接其上的发夹 (3) 围绕所 述连接座(2)转动; 当所述锁合器(20)处于关闭状态时, 所述出风筒(1 ) 被锁定在所述吹风机上, 无法在外力作用下带动连接其上的发夹 (3) 围绕 所述连接座 (2) 转动。
