下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
图 1 是根据本发明的一个实施例的局域网系统(可以为公司局域网、 政府 局域网等) 的结构组成示意图; 如图 1 所示, 本实施例的局域网系统包括接入 点 10、 固定局域网 20、 互通网关 30、 固话控制设备 40以及出口网关 50, 其中, 所述接入点 10, 用于将移动终端 100接入所述固定局域网 20中, 并对所述 移动终端 100间、 移动终端 100与固定终端 200间的数据业务进行连接控制和 转发业务数据。 还可以进一步根据所述互通网关 30控制建立的呼叫连接, 转发 所述移动终端 100间、 所述移动终端 100与所述固定终端 200间的 IP话音业务 数据。
具体实现中, 一个局域网中可包括多个接入点 10, 本实施例中仅以局域网 包括一个接入点 10为例。 进一步, 如图 1所示, 本实施例的接入点 10包括接 入单元 11 , 用于将移动终端 100接入所述固定局域网 20; 业务处理单元 12 , 用 于对所述移动终端 100间、 移动终端 100与固定终端 200间的数据业务进行连 接建立控制和转发数据业务数据。 还可以根据所述互通网关 30控制建立的呼叫 连接, 转发所述移动终端 100间、 所述移动终端 100与所述固定终端 200间的 IP话音业务数据。其中,所述业务处理单元 12对移动终端 100间、移动终端 100 与固定终端 200 间的数据业务进行连接控制可包括: 信令交互、 隧道建立以及 移动终端 IP地址分配等处理。 其中, 在对移动终端进行 IP地址分配时, 接入点 可从局域网络中的地址管理服务器中获取与固定终端处于相同地址段的地址, 以实现移动终端和固定终端地址的统一, 将移动终端和固定终端的编址统一后, 更方便局域网数据的传输和对地址的管理。
所述固定局域网 20包括: 传统固定局域网中的用于传输数据的网线、 用于 进行数据路由转发的路由器、 用于固定终端接入的交换机等设备。 在本实施例 中, 所述固定局域网 20还用于充当接入点 10到互通网关 30间的通道, 以及与 所述接入点 10—起作为局域网内部数据业务数据、及 IP话音业务数据的传输通 道。
本实施例中, 接入点 10上行接入固定局域网 20, 利用固定局域网 20作为 接入点 10与移动核心网设备 (本实施例中为互通网关 30 )的通信通道, 可降低 运营商建立网络的投资成本。 另外, 由于移动网中的接入点可利用固定局域网 20作为数据传输通道, 使得局域网中的移动终端 100间、 移动终端 100与固定 终端 200 间的数据业务的连接建立控制和业务数据的传输可完全在局域网网内 部实现, 而不需要再通过运营商的核心网, 一方面减少了局域网内部数据业务 对运营商带宽和资源的占用, 另一方面, 减低了使用局域网通信需要支付的数 据业务费用, 再一方面, 提高了局域网内部数据业务传输的安全性。
所述互通网关 30用于对所述局域网中的移动终端 100间的移动话音业务、 所述移动终端 100与固定终端 200间的互通话音业务, 进行呼叫连接建立控制 或进行呼叫连接建立控制并转发业务数据, 并对所述局域网中的移动终端进行 移动性管理; 进一步, 如图 1所示, 本实施例的互通网关 30包括话音处理单元 31和移动管理单元 32:
所述话音处理单元 31 , 用于对所述局域网中的移动终端 100间的移动话音 业务、 所述移动终端 100与所述局域网中的固定终端 200间的互通话音业务, 进行呼叫连接建立控制, 或进行呼叫连接建立控制并转发业务数据。
所述话音处理单元 31可进一步包括: 移动话音处理单元和互通处理单元。 其中, 所述移动话音处理单元, 用于对所述局域网中的移动话音业务, 进行呼 叫连接建立控制, 或进行呼叫连接建立控制并转发移动话音业务数据; 所述互 通处理单元, 用于对所述移动终端 100与所述固定终端 200间的互通话音业务, 进行呼叫连接建立控制, 或进行呼叫连接建立控制并转发互通话音业务数据。
