上述彩像业务的实现方法充分考虑了被叫的体验, 为被叫用户提供了更 好的业务体现。

本发明的较佳实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
本实施例通过对彩像业务实现流程的改进, 加入被叫策略的控制, 从而 使被叫对彩像的体验更加合理。
步骤 10, 对用户作为被叫时的彩像播放规则进行设置;
所述彩像播放规则包括应答呼叫后是否继续播放彩像的规则, 该规则可 以是应答呼叫后停止播放彩像或应答呼叫后继续播放彩像。
设置作为被叫时的彩像播放规则时, 可以对彩像的所有媒体类型进行统 一设置, 如统一设置为应答呼叫后停止播放彩像, 或统一设置为应答呼叫后 继续播放彩像。 但本实施例中, 是针对彩像的各种媒体类型分别进行设置, 对每一种媒体类型设置的彩像播放规则可以用 2个状态值进行保存, 一个状 态值表示停止播放, 即相应的彩像播放规则为应答呼叫后停止播放彩像, 另 一个状态值表示继续播放, 即相应的彩像播放规则为应答呼叫后继续播放彩 像。 如下表所示:
步骤 20, 该用户作为被叫用户应答带有彩像业务的呼叫后, 被叫侧网络 通过应答消息将该被叫用户设置的适用于当前彩像业务的彩像播放规则信息 发送到主叫侧网络;
当被叫用户针对彩像的各种媒体类型分别设置彩像播放规则时, 被叫侧 CRS AS需要根据接收到的彩像的媒体类型确定对应的彩像播放规则,将该彩
像播放规则信息携带在 200 OK应答里发送给主叫侧 CRS AS。 如果被叫用户 针对所有媒体类型统一设置彩像播放规则, 只需直接将该彩像播放规则带给 主叫侧 CRS AS即可。
被叫侧网络发送到主叫侧网络的彩像播放规则信息可以作为 SIP消息里 的参数, 如使用一个特定的参数指示彩像是继续播放还是停止。 在另一实施 例中, 也可以通过 XML消息体携带。
步骤 30, 主叫侧网络综合主叫用户和被叫用户设置的彩像播放规则, 确 定接通呼叫后要执行的彩像播放规则;
主叫用户设置的播放规则可以存放在主叫侧 CRS AS里, 通常由主叫侧 CRS AS来确定接通呼叫后要执行的彩像播放规则。
主叫侧网络中的 CRS AS综合主叫用户和被叫用户设置的彩像播放规则 确定接通呼叫后要执行的彩像播放规则时, 可以依据预先配置的彩像播放规 则确定策略进行。
该彩像播放规则确定策略可以是: 当被叫用户和主叫用户设置的适用于 当前彩像业务的彩像播放规则冲突时, 以运营商规定的高优先级的彩像播放 规则为准, 运营商规定的高优先级的彩像播放规则可以为被叫用户设置的彩 像播放规则或主叫用户设置的彩像播放规则。
该彩像播放规则确定策略也可以是: 只在主叫用户和被叫用户设置的适 用于当前彩像业务的彩像播放规则都是继续播放彩像时, 才继续播放彩像, 否则停止播放彩像。
步骤 40, 主叫侧网络根据确定的播放规则, 停止或继续播放彩像。
在需要停止播放彩像时, 可以由主叫侧 CRS AS通知彩像播放媒体网关 停止播放彩像。
在完成对用户作为被叫时的彩像播放规则的设置, 在 CRS AS中保存彩 像播放规则后, 彩像的具体实现流程如下:
301-328, 步骤同图 2中步骤 201~220类似, 只是因为在本实施例中, 彩 像播放规则保存在被叫侧的 CRS AS,因此在 301~328中,需要对步骤 201~220
做如下改动: 当被叫侧 S-CSCF收到来自主叫侧 S-CSCF或 UE2的信令后, 都触发到被叫侧 CRS AS, 此时被叫侧 CRS AS并不做处理, 只是将信令锚定 在被叫侧 CRS AS上, 为后续的服务做准备, 完成这些步骤后, 开始播放彩 像;
329, 当 UE2应答该呼叫时, 向主叫侧发送 200 OK应答;
330, 被叫侧 S-CSCF将 200 OK应答触发到被叫侧 CRS AS上;
331 , 被叫侧 CRS AS根据 UE2发送到主叫侧网络的媒体类型与彩像播 放规则的对应关系, 确定当前彩像中媒体类型对应的彩像播放规则, 如是继 续播放还是停止,并将该彩像播放规则信息加入到 200 OK消息里,转发给被 叫侧 S-CSCF;
332-333 , 被叫侧 S-CSCF将带有上述彩像播放规则信息的 200 OK应答 路由给主叫侧 CRS AS;
334, 主叫侧 CRS AS根据配置的彩像播放规则确定策略, 以及被叫用户 和主叫用户设置的适用于当前彩像业务的彩像播放规则, 确定是继续播放彩 像还是停止播放彩像;
335 , 主叫侧 CRS AS将 200 OK响应转发给主叫侧 S-CSCF;
336, 主叫侧 S-CSCF将 200 OK响应转发给 UE1 , 此时会话就接通了。 在另一实施例中, 可以由用户直接设置作为被叫时的彩像播放规则并存 放在用户终端里,这种情况下的彩像业务实现流程中不需要在被叫侧 S-CSCF 和被叫侧 CRS AS之间进行交互。 在图 2流程的基础上, 需要做以下改动: 被叫用户终端应答呼叫后, 在应答消息 (200OK ) 中加入适用于当前彩像业 务的彩像播放规则,经被叫侧 S-CSCF、主叫侧 S-CSCF发送到主叫侧 CRS AS, 主叫侧 CRS AS收到后的处理与本发明的上述实施例是一样的, 请参见步骤 334 336。
综上所述, 釆用本发明方法, 并不需要对现有 IMS架构做修改, 只需要 对 CRS AS的功能做加强,使主叫侧 CRS AS和被叫侧 CRS AS间能够协商各 自签约的策略信息。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保护范
围。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所做的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。

