通过本发明的方法及相应的终端, 能够根据用户的需要对电视节目进行 緩存, 使得用户在方便的时间继续观看电视节目。 并且, 本发明对手机只需 要增加软件功能, 即可满足上述需求。

本发明的较佳实施方式
本发明实现了一种电视节目数据緩存的方法, 以便用户在需要暂停电视 节目观看的时刻緩存电视节目数据, 在可以继续电视节目的观看时通过播放 緩存的电视节目, 而不错过电视节目的播放内容。
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的上述技术方案进行详细地解释和 说明。
图 1描述的是本实施例手机电视应用场景相关的系统结构示意图, 主要 包括: 电视节目中心、 电话交换核心网络与移动通信网络, 以及手机电视终 端和其它的电话终端。
这一场景, 对应的是用户使用手机电视终端收看手机电视节目, 正在这 时, 有一个电话打进来, 用户希望在打完电话后, 能够从接电话的那个时间 点上, 继续收看原来的电话节目。
本实施例通过在用户通话过程中緩存电视节目, 然后在通话结束后继续 播放緩存的该电视节目, 从而满足用户不因通话而错过观看节目的需求。
图 2为本实施例手机电视终端相关的功能框图, 包括手机电视模块、 电
话模块和緩存控制模块,緩存控制模块分别与手机电视模块和电话模块连接。 所述手机电视模块又包括依次连接的信号接收单元、 数据处理单元、 数据緩 存单元和播放单元, 数据处理单元还可以直接与播放单元连接。 下面对最相 关的几个模块或单元进行说明:
数据处理单元, 用于对接收到的电视信号进行处理, 得到可以播放的电 视节目数据, 输出到播放单元(在未收到緩存控制单元的控制信号之前) , 或者在緩存控制单元的控制下输出到数据緩存单元;
数据緩存模块, 用于緩存电视节目数据, 可以通过写入文件緩存, 或将 音频视频数据分割成段緩存, 并且可以按时间长度使用多个文件緩存电视节 目。
播放模块, 用于接收数据处理单元输出的电视节目数据或者读取数据緩 存单元緩存的电视节目数据并播放。
緩存控制模块, 用于检测手机电视模块和电话模块的状态, 在手机电视 模块播放时, 如检测到有通话业务, 则在默认设置或判断当前设置为需要緩 存电视节目数据时, 通知播放单元停止播放, 并控制数据处理单元将处理得 到的电视节目数据写入数据緩存单元; 在通话结束后控制所述播放单元从数 据緩存单元读取緩存的数据进行播放。
具体地, 可以在每次通话开始时刻或来电时刻通知播放单元停止播放并 控制所述数据处理单元将处理得到的电视节目数据写入数据緩存单元,并且, 緩存可以发生在一次以上的通话过程中, 即在进行电视节目播放过程中, 用 户如果多次接听和 /或拨打电话, 緩存控制模块在每次通话开始时刻或来电时 刻可以记录当前时刻的一时间戳, 并建立该时间戳与当前緩存中要最先播放 的电视节目数据 (即正常播放时最早播放的电视节目数据 ) 的对应关系; 播 放模块在开始读取緩存的数据进行播放时, 就可以根据最新记录的时间戳对 应读取到緩存中要最先播放的电视节目数据并进行播放。
通话结束后, 用户可以选择跳过緩存的电视节目数据, 直接观看刚刚接 收到的电视节目内容, 因此緩存控制模块还可用于在接收到用户要跳过緩存 内容的命令后, 控制数据处理单元将处理得到的电视节目数据直接输出到播 放单元, 不再进行緩存, 原緩存的数据可以自动删除, 也可以保留。 当然,
如用户关闭手机电视, 信号接收单元、 数据处理单元和播放单元的处理都会 停止。 緩存控制模块还可以在用户通话结束并继续观看电视节目时, 将已播 放过的文件删除, 以减少对緩存空间的占用。
在另一实施方式中, 还包括一緩存设置模块, 緩存设置模块的实现可以 有两种方式, 一种是用于提供緩存电视节目的设置界面, 允许用户预先设置 是否緩存通讯时的电视节目。 这样, 緩存控制模块在手机电视模块播放时, 如检测到有电话业务, 还要看一下是否设置为需要緩存, 如果需要, 再执行 上述的緩存控制。
另一种是用于在所述緩存控制模块的控制下, 向用户提供是否緩存电视 节目的选择界面, 并将用户选择结果返回给所述緩存控制模块。 相应地, 所 述緩存控制模块在手机电视模块播放时, 如检测到有通讯业务, 则先通知所 述緩存设置模块提供选择界面, 并根据所述緩存设置模块返回的选择结果, 在需要緩存时, 再执行上述的緩存控制, 在不需緩存时, 可以通知所述数据 处理单元暂停处理。
