また、本発明は、上記組成物の成形加工機洗浄用途を提供する。
発明の詳細な説明
本発明で用いるAS樹脂は、アクリロニトリルの含有量が28質量%以下のものであり、好ましくはアクリロニトリルの含有量が20~28質量%であり、より好ましくはアクリロニトリル含有量が23~27質量%である。前記アクリロニトリルの含有量は、実施例に記載の測定法による分析値である。
本発明で用いる界面活性剤は、脂肪族系界面活性剤と芳香族系界面活性剤から選ばれる1又は2以上の界面活性剤であり、好ましくは脂肪族系界面活性剤の1以上と芳香族系界面活性剤1以上の混合物である。
本発明の組成物は、更にガラスファイバー、ロックウール等の公知の無機フィラーを配合することができる。無機フィラーの含有量は、AS樹脂100質量部に対して0.5~150重量部が好ましく、20~140質量部がより好ましく、40~120質量部が更に好ましい。
実施例
表1に示す組成の各成分をタンブラーブレンダーで混合後、押出機にて溶融混練し、ペレット状の洗浄用樹脂組成物を得た。これらの組成物を使用し、下記の方法で洗浄試験を行った。結果を表1に示す。
窒素分析装置(住化分析センター(株)製)を使用して窒素量から測定。この窒素分析装置は、スミグラフNC-90A(住化分析センター(株)製)、GC-8A(株式会社島津製作所製)、C-R6A(株式会社島津製作所製)から構成されている。
AS-2:AS樹脂(AN量27.0質量%)
AS-3:AS樹脂(ダイセルポリマー株式会社製 セビアンN 080 AN量29.5質量%)
界面活性剤1:ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム
界面活性剤2:α-オレフィンスルホン酸ナトリウム
GF;ガラス繊維(日本電気硝子(株)製「ECS03T351/P”」(繊維径13μm、繊維長3.2mmで、アミノシラン系のシランカップリング剤で表面処理され、アクリル樹脂系集束剤により集束処理されたもの)。
Claims (5)
- アクリロニトリルの含有量が28質量%以下であるAS樹脂100質量部に対して、脂肪族系界面活性剤と芳香族系界面活性剤から選ばれる1又は2以上の界面活性剤0.5~10質量部を含有している、成形加工機洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記AS樹脂中のアクリロニトリルの含有量が20~28質量%である、請求項1記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記界面活性剤が、脂肪族系界面活性剤と芳香族系界面活性剤から選ばれる混合物である、請求項1又は2記載の成形加工機洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記配合比(脂肪族系界面活性剤/芳香族系界面活性剤)が1/10~10/1の範囲である、請求項3記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 更にAS樹脂100質量部に対して無機フィラーを0.5~150重量部含有する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
