Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'exercice pour les épaules qui comprend une barre cylindrique de section circulaire et des poignées de torsion montées symétriquement aux deux extrémités de la barre, lesdites poignées comprenant des parties coulissantes de forme ondulée qui glissent sur la longueur de la barre. Le dispositif d'exercice pour les épaules facilite l'utilisation de muscles du dos, des épaules, de la zone arrière de la nuque et analogue qui sont peu fréquemment utilisées, afin de soulager la rigidité de ces muscles et d'accroître la force musculaire, et permet ainsi d'exercer lesdits muscles et de soulager ou de prévenir des maladies communes dues aux habitudes de la vie moderne, p. ex. épaule bloquée, position de la tête penchée en avant, etc.
