Abstract

The invention relates to a tubular heat exchanger (2) for a device (1) for producing polysilicon. The tubular heat exchanger comprises a first, straight section (10) and a second, straight section (20), both of which are connected to each other by a curved section (6). The tubular heat exchanger (2) is designed to be removable on at least one transition (8) from the curved section (6) to the first straight section (10) or the second straight section (20).
