　以下、本発明の一実施形態について、添付図面を参照しつつ説明する。
　本実施形態に係る靴は、図１乃至図４に示すように、足が挿入される内部空間Ｓを囲う袋状の形体を有するアッパー１１と、このアッパー１１の下側に配置される靴底２０と、アッパー１１に靴底２０を着脱可能に取り付けるためのスライドファスナー３０とを備える。
　アッパー１１は、内部空間Ｓに挿入された足が載る底部１２と、底部１２の周縁から立ち上がり、上部に開口を有する覆い部１３とを備えた袋状に形成されている。具体的に、本実施形態のアッパー１１は、適宜形状に裁断された甲革を袋縫いすることにより形成されている。このアッパー１１の素材としては、天然皮革、人工皮革、合成皮革等の革が用いられる。また、アッパー１１の素材としては、革以外に、布帛（織物等）、合成樹脂シート等が用いられてもよい。このような素材で構成されるアッパー１１は所定の柔軟性を有する。このため、アッパー１１には、後述するようなタイプの異なる靴底２０、２０ａ、２０ｂ、…（図６Ａ及び図６Ｂ参照）を取り付けることが可能である。また、アッパー１１の素材として、ゴアテックス（登録商標）等の防水性を有するものが用いられてもよい。アッパー１１がこのような素材によって形成されると、内部空間Ｓ内への水の浸入が防がれる。即ち、アッパー１１が袋状の形態を有するため、当該アッパー１１を構成する素材の選択によって容易に防水効果が得られる。
　アッパー１１の内部空間Ｓ中において、底部１２の上側には、中敷（いわゆるインソール）４０が配置される。この中敷４０は、内部空間Ｓに挿入された足の裏と接する部材であり、アッパー１１の底部１２の形状を保つ等の役割も有する。中敷４０の素材としては、紙板、天然皮革、人工皮革、合成皮革、布帛（織物等）、合成樹脂シート、ゴムシート、フェルトシート等が用いられる。
　本実施形態のアッパー１１は、上記のように１枚の甲革により形成されているが、甲革の内側の一部または全面にライニング（裏張り）１５が貼り付けられてもよい（図５Ａ参照）。この場合、底部１２ではライニング１５の上側に中敷４０が配置される。このライニングの素材としては、薄手の天然皮革、人工皮革、合成皮革、布、トリコット、メリヤス、起毛布、ＥＶＡ等、またはこれらの素材間のラミネートや、ＥＶＡ（エチレンビニルアセタート）やウレタン等の樹脂フォーム等とのラミネート等が用いられる。
　また、アッパー１１は、底部１２を含めて一枚の甲革によって形成される必要はなく、底部がいわゆる中底１６として他の部位（甲材）と異なる部材によって構成されてもよい（図５Ｂ及び図５Ｃ参照）。
　アッパー１１の底部１２の下面（底部下面）１２ａには、雄の面ファスナー片１４ａが設けられている。この雄の面ファスナー片１４ａは、靴底２０に設けられた雌の面ファスナー片１４ｂと共に面ファスナー１４を構成する。この面ファスナー１４は、一対の面ファスナー片１４ａ、１４ｂが互いに着脱可能に係合することにより、対向するアッパー１１の底部下面１２ａと靴底２０の上面２１とを着脱可能に接続する。
　雄の面ファスナー片１４ａは、アッパー１１の底部下面１２ａにおいて、内部空間Ｓに挿入された足の土踏まずに対応する部位を挟んでつま先側の部位とかかと側の部位とに取り付けられる（図２Ａ参照）。即ち、靴１０を使用者が履いて歩行等を行ったとき（靴を使用したとき）に、最も荷重がかかる部位に雄の面ファスナー片１４ａが取り付けられている。本実施形態では、雄の面ファスナー片１４ａは、接着によってアッパー１１の底部下面１２ａに取り付けられているが、縫い付け等の他の取り付け手段により取り付けられてもよい。
