控制模块还可包括:
第一切换子模块, 其可设置为当接收到来自第一终端的停止隐私保护指 令时, 向第一终端的视频网关发送第一切换指令, 其中第一切换指令可用于 控制第一终端的视频网关将第一终端的视频发送地址信息的远端地址设置为 第二终端的视频网关的视频接收地址; 第二切换子模块, 其可设置为向媒体服务器发送第二切换指令, 其中第 二切换指令可用于控制媒体服务器关闭解析出的第一终端的视频发送地址对 应的通道; 以及
第三切换子模块,其可设置为向第二终端的视频网关发送第三切换指令, 其中第三切换指令可用于控制第二终端的视频网关将第二终端的视频接收地 址信息的远端地址设置为第一终端的视频网关的视频发送地址。
本发明还提供一种用于视频通话中隐私保护的系统, 用于实现第一终端 与第二终端视频通话中的隐私保护, 该系统包括:
应用服务器, 其设置为当判断对所述第一终端进行隐私保护时, 向所述 第一终端的视频网关发送第一控制指令, 向媒体服务器发送第二控制指令, 向所述第二终端的视频网关发送第三控制指令;
第一终端的视频网关, 其设置为根据所述第一控制指令将第一终端的视 频发送地址信息的远端地址设置为无效;
媒体服务器, 其设置为根据所述第二控制指令解析出第一终端的替代视 频和视频发送地址;
第二终端的视频网关, 其设置为根据所述第三控制指令将第二终端的视 频接收地址信息的远端地址设置为所述媒体服务器解析出的视频发送地址。
应用服务器还可设置为当判断停止对第一终端进行隐私保护时, 向第一 终端的视频网关发送第一切换指令, 向媒体服务器发送第二切换指令, 向第 二终端的视频网关发送第三切换指令; 第一终端的视频网关还可设置为根据第一切换指令将第一终端的视频发 送地址信息的远端地址设置为第二终端的视频网关的视频接收地址;
媒体服务器还可设置为根据第二切换指令关闭解析出的视频发送地址对 应的通道; 以及
第二终端的视频网关还可设置为根据第三切换指令将第二终端的视频接 收地址信息的远端地址设置为第一终端的视频网关的视频发送地址。
采用本发明提供的用于视频通话中隐私保护的方法、应用服务器及系统, 在第一终端与第二终端的视频通话中, 并不将第一终端用户的视频播放给第 二终端用户, 而是将媒体服务器解析出的替代视频播放给第二终端用户, 从 而当第一终端用户处于洗澡、 上洗手间等不便显示视频的场景下, 既避免泄 漏自己的隐私、 避免尴尬, 又保证视频通话的正常进行, 进而提高 3G 业务 的便利性。 附图概述

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式故详细阐述。 本发明应用于 3G 视频通话中, 请参阅图 2 , 本发明用于视频通话中隐私保护的系统包含视频 网关、 3G终端以及媒体服务器, 媒体服务器和视频网关在应用服务器的控制 下, 根据用户属性决定播放哪个视频。 签约用户在进行可视电话通话时, 首 先用在系统中预先设置的签约视频片断给对方以替代其手机摄像头所拍摄的 真实视频图像, 通话过程中能在真实视频和替代视频之间进行动态切换。 该 方法扩展了可视电话业务的业务功能, 并满足用户的个性化视频需求。 在该系统中, 在用户不想传递当时自己的视频给对端时, 需要媒体服务 器播放存储在媒体服务器上的用户自己预先录制或者用户选定的视频片断给 对端来替代自己当时的视频。 要保护自己隐私的用户需要是视频替代的签约 用户, 主被叫都可以是视频替代的签约用户。 在被叫用户接听视频电话时, 视频替代的签约用户首先传给对端的是某个视频片断来替代自己的真实视 频, 如果想给对端自己的真实视频, 那么中间可以按指示键切到自己真实的 视频给对端。 需要视频网关对互联网协议( Internet Protocol, IP )侧的发送和 接收地址信息(IP+PORT )分开, 也就说视频发送与视频接收地址信息分开、 音频发送和音频接收地址信息分开; 而不是同一个性质的码流地址信息既具 有发送又具有接收码流的功能; 并且同一个 324m通道的音频和视频地址信 息的远端 IP可能是不一样的, 例如: 一个 324m通道的视频地址信息的远端 可能是 ipl + portl, 而音频地址信息的远端可能是 ip2 + port2。
