- a GW 343 and a fixed terminal 344 are included.
- FIG. 2 is a flowchart for explaining an example of the operation of the communication system shown in FIG.
- the mobile terminal 341 transmits an attach request as an access request to the Femto Cell base station 342 in order to access the network via the Femto Cell base station 342 (step 700).
- the Femto Cell base station 342 When receiving the attach request, the Femto Cell base station 342 transmits an attach trigger to the MME 313 via the Home GW 343, the BAS 331, and the router 321 (Step 701).
- the MME 313 When the MME 313 receives the attach trigger and detects the attach request of the mobile terminal 341, the MME 313 performs access authentication of the mobile terminal 341 (step 702).
- the MME 313 transmits a data path generation request to the Serving GW 314 (Step 703).
- Serving GW 314 When receiving the data path generation request, Serving GW 314 exchanges data path generation signaling with PDN-GW 312 and generates a data path between Serving GW 314 and PDN-GW 312 (step 704). Thereafter, the Serving GW 314 transmits a data path generation response to the MME 313 in order to notify the completion of the data path generation (step 705).
- the MME 313 Upon receipt of the data path generation response, the MME 313 transmits a data path generation request to the Femto Cell base station 342 in order to generate a data path to the mobile terminal 341 (step 706).
- the Femto Cell base station 342 When receiving the data path generation request, the Femto Cell base station 342 generates a data path with the mobile terminal 341 (step 707), and transmits a data path generation response to the MME 313 (step 708).
- a data path is generated between the mobile terminal 341 and the PDN-GW 312, and the mobile terminal 341 can access the network from the PDN-GW 312 via the ISP network 301 for the mobile terminal. Thereafter, the mobile terminal 341 can access and operate the fixed terminal 344 in the home NW 304 via the network via the ISP mobile network 301.
- the communication system described in Document 1 has a drawback that the data path between the mobile terminal 341 and the fixed terminal 344 follows an inefficient communication path. This is because, in the communication system described in Document 1, the Femto Cell base station 342 in the home NW 304 is connected to the mobile terminal ISP network 301 via the cellular existing IF (InterFace), and the mobile terminal 341 and the mobile terminal are connected. A data path is established with the destination ISP network 301, and the mobile terminal 341 uses the data path to access the network via the mobile terminal ISP network 301. Therefore, when the mobile terminal 341 communicates with the fixed terminal 344 in the home NW 304, all IP packets communicated between the mobile terminal 341 and the fixed terminal 344 are routed through the ISP-oriented mobile network 301. Because.
- the mobile terminal 341 communicates with the fixed terminal 344 via the Femto Cell base station 342 and the Home GW 343 without generating a data path with the ISP network 301 for the mobile terminal. - the mobile terminal 41 desires the Home NW cooperation service, and the mobile terminal 41 adds cooperation request information indicating that the Home NW cooperation service is desired to the attach request.
- the mobile terminal 41 since the Femto Cell access device 42 advertises the Home NW linkage function notification in advance, the mobile terminal 41 only detects that the Femto Cell access device 42 has the Home NW linkage function.
- the cooperation request information may be added to the attach request.
- the mobile terminal 41 uses a message to add cooperation request information as an attach request.
- the message is not limited to the attach request, and the access authentication message is transmitted to the Femto Cell access device 42 before reaching the AAA server 11. Any message can be used.
- the Femto Cell access device 42 When the Femto Cell access device 42 receives the attach request from the mobile terminal 41, the Femto Cell access device 42 transmits an attach trigger including the cooperation request information included in the attach request and the linkable information to the first access GW 13 (step 22).
- the first access GW 13 When the first access GW 13 receives the attach trigger, the first access GW 13 starts access authentication of the mobile terminal 41 (step 23). Further, when the first access GW 13 detects from the linkable information included in the attach trigger that the Femto Cell access device 42 has a function capable of Home NW link, it moves to the AAA server 11 during access authentication. An authentication message is transmitted in order to request the terminal 41 to determine whether the home NW cooperation service can be provided.
- the AAA server 11 determines whether or not it is possible to provide the Home NW cooperation service from the information about the mobile terminal 41 and the Femto Cell access device 42 included in the authentication message. Note that the possibility determination method here is the same as that in the first embodiment, and thus the description thereof is omitted. If the Home NW cooperation service can be provided, the AAA server 11 notifies the first access GW 13 during access authentication.
- the first access GW 13 receives a notification from the AAA server function 11 that the Home NW cooperation service can be provided, and considering that the mobile terminal 41 desires the Home NW cooperation service, for the Femto Cell A data path generation request including information instructing generation of a data path for providing Home NW cooperation service is transmitted to the access device 42 (step 24).
- steps 25 to 28 is the same as the processing (steps 14 to 17) of the first embodiment shown in FIG.