　尚、底部下面１２ａにおける雄の面ファスナー片１４ａの設けられる部位の具体的構成は限定されない。例えば、本実施形態では、雄の面ファスナー片１４ａが底部下面１２ａにおけるつま先側とかかと側との２箇所に設けられているが、これに限定されず、つま先側とかかと側とのいずれか一方に設けられてもよく、底部下面１２ａの全域に設けられてもよい。また、アッパー１１に雌の面ファスナー片１４ｂが設けられ、靴底２０に雄の面ファスナー片１４ａが設けられてもよい。
　靴底２０は、靴１０において最も下側に配置され、使用時に地面と接する部材である。この靴底２０は、当該靴底２０がアッパー１１に取り付けられたときにアッパー１１の底部下面１２ａが接する上面（靴底上面）２１をその上端部に有する。
　この靴底上面２１には、アッパー１１の底部下面１２ａに設けられた雄の面ファスナー片１４ａと対応する部位に雌の面ファスナー片１４ｂが取り付けられている。本実施形態の靴底上面２１においては、土踏まずに対応する部位を挟んだつま先側の部位とかかと側の部位との２箇所に雌の面ファスナー片１４ｂが設けられている。
　靴底２０の素材としては、天然ゴムや合成ゴム、ポリウレタン、塩化ビニル、ＥＶＡ、ポリアミイド、ポリエチレン、ポリカーボネート等の発泡体又は非発泡体が用いられる。また、靴底２０の素材として、天然皮革、コルク、木材、セルロース複合体等が用いられてもよい。
　スライドファスナー３０は、靴底２０の周縁部をアッパー１１の下部（底部１２）に着脱可能に接続するためのものであり、一対のファスナーテープ３１、３１と、スライダー３２とを有する。本実施形態のスライドファスナー３０は、アッパー１１に靴底２０が取り付けられた状態で靴底２０の周縁部とアッパー１１の下部の周縁部とをつなぐように設けられる。
　各ファスナーテープ３１には、それぞれ複数の務歯（エレメント）３１ａ、３１ａ、…が間隔をおいて並ぶように設けられている。対向するファスナーテープ３１の務歯３１ａ同士が噛み合い、又は噛み合いが開放されることにより、スライドファスナー３０の開閉が行われる。即ち、スライドファスナー３０では、ファスナーテープ３１、３１間が開いている状態からスライダー３２を動かせば、対向するファスナーテープ３１の務歯３１ａ同士が互いに噛み合ってスライダー３２を動かした位置までファスナーテープ３１間が閉まる。また、ファスナーテープ３１間が閉まっている状態（即ち、対向するファスナーテープ３１の務歯３１ａ同士が噛み合った状態）からスライダー３２を動かせば、対向する務歯３１ａ同士の噛み合いが開放されてスライダー３２を動かした位置までファスナーテープ３１間が開く。
　一対のファスナーテープ３１、３１のうち、一方のファスナーテープ３１は、靴底２０の周縁部に沿って取り付けられる（図１及び図４参照）。具体的に、ファスナーテープ３１は、靴底２０の上面２１を囲むようにして当該靴底２０の周縁部に沿って取り付けられる。本実施形態のファスナーテープ３１は、靴底２０の周縁部に縫い付けられる。
　他方のファスナーテープ３１は、アッパー１１において、靴底２０に取り付けられた一方のファスナーテープ３１と対応する位置に取り付けられる（図１、図２Ａ乃至図３参照）。具体的に、ファスナーテープ３１は、アッパー１１の底部１２を囲むように覆い部１３にほぼ全周に亘って配置されると共に、靴底２０に取り付けられたファスナーテープ３１と対応する位置であってアッパー１１の下部に縫い付けられる。
　このように構成されるスライドファスナー３０を開閉することで、アッパー１１から靴底２０を取り外すことができ、又は、靴底２０をアッパー１１に取り付けることができる。
　尚、本実施形態のファスナーテープ３１，３１は、アッパー１１又は靴底２０に縫い付けられているが、接着等によって取り付けられてもよく、その両方であってもよい。また、ファスナーテープ３１は、アッパーを構成する甲材の下端部に一体的に形成されてもよい（図５Ｃ参照）。この場合、アッパー１１は、下端部にファスナーテープ３１が一体に形成された甲材と、この甲材に縫い付けられる中底１６とにより形成される。
