Abstract

Um den Wirkungsgrad des Axialkolbenmotors zu verbessern, schlägt die Erfindung einen Axialkolbenmotor mit wenigstens einem Verdichterzylinder, mit wenigsten einem Arbeitszylinder und mit wenigstens einer Druckleitung, durch welche verdichtetes Brennmittel von dem Verdichterzylinder zu dem Arbeitszylinder geleitet wird, vor, wobei in dem Arbeitszylinder ein Arbeitskolben mit einem Arbeitspleuel und in dem Verdichterzylinder ein Verdichterkolben mit einem Verdichterpleuel vorgesehen ist und wobei sich der Axialkolbenmotor dadurch auszeichnet, dass wenigstens eines der beiden Pleuel Querversteifungen aufweist.