具体实现中,所述移动话音业务和 /或所述互通话音业务可以是 IP话音业务, 也可以是 CS话音业务。 当为 IP话音业务时, 所述话音处理单元 31对所述局域 网中的移动终端 100间的移动话音业务(可称为 IP移动话音业务)、所述移动终 端 100与所述局域网中的固定终端 200间的互通话音业务(可称为 IP互通话音 业务), 进行呼叫连接建立控制即可, 而 IP话音业务的业务数据可以由接入点 10配合固定局域网, 在移动终端间, 以及移动终端与固定终端间进行传输。 当 为 CS话音业务时, 所述话音处理单元 31对所述局域网中的移动终端 100间的 移动话音业务(可称为 CS移动话音业务)、 所述移动终端 100与所述局域网中 的固定终端 200间的互通话音业务(可称为 CS互通话音业务), 进行呼叫连接 建立控制并转发 CS话音业务数据。
具体实现中, 所述互通处理单元可釆用现有的固定话音控制中心与移动核 心网之间的互通信令, 进行互通话音业务的连接通道的互通。
所述移动管理单元 32, 用于对所述局域网中的移动终端进行移动性管理。 所述固话控制设备 40, 用于对所述局域网中的固定话音业务, 进行呼叫连 接建立控制, 或进行呼叫连接建立控制并转发业务数据。 具体实现中, 该固话 控制设备 40可为 IP用户交换机( IP PBX ), 该 IP用户交换机可提供 IP话音业 务控制, 也可以提供普通话音业务控制。 该功能模块为现有技术内容, 在此不 赘述。
所述出口网关 50分别与所述互通网关 30、 所述固话控制设备 40以及外部 网络相连, 用于对所述对局域网与外部网间的话音业务数据和数据业务数据进 行地址转换、 路由转发及安全监控处理。 具体实现中, 该出口网关可以是用于 连接局域网与公网的局域网的出口路由器。 该功能模块也为现有技术内容, 在 此不再赘述。
具体实现中, 可将所述固话控制设备 40和所述出口网关 50作为单元模块 集成到所述互通网关 30中组合成一个全新的局域网网关, 其中, 固化控制设备 可以由固定话音处理单元实现, 出口网关可以由第一网关单元实现。 从而使得 在该局域网网关的基础上, 实现完全在局域网内部, 实现移动终端与移动终端 间的通信、 移动终端与固定终端的通信以及固定终端与固定终端间的通信, 并 且当局域网中设备需要与外部网络交互数据时, 内外网络间交互的数据可直接 经过该局域网网关进行连接建立控制、 路由转发、 安全检测等处理, 可进一步 加快数据的传输效率, 简化局域网网络架构。
本实施例的局域网系统, 在局域网内部整合移动网络和固定网络的资源, 通过构建一个全新的互通网关对局域网中的移动话音业务和 /或移动终端与固定 终端间的互通话音业务进行呼叫连接建立控制和转发业务数据, 将移动网络中 的接入点放入局域网中与固定局域网并存, 局域网中的所有移动终端相关的数 据业务和 /或 IP话音业务的业务数据传输均通过局域网中的接入点来完成。这样 通过构建的全新互通网关和放入局域网中的接入点, 就可实现局域网中的移动 终端和固定终端间的业务在局域网内部传输, 解决了现有技术局域网内部移动 终端和固定终端的业务互通需要经由运营商的接入网和核心网络, 导致业务实 现路径长, 路径处理复杂的问题; 由于业务在局域网内部实现, 大大降低了局 域网的通信费用和局域网数据安全问题。
由于在对移动终端进行 IP地址分配时, 接入点可从局域网络中的地址管理 服务器中获取与固定终端处于相同地址段的地址, 以实现移动终端和固定终端 地址的统一, 将移动终端和固定终端的编址统一后, 更方便局域网数据的传输 和对地址的管理。
现有技术中, 运营商需要为移动局域网专门建立接入点到核心网的通道, 而本发明实施例釆用固定局域网作为接入点和核心网的通道, 可大大减少运营 商的网络构建成本。
现有技术中,移动局域网需要受运营商的控制和管理,使得局域网用户(比 如企业)对自身的局域网不能合理分配和灵活管理, 而本实施例中, 局域网完 全受局域网用户控制, 局域网用户可根据自身需要对网络进行配置和管理。