实际上, 緩存也可以发生在接收即时消息、 短信、 彩信等通讯业务中。 在这些情况下, 只需将上述电话模块改为相应的通讯应用模块或者增加多个 通讯应用模块, 由緩存控制模块控制以相同方式进行状态检测和緩存控制, 即可实现相同的功能。 总之, 任何形式上有差异但实质功能相同的装置, 均 应在本发明保护的范围内。
本发明提供的手机电视终端在通话时收播电视节目的方法, 是在手机电 视终端接收并播放手机电视节目过程中有来电呼入或有电话拨出时触发执行 的, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 1 : 当用户在终端上选择接通通话时, 主、 被叫开始通话; 同时, 终端继续接收及处理电视节目数据, 并将处理得到的电视节目数据緩存; 终端也可以在来电时刻起即将处理得到的电视节目数据緩存。
终端在通话时, 也可以非正常的方式播放电视节目, 如在用户选择接通 通话时停止播放电视节目的音频视频数据; 或者, 终端在用户选择接通通话
时只停止播放电视节目的音频数据; 或者, 终端在用户选择接通通话时只将 一个声道空出供用户通话用, 而在其它声道及屏幕上仍旧播放电视节目的音 频视频数据, 并把音频播放声音自动调小, 然后在用户通话结束后, 终端再 恢复所有声道及屏幕的节目播放。
緩存处理得到的电视节目数据时, 可以直接将电视节目数据分割成段緩 存, 或写入文件緩存。
终端可以在通话开始时刻或来电时刻记下当前时间的时间戳, 并该时间 戳作为一个标识, 与緩存中要最先播放的电视节目数据建立对应关系, 当收 到通话结束的通知时, 通过该时间戳对应读取到该要最先播放的电视节目数 据并播放。
緩存可以发生在一次以上的通话过程中,即在进行电视节目播放过程中, 终端如果多次接听电话, 其手机电视模块根据记录的多个通话开始时的时间 戳, 读取相应的緩存数据进行播放。
实际上, 緩存也可以发生在接收即时消息、 具有较长内容的短信、 彩信 过程中。
步骤 2: 当通话结束后, 终端开始播放緩存的电视节目数据, 用户继续 观看从接电话开始时那一时刻的电视节目; 同时, 终端继续接收并緩存电视 节目数据。
当用户结束观看手机电视节目时,终端便可以删除緩存的电视节目数据。 用户可以选择跳过緩存的节目内容, 直接观看当前接收到的电视节目数 据, 终端不再緩存处理得到的电视节目数据。 这时, 终端可以删除緩存的电 视节目数据, 或者, 终端可以保存緩存的电视节目数据待以后播放。
可以按时间长度使用多个文件緩存电视节目, 并对已播放过的緩存文件 及时删除。
终端可以设置緩存策略, 包括提供允许用户预先设置通话中緩存电视节 目的设置界面, 以及在用户观看电视节目过程中进行通话开始时, 提供是否 緩存电视节目的选择界面等; 设置或选择的数据可以通过本地的存储设备存 储。
图 3为实施本发明上述方法的信令流程示意图, 该流程是在手机电视终 端 UE1 ( UE, User Equipment )在收看手机电视系统(MTVS , Mobile Television System )播出的手机电视节目 (此时, 电视节目占用扬声器 /耳机、 显示屏等终端外设)过程中, 收到 UE2的来电请求信令后触发执行的。 为简 明起见, 图中只画出了主要的信令消息, 分别指出了电路域呼叫或 VoIP呼叫 时的情景, 且收看手机电视的 UE1是作为被叫, 并且是主叫 UE2先挂机。
图 3所示的流程包括如下步骤:
1. UE1收到来电请求信令, 即对应电路域收到 IAM消息,对应 VoIP情 形收到 INVITE消息;
UE1的通话模块启动, 处理呼叫请求。
2. UE1与网络之间的信令交互, 即对应电路域进行 No7 signal的交互, 对应 VoIP进行 SIP message的交互;
3. 信令交互指示开始通话时, UE1的手机电视模块记录时间戳, 并开始 存储当前接收的电视节目数据; 同时手机电视模块暂停播放, 主、 被 叫通话;
通话过程占用了扬声器 /耳机、 显示屏等 UE1外设。
在这一过程, 电视节目 (音视频)数据流由 UE1接收并緩存入本地存储 设备中。 电视节目的接收、 緩存不占用扬声器 /耳机、 显示屏等外设, 且緩存 是在后台进行的。
4. 当主、 被叫通话结束时, 以主叫挂机为例(如图) , UE1对应电路域 收到 REL消息 , 对应 VoIP收到 BYE消息;
与此同时, UE1的手机电视模块仍继续接收并緩存电视节目数据, 并从 緩存文件中读取音频视频数据播放。