　以上のような靴１０によれば、スライドファスナー３０の開閉操作によってアッパー１１から靴底２０全体を容易に取り外し、又は容易に取り付けることができる。このため、靴底２０のいずれの部位に損傷等が生じても靴底２０を容易に交換することができる。これにより、靴底２０においてかかと部分以外の部分が損傷等しても、靴１０全体の買い換えや靴屋等へ修理に出す必要がなくなる。
　更に、アッパー１１を痛めることなく、靴底２０の汚れを容易に洗浄することが可能となる。即ち、アッパー１１から靴底２０を取り外して、アッパー１１と靴底２０とを別々に洗うことが可能となる。例えば、アッパー１１が天然皮革の場合には、従来の靴では衛生面上などの観点から靴底２０を洗いたいといった需要に対して靴底２０のこまめな洗浄が困難であったが、当該靴１０によれば、靴底２０を取り外して靴底２０のみをこまめに洗浄することが可能となり、衛生面上の効果とアッパー素材の保護を兼ね備えた靴１０を提供することができる。また、例えば、アッパー１１が布帛等で代表されるウォッシャブル素材の場合には、アッパー１１のみを洗浄して、より快適なアッパー環境の提供が可能となる。
　しかも、内部空間Ｓに挿入された足のほぼ全周に亘ってアッパー１１と靴底２０とがスライドファスナー３０により接続されているため、歩行時においてアッパー１１が屈曲されたときに、かかと部分においてアッパー１１と靴底２０とが引き離されるのが効果的に防止される。従って、面ファスナーのみによってアッパーと靴底とが着脱可能に構成された靴に比べて、アッパー１１と靴底２０とが離間し難い。
　また、アッパー１１に対して靴底２０自体を着脱できるため、使用者の嗜好や使用目的に合わせて素材の異なる靴底やタイプの異なる靴底、例えば、ゴム底からコルク素材の靴底への交換や、本実施形態のようなヒールの低い靴底２０からヒールの高い靴底２０ａやスポーツ用のゴム底（ゴム製の靴底）２０ｂへの交換も可能となる（図２Ａ、図６Ａ及び図６Ｂ参照）。具体的には、一つのアッパー１１に対して、複数のタイプの靴底２０、２０ａ、２０ｂ、…が用意される。これら各靴底２０、２０ａ、２０ｂ、…には、それぞれアッパー１１に取り付けられたファスナーテープ３１と対応するファスナーテープ３１が周縁部に沿って設けられる。その上面には、アッパー１１の底部下面１２ａに設けられた雄の面ファスナー片１４ａと対応する部位に雌の面ファスナー片１４ｂが設けられている。そして、使用者等がその目的に合わせたタイプの靴底（例えば、２０ａ）を選択し、スライドファスナー３０を開閉して靴底の交換（靴底２０から靴底２０ａへの交換等）を行う。このとき、靴底２０からヒールの高さ等が異なる靴底２０ａに交換されても、アッパー１１は、上記のように所定の柔軟性を有する（変形自在な）ため、各靴底上面の形状にアッパー１１の底部１２を沿わすことができる。即ち、靴底２０の上面２１が地面等に沿って比較的平らに構成されているのに対し、靴底２０ａの上面２１ａがかかとが高い位置となるように比較的勾配のある傾斜面となっている。このような場合でも、アッパー１１が靴底２０の形状に容易に沿う。
　また、アッパー１１が所定の柔軟性を有するため、当該アッパー１１と対応するサイズの靴底２０以外に、この靴底２０よりも１サイズか２サイズ程度異なる大きさの靴底を取り付けることもできる。
　本実施形態の靴１０には、アッパー１１と靴底２０との間に面ファスナー１４が設けられているため、アッパー１１に対して靴底２０がスライドファスナー３０によって取り付けられるのに加え、面ファスナー１４によってアッパー１１の底部下面１２ａと靴底上面２１とが接続される。これにより、当該靴１０の使用時において、靴底上面２１に沿った方向のアッパー１１と靴底２０との相対移動をより確実に防止することができる。