如前所述, 本发明实施例的局域网系统在局域网内部整合移动网络和固定 网络的资源, 通过构建一个全新的互通网关对局域网中的移动话音业务及移动 终端与固定终端间的互通话音业务进行呼叫连接建立控制和转发业务数据, 将 移动网络中的接入点放入局域网中与固定局域网并存, 局域网中的所有数据业 务及 IP话音业务的业务数据传输均通过局域网中的接入点实现, 这样通过构建 的全新互通网关和放入局域网中的接入点就可实现局域网中的移动终端和固定 终端间的业务在局域网内部传输; 基于本发明实施例的局域网系统架构, 本发 明实施例提供了处理局域网数据的方法。
其中, 以互通网关的处理为例, 一种处理局域网数据的方法包括: 接收呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求至少包括局域网中的移动终端间发送的移动 话音呼叫请求及所述局域网中移动终端与所述局域网中固定终端间发送的互通 话音呼叫请求中的一种;
根据所述接收的呼叫请求, 进行呼叫连接建立控制;
或根据所述接收的呼叫请求, 进行呼叫连接建立控制并转发话音呼叫业务 数据。
以接入点的处理为例, 另一种处理局域网数据的方法包括: 接收局域网中 的移动终端间、 所述局域网中的移动终端与所述局域网中的固定终端间发送的 数据业务数据或 IP话音业务数据;
将所述数据业务数据或 IP话音业务数据向接收方终端设备进行发送。
以下由互通网关 (也可为前述的包含互通网关、 固网控制设备及出口网关 的局域网网关 )和 /或接入点处理局域网数据的方法为例, 对本发明实施例的处 理局域网数据的方法进行举例。
图 2是根据本发明的一个处理局域网数据的方法的流程示意图; 如图 2所 示, 本实施例的方法包括:
步骤 S210、 互通网关接收局域网中的移动终端向局域网中的固定终端发送 的 CS话音呼叫请求;
步骤 S211 , 所述互通网关根据所述接收的 CS话音呼叫请求, 进行呼叫连 接建立控制并转发话音业务数据。
以局域网中的移动终端 A向固定终端 B发起 CS呼叫为例对整个呼叫过程 进行详细说明 , 该过程包括以下两个阶段:
1 ) 呼叫建立
局域网中的移动终端 A向固定终端 B发起 CS主叫, 所有的控制信令从移 动终端 A经过接入点、 再到互通网关, 由互通网关进行呼叫连接建立控制, 将 控制信令转发给固定终端 B, 经过控制信令交互过程后, 移动终端 A和固定终 端 B之间的呼叫连接就建立成功。
2 ) 业务转发
在呼叫连接建立成功后,移动终端 A和固定终端 B就可以进行业务转发了。 移动终端 A和固定终端 B之间的业务数据先后经过移动终端 A、 接入点、 互通 网关, 然后到达固定终端 B。
具体实现中,移动终端与固定终端间的互通话音业务也可以是 IP话音业务。 当为 IP话音业务时,互通网关处理 IP话音业务与 CS话音业务的不同之处在于, 可仅对 IP话音业务进行呼叫连接建立控制, 当呼叫连接建立好后, 向接入点通 知呼叫建立成功信息, 之后由接入点转发所述移动终端与固定终端间的互通话 音业务数据。 图 3 是根据本发明的另一个处理局域网数据的方法的流程示意图; 如图 3 所示, 本实施例的方法包括:
步骤 S310、 互通网关接收局域网中的移动终端向局域网中的固定终端发送 的 IP话音呼叫请求;
步骤 S311 , 根据接收的 IP话音呼叫请求, 进行呼叫连接建立控制; 步骤 S312, 向接入点通知 (发送)呼叫建立成功信息;
步骤 S313 , 所述接入点转发所述移动终端与固定终端间的互通话音业务的 业务数据。
仍釆用上述例子, 当移动终端 A向固定终端 B发起的 IP话音业务, 则上述 呼叫建立过程与 CS话音业务相同, 而业务转发过程如下:
在呼叫建立成功之后, 移动终端 A和固定终端 B之间的业务数据先后经过 移动终端八、 接入点, 然后到达固定终端 B。
具体实现中, 局域网中的移动终端和移动终端间的呼叫业务(包括 CS呼叫 和 IP呼叫) 的实现与上述移动终端与固定终端间的互通话音业务类似, 在此不 再赘述。 当固话控制设备及出口网关集成到互通网关组成新的局域网网关时, 所述局域网网关还可对固定终端与固定终端间的呼叫业务 (包括 CS呼叫和 IP 呼叫)进行呼叫连接建立控制和业务数据转发, 其实现也与上述移动终端与固 定终端间的互通话音业务类似, 在此不再赘述。