3G终端 A可以是第一终端, 3G终端 B也可以是第一终端, 以下 3G终 端 A为第一终端为例进行说明, 实施步骤具体如下:
3G终端 A在拨打 3G终端 B时, 应用服务器首先判断 A、 B是否是视频 替代的签约用户。
如果应用服务器发现任何一方都不是签约用户, 那么就会下发会话初始 化协议( Session Initiation Protocol, SIP )控制消息通知视频网关向对方发送 真实视频: 也即与 A相连的 324m通道(以下简称 324m— A通道) 的发送音 视频地址信息的远端与与 B相连的 324m通道(以下简称 324m_B通道) 的 接收音视频地址信息相对应, 324m— A通道的接收音视频地址信息与 324m— B 通道的发送音视频地址信息相对应。 这时双方都是真实的视频给对方。
如杲应用服务器发现 A是视频替代的签约用户 (B不是签约用户) , 那 么当 B接听电话时应用服务器会通过 SIP控制消息通知媒体服务器和视频网 关八、 B进行下步动作。
视频网关 A收到应用服务器的 SIP控制消息后, 会把 324m_A通道的视 频发送地址信息的远端地址 (IP+P0RT )设置为无效; 音频发送地址信息的 远端地址信息设置为 324m— B通道的音频接收地址信息; 把 324m_A通道的 音视频接收地址信息的远端地址信息设置为 324m B通道的音视频发送地址 信息。
媒体服务器收到应用服务器的 SIP控制消息后会解析出要播放的视频文 件以及播放给远端的地址信息: 媒体服务器的发送视频文件的远端地址信息 是 324m_B通道的接收视频地址信息。
视频网关 B收到应用服务器的 SIP控制消息后, 会把 324m_B通道的音 视频发送地址信息的远端地址信息设置为 324m_A通道音视频接收地址信息; 把 324m_B通道的视频接收地址信息的远端地址设置为播放 A的替代视频媒 体服务器的视频发送地址, 把 324m_B通道的音频接收地址信息的远端地址 信息设置为 324m— A通道的音频发送地址信息。
如果在通话过程中签约用户想变换或者取消替代视频, 可以按指定的按 键在真实的视频和替代视频之间进行切换。 如果应用服务器收到指示在呼叫 中取消替代视频切到真实视频, 这时需要修改签约用户对应的本端和远端地 址信息。 此时 324m— A通道的发送视频的地址信息与 324m— B通道的接收视 频的地址信息互为远端地址信息;播放 A的替代视频的媒体服务器通道关闭。
如果 B也是视频替代的签约用户, 那么可遵从 A的性质一样改写地址信 息。
下面, 以八、 B都是视频替代的签约用户为例进行说明, 请参阅图 3 , 实 施步骤具体如下:
301、 3G终端 A在拨打 3G终端 B时, 应用服务器首先判断 A、 B是否 是视频替代的签约用户。
如果应用服务器发现任何一方都不是签约用户, 那么就会下发会话初始 化协议( Session Initiation Protocol, SIP )控制消息通知视频网关向对方发送 真实视频: 也即与 A相连的 324m通道(以下简称 324m— A通道) 的发送音 视频地址信息的远端地址信息与与 B相连的 324m通道(以下简称 324m— B 通道)的接收音视频地址信息相对应 , 324m_A通道的接收音视频地址信息与 324m_B 通道的发送音视频地址信息相对应。 这时双方都是真实的视频给对 方。
如果应用服务器发现 A是视频替代的签约用户、 且 B也是签约用户, 那 么当 B接听电话时应用服务器会通过 SIP控制消息通知媒体服务器和视频网 关 、 B进行下步动作。
302、视频网关 A收到应用服务器的 SIP控制消息后, 会把 324m_A通道 的视频发送地址信息的远端地址(IP+PORT )设置为无效。
303、 媒体服务器收到应用服务器的 SIP控制消息后会解析出 A要向 B 播放的视频文件以及播放给远端的地址信息: 媒体服务器的发送视频文件的 远端地址信息是 324m_B通道的接收视频地址信息。
304、视频网关 A收到应用服务器的 SIP控制消息后, 会把 324m_A通道 的音频发送地址信息的远端地址信息设置为 324m— B通道的音频接收地址信 息。