　また、面ファスナー１４が設けられることにより、靴底２０をアッパー１１に取り付けるときに、アッパー１１の底部１２へ靴底２０を仮止めすることができる。これによりアッパー１１に対して靴底２０が位置決めされてスライドファスナー３０によるアッパー１１への靴底２０の取り付けがより容易になる。
　また、当該靴１０の使用時に使用者等からの荷重が大きく加わる部位、即ち、土踏まずに対応する部位を挟んでつま先側の部位とかかと側の部位とに面ファスナー１４がそれぞれ設けられているため、靴底上面２１に沿った方向のアッパー１１と靴底２０との相対移動がより効果的に阻止される。
　尚、本発明の靴は、上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において種々変更を加え得ることは勿論である。
　上記実施形態の靴１０では、スライドファスナー３０が外部から見える状態で設けられているが、スライドファスナー３０が外部から見えないように構成されてもよい。例えば、靴１１０は、図７Ａ及び図７Ｂに示すように、アッパー１１に靴底２０が取り付けられた状態でスライドファスナー３０を外側から覆う目隠し部材１７を備えてもよい。このように目隠し部材１７が設けられることにより、外部から見えないようにスライドファスナー３０を隠すことができる。
　具体的に、目隠し部材１７は、アッパー１１の表面に沿った形状を有すると共に、下端部がスライドファスナー３０の下端部又は靴底２０の側面に位置するような上下方向の長さを有する。この目隠し部材１７は、上端部がアッパー１１に縫い付けられ、下端部の裏面に雄又は雌の面ファスナー片１８ａを有する。一方、靴底２０に取り付けられたファスナーテープ３１又は靴底２０の側面には、目隠し部材１７下端の面ファスナー片１８ａと対応する面ファスナー片１８ｂが設けられている。この面ファスナー片１８ａ、１８ｂ同士を係合させることにより、靴１１０を使用するときに目隠し部材１７がめくれ上がることが防止される。尚、目隠し部材１７と靴底２０とに面ファスナー片１８ａ，１８ｂが設けられなくてもよい。このような構成であっても、目隠し部材１７は、スライドファスナー３０を隠すことができる。
　上記実施形態の靴１０は短靴であるが、これに限定されず、ブーツ等であってもよい。
　また、上記実施形態の靴１０では、アッパー１１の底部下面１２ａと靴底上面２１とが面ファスナー１４によって接続されているが、図８に示すように、この面ファスナー１４がなくてもよい。即ち、スライドファスナー３０のみで、アッパー１１と靴底２０とが接続されていてもよい。また、アッパー１１の底部下面１２ａと靴底２０の上面２１とを接続するための手段として、面ファスナー１４の代わりに他の接続手段が設けられてもよい。
　［実施形態の概要］
　以上の実施形態をまとめると、以下の通りである。
（１）本実施形態では、足が挿入される内部空間を囲う袋状の形体を有するアッパーと、前記アッパーの下側に配置される靴底と、前記靴底を前記アッパーに対して着脱可能にするスライドファスナーと、を備え、前記スライドファスナーは、前記靴底の周縁部と前記アッパーの下部の周縁部とをつなぐように設けられる。
　この構成によれば、スライドファスナーの開閉操作によってアッパーから靴底全体を容易に取り外すことができ、又は取り付けることができる。このため、靴底のいずれの部位に損傷等が生じても靴底を容易に交換することができる。これにより、靴底においてかかと部分以外の部分が損傷等しても、靴全体の買い換えや靴屋等へ修理に出す必要がなくなる。
　しかも、内部空間に挿入された足のほぼ全周に亘ってアッパーと靴底とがスライドファスナーにより接続されているため、歩行時においてアッパーが屈曲されたときに、かかと部分においてアッパーと靴底とが引き離されるのが効果的に防止される。従って、面ファスナーのみによってアッパーと靴底とが着脱可能に構成された靴に比べて、アッパーと靴底とが離間し難くなる。
