传统的滑步机主要于一主体上设有一对可前后摆动的摆臂, 该摆臂上端设有 握杆、 下端设有踏板, 使用者脚部踩踏于该踏板上, 双手握持于各握杆处, 藉由 该摆臂的前后摆动动作, 使用者可于原地模拟跨步运动; 但习用的摆臂仅能做出 简单的钟摆运动轨迹, 不但可训练的肌肉群有限, 且单纯的钟摆运动轨迹与正常 人体的跨步动作仍有些许差异, 并非完美的运动模拟; 且习用的滑步机两脚摆臂 系分开动作, 再加上手部动作的干涉, 若滑步动作较快或手脚动作不协调时, 常 常造成使用者无法保持动作的连贯性,甚者会造成使用者肌肉拉伤或滑落的情事。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于, 提供一种侧驱型连杆式运动器材, 其可产生一椭圆形或 近似椭圆形的运动轨迹, 除了可模拟人体的跨步、 跑步动作外, 可有效增加腿部 与脚部的运动肌肉群, 达到更佳的运动效果并可确保同一时间内左右脚往相反方 向动作, 不会因为使用者的协调性等问题, 而导致两脚同时向前、 向后, 或只有 单脚动作的情况产生, 使得双脚踩踏的动作更为流畅与连贯。
为实现上述目的, 本发明一种侧驱型连杆式运动器材, 其主要包括: 一运动器材本体, 其包含有一底座, 该底座两侧各设有一支架;

如图 9图面所示, 当踏板 224位移通过至最低点之后, 该主摆臂 20、 副摆臂 30 向后摆出, 转动连杆 41往后上方转动, 该脚踏滑套 22、 副滑套 31分别轴向往主摆 臂 20、副摆臂 30上端滑动, 使该踏板 224往后上方回摆, 以模拟右脚产生向后摆动 的动作;
而踏板 224位移通过至最后方位置后, 该主摆臂 20、副摆臂 30向前回摆, 转动 连杆 41往前上方转动, 该脚踏滑套 22、 副滑套 31分别轴向往主摆臂 20、 副摆臂 30 上端滑动, 使该踏板 224往前上方回摆, 回复至图 6的初始位置, 以模拟右脚产生 向前抬升的动作;
藉由该主摆臂 20、 副摆臂 30、 脚踏滑套 22、 副滑套 31、 同步转轴 40与转动连 杆 41的作用,使得该踏板 224产生一椭圆形或近似椭圆形的运动轨迹, 除了可模拟 人体的跨步、 跑步动作外, 可有效增加腿部与脚部的运动肌肉群, 达到更佳的运 动效果。
而且因为该同步转轴 40两端的转动连杆 41往反方向延伸设置, 可确保同一时 间内左右脚往相反方向动作, 不会因为使用者的协调性等问题, 而导致两脚同时 向前、 向后, 或只有单脚动作的情况产生; 且该同步转轴 40可同时将左右两侧动 力连结, 当其中一脚向下踩踏时, 该同步转轴 40可将其向下踩踏的力量, 传动至 另一脚踏板 224转化成上升扬起的力量, 以使得双脚踩踏的动作更为流畅与连贯。
再者, 当该同步转轴 40转动时, 可同步带动该转盘 51旋转, 而该转盘 51以一 皮带 52连动至一阻尼器 53, 当阻尼器 53阻力增加时, 该同步转轴 40转动阻力也随 的增加, 使用者就必须更用力地踩动踏板 224; 藉此, 使用者可透过活动调整该阻 尼器 53的阻力大小, 以增加或减少运动的难易程度。
虽然本发明是以一个最佳实施例做说明, 但精于此技艺者能在不脱离本发明 精神与范畴下做各种不同形式的改变。 以上所举实施例仅用以说明本发明而已, 非用以限制本发明的范围。 举凡不违本发明精神所从事的种种修改或变化, 倶属 本发明申请专利范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种侧驱型连杆式运动器材, 其特征在于主要包括:
一运动器材本体(10), 其包含有一底座(11), 该底座(11)两侧各设有一支架 (12);
一对主摆臂 (20), 该主摆臂 (20)顶端活动轴设于该支架(12)处, 其上设置有 一可沿主摆臂 (20)轴向滑动的脚踏滑套 (22), 该脚踏滑套 (22)底端延伸设有一踏 板(224) ;
一对副摆臂 (30), 该副摆臂 (30)—端轴设于该底座(11)处, 其上设置有一可 沿副摆臂 (30)轴向滑动的副滑套 (31), 该副滑套 (31)以一转轴 (32)与该脚踏滑套 (22)相互轴接;
一同步转轴 (40), 该同步转轴 (40)横向轴设于该底座(10), 其两端分别设有 一垂直的转动连杆 (41), 该转动连杆 (41)的另一端轴接于该副滑套 (31)底端; 当使用者踏动该踏板(224)时, 该主摆臂(20)与副摆臂 (30)分别产生前后摆 动, 而该脚踏滑套 (22)与副滑套 (31)分别于主摆臂 (20)及副摆臂 (30)上相对产生 上下滑动, 而该转动连杆 (41)以该同步转轴 40为轴心旋转, 藉由该主摆臂(20)、 副摆臂 (30)、脚踏滑套 (22)、副滑套 (31)、 同步转轴 (40)与转动连杆 (41)的作用, 使得该踏板 (224)产生椭圆形运动轨迹。
2.如权利要求 1所述侧驱型连杆式运动器材,其特征在于,该主摆臂(20)顶端 延伸设有一手部握杆 (21)。
3.如权利要求 1所述侧驱型连杆式运动器材, 其特征在于, 该脚踏滑套 (22) 包含有一中空的滑套部 (221), 该滑套部 (221)内设有复数的滑杆 (222), 该滑杆 (222)贴合于该主摆臂(20)的表面。
4.如权利要求 3所述侧驱型连杆式运动器材, 其特征在于, 该滑套部 (221)底 端分别向内延伸设有一脚踏支杆 (223), 供以该踏板 (224)组装。
5.如权利要求 4所述侧驱型连杆式运动器材, 其特征在于, 该脚踏支杆 (223) 上设有数长条孔 (225),该长条孔 (225)可供调整螺栓 (226)穿设,并将该踏板 (224) 固定于该脚踏支杆 (223)上。
6.如权利要求 1所述侧驱型连杆式运动器材,其特征在于,该副滑套 (31)为一 中空杆件, 以套设于该副摆臂 (30)外。
7.如权利要求 1所述侧驱型连杆式运动器材, 其特征在于, 该同步转轴 (40) 轴设于一高于该底座(11)的副支架(111)。
8.如权利要求 1所述侧驱型连杆式运动器材, 其特征在于, 该同步转轴 (40) 两端的转动连杆 (41)往反方向延伸设置。
9.如权利要求 1所述侧驱型连杆式运动器材,其特征在于,更包括有一阻力调 整装置 (50), 该阻力调整装置 (50)于该同步转轴 (40)的一端设有一转盘 (51), 该 转盘 (51)可随该同步转轴 (40)转动, 且该转盘 (51)以一皮带 (52)连动至一阻尼器 (53), 该阻尼器 (53)可活动调整转动阻力。
10.如权利要求 9所述侧驱型连杆式运动器材, 其特征在于, 该转盘 (51)侧的 转动连杆 (41)径向固设于该转盘(51)。
11.如权利要求 10所述侧驱型连杆式运动器材,其特征在于,该转盘 (51)以一 挡板 (511)与该转动连杆 (41)固设成一体。
12.如权利要求 11所述侧驱型连杆式运动器材, 其特征在于, 该档板 (511)设 有一可供同步转轴 (40)穿设的轴部 (512), 且该轴部 (512)锁固于该转盘 (51)上; 再者, 该档板 (511)于转动连杆 (41)侧边各转折设有挡部 (513)。