305、视频网关 A收到应用服务器的 SIP控制消息后, 会把 324m_A通道 的音视频接收地址信息的远端地址信息设置为 324m— B通道的音视频发送地 址信息。
306、 视频网关 B收到应用服务器的 SIP控制消息后, 会把 324m B通道 的视频发送地址信息的远端地址 ( IP+PORT )设置为无效。
307、 媒体服务器收到应用服务器的 SIP控制消息后会解析出 B要向 A 播放的视频文件以及播放给远端的地址信息: 媒体服务器的发送视频文件的 远端地址信息是 324m_A通道的接收视频地址信息。
308、 视频网关 B收到应用服务器的 SIP控制消息后, 会把 324m_B通道 的音频发送地址信息的远端地址信息设置为 324m— A通道的音频接收地址信 息。
309、 视频网关 B收到应用服务器的 SIP控制消息后, 会把 324m_B通道 的音视频接收地址信息的远端地址信息设置为 324m— A通道的音视频发送地 址信息。
如果在通话过程中签约用户想变换或者取消替代视频, 可以按指定的按 键在真实的视频和替代视频之间进行切换。 如果应用服务器收到指示在呼叫 中取消替代视频切到真实视频, 这时需要修改签约用户对应的本端和远端地 址信息。 此时 324m A通道的发送视频的地址信息与 324m B通道的接收视 频的地址信息互为远端地址信息;播放 A的替代视频的媒体服务器通道关闭; 播放 B的替代视频的媒体服务器通道关闭。
图 4示出本发明应用服务器的结构示意图。 用于实现第一终端与第二终 端视频通话中的隐私保护, 该应用服务器包括:
判断模块 401 , 用于判断是否对第一终端进行隐私保护;
控制模块 402 , 用于当判断模块判断对第一终端进行隐私保护时, 将媒 体服务器中的替代视频作为所述第一终端的视频向所述第二终端播放。
具体的, 控制模块可以包括:
第一控制子模块, 用于向第一终端的视频网关发送第一控制指令, 第一 控制指令用于控制第一终端的视频网关将视频发送地址信息的远端地址设置 为无效;
第二控制子模块, 用于向媒体服务器发送第二控制指令, 第二控制指令 用于控制媒体服务器解析出替代视频和视频发送地址;
第三控制子模块, 用于向第二终端的视频网关发送第三控制指令, 第三 控制指令用于控制第二终端的视频网关将视频接收地址信息的远端地址设置 为媒体服务器解析出的视频发送地址。
进一步的, 判断模块可以包括:
查询子模块, 用于查询第一终端是否是隐私保护的签约用户;
接收子模块, 用于接收启动隐私保护指令;
判断子模块,用于当查询子模块查询到第一终端是隐私保护的签约用户, 且接收模块接收到来自第一终端的启动隐私保护指令, 则判断对第一终端进 行隐私保护; 否则, 判断不对第一终端进行隐私保护。
进一步的, 控制模块, 还可以包括:
第一切换子模块, 用于当接收到来自第一终端的停止隐私保护指令, 向 第一终端的视频网关发送第一切换指令, 第一切换指令用于控制第一终端的 视频网关将视频发送地址信息的远端地址设置为第二终端的视频网关的视频 接收地址; 第二切换子模块, 用于向媒体服务器发送第二切换指令, 第二切换指令 用于控制媒体服务器关闭解析出的视频发送地址对应的通道;
第三切换子模块, 用于向第二终端的视频网关发送第三切换指令, 第三 切换指令用于控制第二终端的视频网关将视频接收地址信息的远端地址设置 为第一终端的视频网关的视频发送地址。
请参阅图 2 , —种用于视频通话中隐私保护的系统, 用于实现第一终端 ( 3G终端 A/3G终端 B ) 与第二终端 ( 3G终端 B/3G终端 A )视频通话中的 隐私保护, 该系统包括:
应用服务器, 用于当判断对第一终端进行隐私保护时, 向第一终端的视 频网关发送第一控制指令, 向媒体服务器发送第二控制指令, 向第二终端的 视频网关发送第三控制指令;
第一终端的视频网关, 用于根据第一控制指令将视频发送地址信息的远 端地址设置为无效;
媒体服务器, 用于根据第二控制指令解析出替代视频和视频发送地址; 第二终端的视频网关, 用于根据第三控制指令将视频接收地址信息的远 端地址设置为媒体服务器解析出的视频发送地址。
进一步的:
应用服务器, 还用于当接收到来自第一终端的停止隐私保护指令, 向第 一终端的视频网关发送第一切换指令, 向媒体服务器发送第二切换指令, 向 第二终端的视频网关发送第三切换指令;
第一终端的视频网关, 用于根据第一切换指令将视频发送地址信息的远 端地址设置为第二终端的视频网关的视频接收地址;
媒体服务器, 用于根据第二切换指令关闭解析出的视频发送地址对应的 通道;
第二终端的视频网关, 用于根据第三切换指令将视频接收地址信息的远 端地址设置为第一终端的视频网关的视频发送地址。
以上所述仅是本发明的具体实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普 通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润 饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
釆用本发明提供的用于视频通话中隐私保护的方法、应用服务器及系统, 在第一终端与第二终端的视频通话中, 并不将第一终端用户的视频播放给第 二终端用户, 而是将媒体服务器解析出的替代视频播放给第二终端用户, 从 而当第一终端用户处于洗澡、 上洗手间等不便显示视频的场景下, 既避免泄 漏自己的隐私、 避免尴尬, 又保证视频通话的正常进行, 进而提高 3G 业务 的便利性。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种用于视频通话中隐私保护的方法, 应用于第一终端与第二终端进 行视频通话, 该方法包括:
判断是否对所述第一终端进行隐私保护; 以及
当判断对所述第一终端进行隐私保护时, 将媒体服务器中的替代视频作 为所述第一终端的视频向所述第二终端播放。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 将媒体服务器中的替代视频作为 所述第一终端的视频向所述第二终端播放的步骤包括:
向所述第一终端的视频网关发送第一控制指令, 其中所述第一控制指令 用于控制所述第一终端的视频网关将所述第一终端的视频发送地址信息的远 端地址设置为无效;
向媒体服务器发送第二控制指令, 其中所述第二控制指令用于控制所述 媒体服务器解析出所述第一终端的替代视频和视频发送地址; 以及
向所述第二终端的视频网关发送第三控制指令, 其中所述第三控制指令 用于控制所述第二终端的视频网关将所述第二终端的视频接收地址信息的远 端地址设置为所述媒体服务器解析出的视频发送地址。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 判断是否对所述第一终端进行隐 私保护的步骤包括:
判断所述第一终端是否是隐私保护的签约用户, 以及是否接收到来自所 述第一终端的启动隐私保护指令;
如果所述第一终端是签约用户且接收到启动隐私保护指令, 则判断对所 述第一终端进行隐私保护; 否则, 判断不对所述第一终端进行隐私保护。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 该方法还包括:
当接收到来自所述第一终端的停止隐私保护指令时, 向所述第一终端的 视频网关发送第一切换指令, 其中所述第一切换指令用于控制所述第一终端 的视频网关将所述第一终端的视频发送地址信息的远端地址设置为所述第二 终端的视频网关的视频接收地址; 向所述媒体服务器发送第二切换指令, 其中所述第二切换指令用于控制 所述媒体服务器关闭解析出的视频发送地址对应的通道; 以及
向所述第二终端的视频网关发送第三切换指令, 其中所述第三切换指令 用于控制所述第二终端的视频网关将所述第二终端的视频接收地址信息的远 端地址设置为所述第一终端的视频网关的视频发送地址。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述第一控制指令、 所述第二控 制指令和所述第三控制指令为会话初始化协议消息。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述第一切换指令、 所述第二切 换指令和所述第三切换指令为会话初始化协议消息。
7、 一种应用服务器, 其用于实现第一终端与第二终端视频通话中的隐私 保护, 该应用服务器包括:
