Abstract

본 발명의 일측면은 중량%로, 망간(Mn): 8~15%, 구리(Cu): 3% 이하(0%는 제외)를 포함하고, 탄소(C)의 함량은 33.5C+Mn≥25 및 33.5C-Mn≤23을 만족하며, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 연성이 우수한 오스테나이트 강재를 제공함으로써, 망간 대비 탄화물 형성 억제에 유리한 Cu를 첨가하고 탄소와 망간의 함량을 적절히 제어함에 따라, 오스테나이트를 안정화시키고 오스테나이트 입계에 네트웍 형태의 탄화물 발생을 억제시켜 연성 및 내마모성을 향상시키면서 경제성도 우수하게 확보할 수 있다.