图 2-图 3所述实施例的方法, 通过局域网内部的移动网元和固定网元对局 域网内部移动终端间的话语业务、 固定终端间的话语业务以及移动终端与固定 终端间的互通话音业务进行呼叫连接控制和转发业务数据, 实现了局域网内部 话音业务完全在局域网内部进行传输, 解决了现有技术局域网内部移动终端和 固定终端的业务互通需要经由运营商的接入网和核心网络, 导致业务实现路径 长, 路径处理复杂的问题; 由于业务在局域网内部实现, 大大降低了局域网中 的通信费用和局域网数据安全问题。
图 4是根据本发明的另一个处理局域网数据的方法的流程示意图; 如图 4 所示, 以接入点的处理为例, 本实施例的方法包括:
步骤 S410、 接收局域网中的移动终端间、 移动终端与固定终端间发送的数 据业务数据;
步骤 S411 , 将所述数据业务数据向接收方终端设备进行发送。 以局域网中的移动终端 A向固定终端 B发起数据业务为例, 对业务实现流 程进行说明 (移动终端间的数据业务实现与该举例相同 )··
1 )信令建立过程
局域网中的移动终端 A向固定终端 B发起数据业务请求, 所有的控制信令 经由移动终端 A、 到达接入点, 由接入点进行信令交互、 隧道建立、 IP地址分 配等 (接入点可从局域网网络中的地址管理服务器中获取与固定终端处于相同 地址段的地址分, 分配给所述移动终端 A )处理, 经过移动终端 A和接入点控 制信令交互后, 移动终端 A到固定终端 B的数据连接就建立成功了。
2 )业务转发
当数据连接建立成功后, 移动终端 A和固定终端 B就可以进行数据业务数 据的转发了, 移动终端 A和固定终端 B之间的数据业务数据经由移动终端 A、 接入点然后到达固定终端 B。 具体的, 当移动终端 A发出数据后, 经过移动终 端 A和接入点之间的无线连接转发到了接入点, 在接入点上对数据业务进行处 理(包括封装、 查表)形成数据包, 接入点把该数据包直接发送到固定局域网 中, 固定局域网的设备(交换机、 路由器) 则根据数据包中的 IP地址信息进行 转发, 最终转发到固定终端 B上。
本实施例的处理局域网数据的方法, 局域网中的所有数据业务均通过局域 网中的接入点实现, 解决了现有技术企业内部移动终端和固定终端的业务互通 需要经由运营商的接入网和核心网络, 导致业务实现路径长, 路径处理复杂的 问题; 由于业务在局域网内部实现, 大大降低了局域网中的通信费用和局域网 数据安全问题; 由于在对移动终端进行 IP地址分配时, 接入点可从局域网网络 中的地址管理服务器中获取与固定终端处于相同地址段的地址, 以实现移动终 端和固定终端地址的统一, 将移动终端和固定终端的编址统一后, 更方便局域 网数据的传输和对地址的管理。 现有技术中, 运营商需要为企业移动局域网专 门建立接入点到核心网的通道, 而本发明实施例釆用固定局域网作为接入点和 核心网的通道, 可大大减少运营商的网络构建成本。
当釆用固话控制设备及出口网关集成到互通网关组成新的局域网网关时, 局域网内部终端 (包括移动终端和固定终端) 与外部终端间的业务(包括话音 业务和数据业务)可由所述局域网网关实现和移动运营商的核心网间的交互, 转发局域网内部终端和外部终端间的信令和业务数据。 以局域网内部移动终端 C呼叫外部移动终端 D为例对呼叫过程的呼叫建立 流程和业务转发流程两个阶段进行说明:
1 )呼叫建立
局域网中的移动终端 C发起向外部移动终端 D的呼叫, 所有的控制信令经 过移动终端 C经过接入点、 再到局域网网关、 到运营商的移动核心网、 到运营 商的公众无线接入网, 然后到达被叫移动终端, 经过控制信令的交互后, 移动 终端 C和移动终端 D之间的连接就建立成功了。
2 )业务转发
在连接建立成功之后, 移动终端 C和移动终端 D就可以进行业务数据转发 了。 该两个终端间的业务数据首先经过局域网中的移动终端 C、接入点、再到局 域网网关, 由局域网网关到移动运营商的核心网、 到运营商的公众无线接入网, 最后到达被叫移动终端 D。
