Abstract

A gymnastic chair for stimulating the musculoskeletal system, particularly suitable for mobilizing the lumbar zone of the spine and/or the hips. The movement may be adjusted in terms of amplitude and frequency allowing a gradual, beneficial stimulation of the musculoskeletal system, allowing the user to normally interact with surrounding objects, such as a computer keyboard, a notebook or a reading book.
