該ヤーンガイドスペーサーの該先端部および基部は、前記編針の一側方に臨む側に配置され、
前記編糸脱落防止部は、該先端部から該可動シンカーに向って延出されて、前記溝内変位部の前記長孔を挿通して、該溝内変位部と前記シンカー溝との間で、該可動シンカーが該編針に臨む側に形成される隙間を覆うことを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 針床に並設される針溝に収容されて、歯口に対して進退する摺動変位が可能な編針毎に、
針床の歯口側先端の天歯付近に形成されるシンカー溝内で変位可能な溝内変位部、および溝内変位部の変位に伴い歯口で編糸に作用する歯口作用部を有する可動シンカーと、
可動シンカーの溝内変位部とシンカー溝との隙間への編糸の脱落防止のために配置される脱落防止部材とを含む、
可動シンカーを備える横編機において、
脱落防止部材は、天歯付近で、可動シンカーの溝内変位部に向って延びて、溝内変位部とシンカー溝との間の隙間を覆う編糸脱落防止部を有し、
可動シンカーは、溝内変位部に、脱落防止部材の編糸脱落防止部の先端を挿入させた状態でシンカー溝内での変位を許容する長孔を有する
ことを特徴とする可動シンカーを備える横編機。 - 前記脱落防止部材は、前記歯口側の先端部にヤーンガイド部が設けられるヤーンガイドスペーサーであり、
該ヤーンガイドスペーサーの該先端部および基部は、前記編針の一側方に臨む側に配置され、
前記編糸脱落防止部は、該先端部から該可動シンカーに向って延出されて、前記溝内変位部の前記長孔を挿通して、該溝内変位部と前記シンカー溝との間で、該可動シンカーが該編針に臨む側に形成される隙間を覆うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の可動シンカーを備える横編機。 - 前記ヤーンガイドスペーサーの前記編糸脱落防止部は、前記針溝の底部を横断して、該ヤーンガイドスペーサーの他側方側で、前記編針を挟むように配置される前記可動シンカーの前記長孔に挿通されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の可動シンカーを備える横編機。