这时候, 若用户选择跳过播放通话期间緩存的电视节目数据, 则 UE1直 接播放当前正在接收的电视节目 (音视频)数据流, UE1 可以删除已经存储 的緩存文件, 或者继续替用户緩存待以后播放。
上述过程中, 緩存可以发生在一个以上的通话过程中。
上述实施例, 核心网适用于 3GPP IMS域、 3GPP2 MMD域以及其它支 持 SIP/IP的核心网,无线网络适用于 GPRS/EDGE、 CDMA, WCDMA、 LTE、
WiFi、 WiMAX等网络, 手机电视终端可以是 CMMB、 MBMS、 DVB-H等制 式的终端, 且终端可以是上述一种或几种无线制式的组合。
由以上描述可以看出, 本发明的方法及装置, 能够在用户通话时通过对 手机电视节目的緩存, 使得用户在通话结束后继续观看到通话期间的电视节 目。 而且, 本发明的方法及装置只要增加手机软件功能即可满足用户需求。
图 4为本实施例电视机电视终端相关的功能框图, 包括信号接收单元、 数据处理单元、 数据緩存单元、 播放单元和緩存控制单元, 下面对最相关的 几个模块或单元进行说明:
所述数据緩存单元设置为緩存所述电视的节目数据;
所述緩存控制单元设置为在用户选择緩存当前正在播放的电视节目时, 控制所述电视的数据处理单元, 使所述数据处理单元将处理的节目数据发送 给所述数据緩存单元; 在用户选择播放緩存的电视节目时, 控制所述电视的 播放单元, 使所述播放单元从所述数据緩存单元中读取所述节目数据进行播 放; 在用户选择停止緩存电视节目时, 控制所述数据数据处理单元停止将处 理的所述节目数据发送给所述数据緩存单元; 以及控制所述数据緩存单元, 使所述数据緩存单元释放已经播放的緩存的所述节目数据。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。
工业实用性
通过本发明的方法及相应的终端, 能够根据用户的需要对电视节目进行 緩存, 使得用户在方便的时间继续观看到电视节目。 并且, 本发明对于手机 只需要增加软件功能即可满足上述需求。
Claims
1、 一种电视节目收播方法, 包括:
在终端接收和播放电视节目过程中, 所述终端在需要暂停所述电视节目 播放的时刻, 根据默认设置緩存当前正在收播的电视节目, 在可以重启电视 节目播放的时刻自动播放緩存的电视节目; 或在需要暂停电视节目播放的时 刻, 根据緩存选择设置为, 緩存当前正在收播的电视节目或不緩存当前正在 收播的电视节目, 在可以重启电视节目的播放时, 根据播放选择设置, 播放 緩存的电视节目, 或跳过緩存的电视节目而播放当前接收的电视节目, 或不 播放电视节目。
2、 按照权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述緩存当前正在收播的电视节目包括关闭所述电视节目的播放, 保持 所述电视节目的节目数据的接收, 保持对所接收的节目数据的处理, 并緩存 所处理的节目数据;
所述不緩存当前正在收播的电视节目包括关闭所述电视节目的播放, 保 持所述电视节目的节目数据的接收, 保持对所接收的节目数据的处理, 或包 括关闭所述电视节目的播放, 停止所述电视节目的节目数据的接收。
3、 按照权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述緩存所处理的节目数据, 是 直接将所述处理的节目数据分割成段緩存, 或者将所述处理的节目数据写入 文件緩存。
4、 按照权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述终端在在每次启动緩存时, 同时记录緩存启动时刻时间戳, 并建立所述时间戳与緩存的节目数据的对应 关系; 在可以重启电视节目的播放时根据所述对应关系, 读取并播放緩存的 电视节目数据。
5、 按照权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述终端提供緩存设置界面, 所 述默认设置由用户通过所述緩存设置界面预先设置, 所述开启当前正在收播 的电视节目功能, 所述緩存选择设置由用户通过所述终端在需要暂停电视节 目播放的时刻所自动弹出的所述緩存设置界面设置而成, 所述播放选择设置 由用户通过所述终端在可以重启电视节目播放的时刻所自动弹出的播放选择
设置界面设置而成。
6、 按照权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
在所述播放緩存的电视节目之后, 所述终端释放已经播放的緩存的电视 节目对应的节目数据; 或
