Description
(一)技术领域:
本发明涉及一种文具,具体的说是一种自动笔。
(二)背景技术:
本发明在使用时出芯方式实现了顿笔出芯,使用者握住外筒(5)点顿笔尖,可以实现对笔芯的移动的控制。
以往的同类品在使用时把笔芯填装在中筒(4)里面,也就是说把笔芯和顶芯(2)填装在同一个通道里,这主要产生了两个问题:①若从尾部填装笔芯,必须把顶芯(2)取出。②所使用的笔芯必须和顶芯(2)等粗。本发明很好的解决了这两个问题。使用者使用时若从笔的后端填装笔芯,不必取出顶芯(2)。本发明所使用的笔芯可以比顶芯(2)细。
(三)发明内容:
本自动笔所使用的笔芯包含粉笔、铅笔、蜡笔、橡皮。
内管(10)设有纵向槽。
所使用的笔芯填装在内管(10)内。
顶芯(2)设有卡头(3)和爪(11)。
顶芯(2)套在内管(10)外面,爪(11)透过内管(10)的纵向槽固定住内管(10)内的笔芯。
内筒(1)设有纵向槽。
内筒(1)套在顶芯(2)外面。卡头(3)卡在内筒(1)的纵向槽内。
中筒(4)设有螺旋槽。
中筒(4)套在内筒(1)外面。卡头(3)透过内筒(1)的纵向槽卡在中筒(4)的螺旋槽里。
中筒(4)的旋转可以带动卡头(3)沿内筒(1)的纵向槽发生移动,从而带动顶芯(2)发生移动,于是实现了笔芯的移动。
中筒(4)设有前齿(6)和后齿(7)。
外筒(5)设有前顶齿(8)和后顶齿(9)。
外筒(5)套在中筒(4)的外面。
当使用者使外筒(5)向前移动时,外筒(5)的后顶齿(9)与中筒(4)的后齿(7)发生接触,此接触使中筒(4)发生旋转。
然后使用者使外筒(5)向后移动,外筒(5)的前顶齿(8)与中筒(4)的前齿(6)发生接触,此接触使中筒(4)发生旋转。
中筒(4)的旋转带动顶芯(2)在内筒(1)内移动,从而实现笔芯在内管(10)内的移动。

(五)具体实施方式:
顶芯(2)退到笔尾,爪(11)张开,这时可以将新笔芯从笔的后端装入内管(10)。从笔的后端填装笔芯,其优点在于可以不必取出残笔芯,装入新笔芯后残笔芯仍然可以继续使用,从而达到笔芯的最佳使用率。
使用者使用时可以点顿笔尖,笔芯相对于外筒(5)向后移动,笔芯移动带动顶芯(2)移动,顶芯(2)带动中筒(4)移动,通过齿和顶齿之间的相互作用,此移动使中筒(4)发生旋转,从而实现了笔芯的移动。

1、一种自动笔,其特征是:内筒(1),顶芯(2),卡头(3),中筒(4),外筒(5),前齿(6),后齿(7),前顶齿(8),后顶齿(9),内管(10),爪(11)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自动笔,其特征是:内筒(1)设有纵向槽。
3、根据权利要求1所述的自动笔,其特征是:顶芯(2)设有卡头(3)和爪(11)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的自动笔,其特征是:中筒(4)设有螺旋槽。
5、根据权利要求1所述的自动笔,其特征是:中筒(4)设有前齿(6)和后齿(7)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的自动笔,其特征是:外筒(5)设有前顶齿(8)和后顶齿(9)。
7、根据权利要求1所述的自动笔,其特征是:内管(10)设有纵向槽。