本发明彩像业务的实现方法和系统充分考虑了被叫的体验, 为被叫用户 提供了更好的业务体现。
Claims
1、 一种 IP多媒体子系统中彩像业务的实现方法, 其包括:
对用户作为被叫时的彩像播放规则进行设置;
所述用户作为被叫用户应答带有彩像业务的呼叫后, 被叫侧网络将被叫 用户设置的适用于当前彩像业务的彩像播放规则信息发送到主叫侧网络; 主叫侧网络综合主叫用户和被叫用户设置的适用于当前彩像业务的彩像 播放规则, 确定接通呼叫后要执行的彩像播放规则; 以及
主叫侧网络执行所确定的彩像播放规则。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其中,
在所述对用户作为被叫时的彩像播放规则进行设置的步骤中, 所述彩像 播放规则保存在为所述用户服务的彩像业务应用服务器 (CRS AS)中;
所述被叫侧网络将被叫用户设置的适用于当前彩像业务的彩像播放规则 信息发送到主叫侧网络的步骤包括: 由被叫侧会话控制功能实体 (CSCF)将应 答消息触发到所述 CRS AS ,所述 CRS AS在收到的应答消息中加入被叫用户 设置的适用于当前彩像业务的彩像播放规则信息后, 经被叫侧 CSCF发送到

在所述对用户作为被叫时的彩像播放规则进行设置的步骤中, 所述彩像 播放规则是针对彩像的各种媒体类型分别设置的; 在所述被叫侧网络将被叫 用户设置的适用于当前彩像业务的彩像播放规则信息发送到主叫侧网络的步 骤中, 所述适用于当前彩像业务的彩像播放规则为当前彩像的媒体类型对应 的彩像播放规则。
5、 如权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的实现方法, 其中,
所述彩像播放规则包括应答呼叫后是否继续播放彩像的规则, 设置为应 答呼叫后继续播放彩像, 或者应答呼叫后停止继续播放彩像。

该彩像播放规则确定策略包括: 当被叫用户和主叫用户设置的适用于当 前彩像业务的彩像播放规则冲突时, 以运营商规定的高优先级的彩像播放规 则为准, 该高优先级的彩像播放规则为被叫用户设置的彩像播放规则或主叫 用户设置的彩像播放规则; 或者, 该彩像播放规则确定策略为: 当主叫用户 和被叫用户设置的适用于当前彩像业务的彩像播放规则都是继续播放时, 才 继续播放彩像, 否则停止播放彩像。
7、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述被叫用户设置的适用于当前彩像业务的彩像播放规则信息通过会话 发起协议消息里的参数来携带, 或者通过可扩展标记语言消息体来携带。
8、 一种实现彩像业务的互联网协议多媒体子系统(IMS ) , 包括彩像业 务应用服务器 (CRS AS),会话控制功能实体 (CSCF)和用户终端,所述 CRS AS 和 CSCF均包括主叫处理模块和被叫处理模块;
所述 CRS AS的被叫处理模块设置为: 保存用户设置的该用户作为被叫 时的彩像播放规则, 并在收到该用户作为被叫用户对带有彩像业务的呼叫的 应答消息后, 在该应答消息中加入被叫用户设置的适用于当前彩像业务的彩 像播放规则信息, 发送到被叫侧 CSCF;
所述 CRS AS的主叫处理模块设置为: 综合主叫用户和被叫用户设置的 适用于当前彩像业务的彩像播放规则, 确定接通呼叫后要执行的彩像播放规 则, 并通知彩像播放媒体网关执行该彩像播放规则;
所述 CSCF的被叫处理模块设置为: 在收到被叫用户对带有彩像业务的 呼叫的应答消息后,将该应答消息发送到被叫侧 CRS AS ,并将被叫侧 CRS AS 返回的应答消息发送到主叫侧 CRS CS。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的 IMS, 其中,
所述 CRS AS的主叫处理模块是设置为根据预先配置的彩像播放规则确 定策略确定接通呼叫后要执行的彩像播放规则;
该彩像播放规则确定策略为: 当被叫用户和主叫用户设置的适用于当前 彩像业务的彩像播放规则冲突时, 以运营商规定的高优先级的彩像播放规则 为准, 该高优先级的彩像播放规则为被叫用户设置的彩像播放规则或主叫用 户设置的彩像播放规则; 或者, 该彩像播放规则确定策略为: 当主叫用户和 被叫用户设置的适用于当前彩像业务的彩像播放规则都是继续播放时, 才继 续播放彩像, 否则停止播放彩像。

11、 一种实现彩像业务的互联网协议多媒体子系统(IMS ) , 其包括彩 像业务应用服务器 (CRS AS) ,会话控制功能实体 (CSCF)和用户终端,所述 CRS AS和 CSCF均包括主叫处理模块和被叫处理模块;
所述用户终端设置为: 保存用户设置的该用户作为被叫时的彩像播放规 则, 并在该用户作为被叫用户应答带有彩像业务的呼叫后, 在应答消息中加 入被叫用户设置的适用于当前彩像业务的彩像播放规则信息, 发送到被叫侧 CSCF;