在用户选择所述跳过緩存的电视节目而播放当前接收的电视节目或不播 放电视节目时, 所述终端停止緩存节目数据并释放緩存的节目数据。
7、 按照权利要求 1、 2、 3、 4、 5或 6所述的方法, 其中,
所述终端为手机;
所述需要暂停所述电视节目播放的时刻为手机通讯开始时刻, 所述通讯 开始时刻包括接听电话、 拨打电话、 接收短信 /彩信以及发送短信 /彩信; 所述可以重启电视节目播放的时刻为手机通讯结束时刻, 所述通讯结束 时刻包括结束通话、 结束收发、 查看或者编辑短信 /彩信。
8、 按照权利要求 1、 2、 3、 4、 5或 6所述的方法, 其中,
所述终端为手机;
所述需要暂停所述电视节目播放的时刻为手机用户工作、 学习等需要暂 停观看电视节目的时刻;
所述可以重启电视节目播放的时刻为手机用户结束工作、 学习等可以继 续观看电视节目的时刻。
9、 按照权利要求 1、 2、 3、 4、 5或 6所述的方法, 其中
所述终端为电视;
所述需要暂停所述电视节目播放的时刻为电视用户工作、 学习等需要暂 停观看电视节目的时刻;
所述可以重启电视节目播放的时刻为电视用户结束工作、 学习等可以继 续观看电视节目的时刻。
10、 按照权利要求 1、 2、 3、 4、 5或 6所述的方法, 其中
所述终端为电视;
所述需要暂停所述电视节目播放的时刻为电视用户切换频道, 观看其他 电视节目, 并要求緩存当前电视节目的时刻;
所述可以重启电视节目播放的时刻为电视用户结束所述其他电视节目的 观看的时刻。
11、 一种具有电视节目緩存功能的手机, 包括: 手机电视模块、 通讯应 用模块和緩存控制模块, 所述手机电视模块又包括信号接收单元、 数据处理 单元、 数据緩存单元和播放单元, 其中:
所述緩存控制模块设置为检测所述手机电视模块和所述通讯应用模块的 状态, 如检测到在所述手机电视模块播放电视节目时, 所述通讯应用模块有 通讯业务, 则在默认设置或判断当前设置为需要緩存电视节目数据时, 控制 所述数据处理单元将处理得到的电视节目数据写入所述数据緩存单元, 并在 通讯结束后控制所述播放单元从所述数据緩存单元读取緩存的数据进行播 放;
所述数据处理单元设置为对接收到的电视信号进行处理, 得到可以播放 的电视节目数据, 并输出到所述播放单元或数据緩存单元;
所述数据緩存模块设置为緩存所述电视节目数据;
所述播放模块设置为接收所述数据处理单元输出的所述电视节目数据或 者读取所述数据緩存单元緩存的电视节目数据并播放。
12、 按照权利要求 11所述的手机, 其中,
所述通讯应用模块为电话模块;
所述緩存控制模块在所述手机电视模块播放电视节目时, 如检测到所述 电话模块要运行通话功能, 则在通话开始时刻或来电时刻通知所述播放单元 停止播放, 并控制所述数据处理单元将处理得到的电视节目数据写入所述数 据緩存单元, 在检测到通话结束后, 控制所述播放单元从所述数据緩存单元 读取緩存的电视节目数据进行播放。
13、 按照权利要求 11或 12所述的手机, 其中:
所述緩存控制模块还设置为在检测到在所述手机电视模块播放电视节目 过程中, 所述电话模块多次执行通话功能时, 记录每次通话开始时刻或来电
时刻的时间戳, 并建立所述时间戳与緩存的电视节目数据的对应关系; 所述播放模块在播放緩存的电视节目数据对应的电视节目时, 根据所述 对应关系播放电视节目数据。
14、 按照权利要求 11或 12所述的手机, 所述手机还包括一緩存设置模 块, 所述緩存设置模块设置为提供緩存电视节目的设置界面, 允许用户预先 设置是否緩存通讯时的电视节目; 且所述緩存控制模块在所述手机电视模块 播放电视节目时, 如检测到有电话业务, 先判断当前设置是否为需要緩存, 如需要, 再执行緩存控制。
15、 一种具有电视节目緩存功能的电视, 包括数据緩存单元和緩存控制 单元, 其中,
所述数据緩存单元设置为緩存所述电视的节目数据;
所述緩存控制单元设置为在用户选择緩存当前正在播放的电视节目时, 控制所述电视的数据处理单元, 使所述数据处理单元将处理的节目数据发送 给所述数据緩存单元; 在用户选择播放緩存的电视节目时, 控制所述电视的 播放单元, 使所述播放单元从所述数据緩存单元中读取所述节目数据进行播 放; 在用户选择停止緩存电视节目时, 控制所述数据数据处理单元停止将处 理的所述节目数据发送给所述数据緩存单元; 以及控制所述数据緩存单元, 使所述数据緩存单元释放已经播放的緩存的所述节目数据。
