Abstract

The invention relates to a water heater (1; 1.1) for installation, particularly the vertical installation, in a building wall, comprising a housing (2) forming a closed storage interior space, wherein the storage interior space is formed by at least two juxtaposed pipe sections (3) having preferably mutually parallel longitudinal axes (4), which pipe sections at the two pipe ends (5) thereof are connected to each other by headers (6, 7), the longitudinal axes (9, 10) of which are disposed at an angle, preferably at a right angle, to the pipe sections (3). The pipe sections (3) and the headers (6, 7) are designed with the same inside diameter (11). In addition, a water heating module (100) comprising a water heater (1; 1.1) is provided.