　また、アッパーに対して靴底自体を着脱させる構成であるため、使用者の目的に合わせてタイプの異なる靴底、例えばローヒールの靴底からハイヒールの靴底への交換が可能となる。即ち、アッパーは変形自在なので異なるタイプの靴底を取り付けることができる。また、アッパーが変形自在に構成されることで、当該アッパーに対して、歩行時に屈曲し易い靴底と屈曲し難い靴底とのいずれの靴底であっても取り付けることが可能となる。
　さらに、靴底自体が交換可能に構成されることで、使用者の嗜好や目的にあわせて素材やデザイン等が異なる靴底への交換や、例えば滑り止め等で代表される機能のついた靴底等所望の機能の付加された靴底への交換も可能となる。
（２）また、前記靴は、前記アッパーに対する前記靴底の仮止手段を備える。
　この構成によれば、靴底をアッパーに取り付けるときに、仮止手段によってアッパーへ靴底を仮止めすることができ、これによりスライドファスナーのスライダーの操作が容易になる。
（３）また、前記靴において、前記アッパーが前記内部空間に挿入された足の載る底部を含み、前記仮止手段として、前記底部の下面と前記靴底の上面とを着脱可能に接続する面ファスナーを用いる。
　この構成によれば、仮止手段の構成を簡素にすることができる。
（４）また、前記靴は、前記靴底の上面に沿った方向における当該靴底に対する前記アッパーのずれ防止手段を備える。
　この構成によれば、歩行時における靴底の上面に沿った方向における靴底に対するアッパーのずれが効果的に防止される。
（５）また、前記靴において、前記アッパーが前記内部空間に挿入された足の載る底部を含み、前記ずれ防止手段として、前記底部の下面と前記靴底の上面とを着脱可能に接続する面ファスナーを用いる。
　この構成によれば、ずれ防止手段の構成を簡素にすることができる。
（６）また、前記靴において、前記面ファスナーは、互いに着脱可能に係合する一対の面ファスナー片によって構成され、一方の面ファスナー片は、前記アッパーの底部の下面において、前記内部空間に挿入された足の土踏まずに対応する部位を挟んで少なくともつま先側の部位とかかと側の部位とに設けられ、他方の面ファスナー片は、前記靴底の上面において、前記一方の面ファスナー片と対応する部位に設けられる。
　この構成によれば、歩行時に使用者等からの荷重が大きく加わる部位において、アッパーの底部下面の面ファスナー片と靴底上面の面ファスナー片とが係合することになるため、靴底上面に沿った方向の靴底に対するアッパーのずれがより効果的に阻止される。
（７）また、前記靴は、前記アッパーに前記靴底が取り付けられた状態で前記スライドファスナーを外側から覆う目隠し部材を備える。
　この構成によれば、当該靴の使用時に、スライドファスナーを外部から見えないように目隠し部材によって隠すことができる。
（８）本実施形態の靴に用いられるアッパーは、足が挿入される内部空間を囲う袋状の形体を有するアッパー本体と、前記アッパー本体の下部の周縁部に設けられ、前記靴底に設けられたファスナーテープと係合可能なファスナーテープと、を備える。
　この構成によれば、当該アッパーのファスナーテープに対して係合可能なファスナーテープを対応する位置に有する靴底であれば、アッパーが変形自在に構成されるためどのようなタイプの靴底（例えば、ローヒールやハイヒール、屈曲し易い靴底やし難い靴底等）であっても、当該アッパーに対し、容易に着脱することができる。即ち、一対のファスナーテープ（アッパーのファスナーテープと靴底のファスナーテープと）を備えたスライドファスナーを開閉操作することによって、当該アッパーと、対応するファスナーテープを備えた各種タイプの靴底とを容易に着脱することができる。
　しかも、前記のようなファスナーを備えた靴底を当該アッパーに取り付ければ、内部空間に挿入された足の周囲のほぼ全体に亘ってアッパーと靴底とが接続されるため、歩行時においてアッパーが屈曲されたときに、かかと部分においてアッパーと靴底とが引き離されるのが効果的に防止される。