本实施例的方法通过融合的局域网网关将分散在多个设备进行处理的流程 放到一个设备中进行处理, 可进一步加快数据的传输效率, 简化局域网网络架 构。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可存储于一计算 机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。 其中, 所述的存储介质可为磁碟、 光盘、 只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory, RAM )等。

互通网关接收呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求包括: 局域网中的移动终端间发送 的移动话音呼叫请求, 或所述局域网中移动终端与所述局域网中固定终端间发 送的互通话音呼叫请求:
所述互通网关根据所述接收的呼叫请求, 进行呼叫连接建立控制。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的处理局域网数据的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述呼叫 请求为 IP语音呼叫请求时,所述根据接收的请求,进行呼叫连接建立控制包括: 根据接收的 IP语音呼叫请求, 进行呼叫连接建立控制; 以及
向接入点发送呼叫建立成功消息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的处理局域网数据的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述呼叫 请求为 CS语音呼叫请求时,所述根据接收的请求,进行呼叫连接建立控制包括: 根据接收的 CS语音呼叫请求, 进行呼叫连接建立;

11、 一种处理局域网数据的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接入点接收数据业务请求, 所述数据业务请求包括: 局域网中的移动终端 间发送的数据业务请求, 或所述局域网中移动终端与所述局域网中固定终端间 发送的数据业务请求;
所述接入点根据所述数据业务请求, 对所述数据业务进行连接建立控制, 并转发所述数据业务数据。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的处理局域网数据的方法, 其特征在于, 所述连接 建立控制包括: 信令交互、 隧道建立以及移动终端 IP地址分配,
其中, 移动终端 IP地址分配包括: 获取与固定终端处于相同地址段的地址 分配给所述移动终端。
13、 如权利要求 11或 12所述的处理局域网数据的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述方法还包括:
所述接入点接收所述局域网中移动终端间发送的 IP语音业务数据, 并将所 述接收的 IP语音业务数据向接收方终端设备进行发送; 或
所述接入点接收所述局域网中的移动终端与所述局域网中的固定终端间发 送的 IP语音业务数据,并将所述接收的 IP语音业务数据向接收方终端设备进行 发送。
14、 一种接入点, 其特征在于, 包括:
接入单元, 用于将局域网中的移动终端接入固定局域网;
业务处理单元, 用于对所述接入单元接入的移动终端间的数据业务或所述 移动终端与所述局域网中的固定终端间的数据业务进行连接建立控制, 并转发 所述数据业务数据。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的接入点, 其特征在于, 所述连接建立控制包括: 信令交互、 隧道建立以及移动终端 IP地址分配,
其中, 在对移动终端进行 IP地址分配时, 所述业务处理单元获取与固定终 端处于相同地址段的地址分配给所述移动终端。
16、 如权利要求 14或 15所述的接入点, 其特征在于, 所述业务处理单元 还用于:
根据互通网关控制建立的呼叫连接, 转发所述移动终端间的 IP话音业务数 据, 或