判断模块, 其设置为判断是否对所述第一终端进行隐私保护; 以及 控制模块, 其设置为当所述判断模块判断对所述第一终端进行隐私保护 时, 将媒体服务器中的替代视频作为所述第一终端的视频向所述第二终端播 放。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的应用服务器, 其中, 所述控制模块包括: 第一控制子模块, 其设置为当所述判断模块判断对所述第一终端进行隐 私保护时, 向所述第一终端的视频网关发送第一控制指令, 其中所述第一控 制指令用于控制所述第一终端的视频网关将所述第一终端的视频发送地址信 息的远端地址设置为无效;
第二控制子模块, 其设置为向媒体服务器发送第二控制指令, 其中所述 第二控制指令用于控制所述媒体服务器解析出所述第一终端的替代视频和视 频发送地址; 以及
第三控制子模块, 其设置为向所述第二终端的视频网关发送第三控制指 令, 其中所述第三控制指令用于控制所述第二终端的视频网关将所述第二终 端的视频接收地址信息的远端地址设置为所述媒体服务器解析出的视频发送 地址。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的应用服务器, 其中, 所述判断模块包括: 查询子模块, 其设置为查询所述第一终端是否是隐私保护的签约用户; 接收子模块, 其设置为接收启动隐私保护指令; 以及
判断子模块, 其设置为当所述查询子模块查询到所述第一终端是隐私保 护的签约用户, 且所述接收模块接收到来自所述第一终端的启动隐私保护指 令时, 则判断为对所述第一终端进行隐私保护; 否则, 判断为不对所述第一 终端进行隐私保护。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的应用服务器, 其中, 所述控制模块还包括: 第一切换子模块, 其设置为当接收到来自所述第一终端的停止隐私保护 指令时, 向所述第一终端的视频网关发送第一切换指令, 其中所述第一切换 指令用于控制所述第一终端的视频网关将所述第一终端的视频发送地址信息 的远端地址设置为所述第二终端的视频网关的视频接收地址;
第二切换子模块, 其设置为向所述媒体服务器发送第二切换指令, 其中 所述第二切换指令用于控制所述媒体服务器关闭解析出的所述第一终端的视 频发送地址对应的通道; 以及
第三切换子模块, 其设置为向所述第二终端的视频网关发送第三切换指 令, 其中所述第三切换指令用于控制所述第二终端的视频网关将所述第二终 端的视频接收地址信息的远端地址设置为所述第一终端的视频网关的视频发 送地址。
11、 一种用于视频通话中隐私保护的系统, 用于实现第一终端与第二终 端视频通话中的隐私保护, 该系统包括:
应用服务器, 其设置为当判断对所述第一终端进行隐私保护时, 向所述 第一终端的视频网关发送第一控制指令, 向媒体服务器发送第二控制指令, 向所述第二终端的视频网关发送第三控制指令;
第一终端的视频网关, 其设置为根据所述第一控制指令将所述第一终端 的视频发送地址信息的远端地址设置为无效;
媒体服务器, 其设置为根据所述第二控制指令解析出所述第一终端的替 代视频和视频发送地址; 以及 第二终端的视频网关, 其设置为根据所述第三控制指令将所述第二终端 的视频接收地址信息的远端地址设置为所述媒体服务器解析出的视频发送地 址。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 其中:
所述应用服务器还设置为当判断停止对所述第一终端进行隐私保护时, 向所述第一终端的视频网关发送第一切换指令, 向所述媒体服务器发送第二 切换指令, 向所述第二终端的视频网关发送第三切换指令;
所述第一终端的视频网关还设置为根据所述第一切换指令将所述第一终 端的视频发送地址信息的远端地址设置为所述第二终端的视频网关的视频接 地址;
所述媒体服务器还设置为根据所述第二切换指令关闭解析出的视频发送 地址对应的通道; 以及
所述第二终端的视频网关还设置为根据所述第三切换指令将所述第二终 端的视频接收地址信息的远端地址设置为所述第一终端的视频网关的视频发 送地址。