（９）本実施形態の靴に用いられる靴底は、靴底本体と、前記靴底本体の周縁部に設けられ、前記アッパーの下部に設けられたファスナーテープと係合可能なファスナーテープと、を備える。
　この構成によれば、当該靴底のファスナーテープに対して係合可能なファスナーテープを対応する位置に有するアッパーであれば、当該靴底に対し、容易に着脱することができる。即ち、一対のファスナーテープ（靴底のファスナーテープとアッパーのファスナーテープと）を備えたスライドファスナーを開閉操作することによって、当該靴底と、対応するファスナーテープを備えたアッパーとを容易に着脱することができる。
　しかも、前記のようなファスナーを備えたアッパーに当該靴底を取り付ければ、内部空間に挿入された足の周囲のほぼ全体に亘って靴底とアッパーとが接続されるため、歩行時においてアッパーが屈曲されることにより、かかと部分においてアッパーと靴底とが引き離されるのが効果的に防止される。

Claims (9)

  1. 　足が挿入される内部空間を囲う袋状の形体を有するアッパーと、
    　前記アッパーの下側に配置される靴底と、
    　前記靴底を前記アッパーに対して着脱可能にするスライドファスナーと、を備え、
    　前記スライドファスナーは、前記靴底の周縁部と前記アッパーの下部の周縁部とをつなぐように設けられることを特徴とする靴。
  2. 　前記アッパーに対する前記靴底の仮止手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の靴。
  3. 　前記アッパーが前記内部空間に挿入された足の載る底部を含み、
    　前記仮止手段は、前記底部の下面と前記靴底の上面とを着脱可能に接続する面ファスナーであることを特徴とする請求項２に記載の靴。
  4. 　前記靴底の上面に沿った方向における当該靴底に対する前記アッパーのずれ防止手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の靴。
  5. 　前記アッパーが前記内部空間に挿入された足の載る底部を含み、
    　前記ずれ防止手段は、前記底部の下面と前記靴底の上面とを着脱可能に接続する面ファスナーであることを特徴とする請求項４に記載の靴。
  6. 　前記面ファスナーは、互いに着脱可能に係合する一対の面ファスナー片によって構成され、
    　一方の面ファスナー片は、前記アッパーの底部の下面において、前記内部空間に挿入された足の土踏まずに対応する部位を挟んで少なくともつま先側の部位とかかと側の部位とに設けられ、
    　他方の面ファスナー片は、前記靴底の上面において、前記一方の面ファスナー片と対応する部位に設けられることを特徴とする請求項３又は５に記載の靴。
  7. 　前記アッパーに前記靴底が取り付けられた状態で前記スライドファスナーを外側から覆う目隠し部材をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項１乃至６のいずれか１項に記載の靴。
  8. 　請求項１乃至７のいずれか１項に記載の靴に用いられるアッパーであって、
    　足が挿入される内部空間を囲う袋状の形体を有するアッパー本体と、
    　前記アッパー本体の下部の周縁部に設けられ、靴底に設けられたファスナーテープと係合可能なファスナーテープと、を備えることを特徴とするアッパー。
  9. 　請求項１乃至７のいずれか１項に記載の靴に用いられる靴底であって、
    　靴底本体と、
    　前記靴底本体の周縁部に設けられ、アッパーの下部に設けられたファスナーテープと係合可能なファスナーテープと、を備えることを特徴とする靴底。
