上記経路選択受信手段にて複数の上記情報処理端末が上記経路選択要求を上記経路探索装置へ送信した場合、上記排出量算出手段にて当該経路ごとに算出された複数の上記排出量の積算量を計算する排出量積算手段と、
上記排出量積算手段にて計算された上記積算量と、上記排出権量記憶手段に記憶された上記1単位とを比較し、上記積算量が上記1単位を上回るかを判定する積算量判定手段と、
を更に備えたことを特徴とする、経路探索装置。 - 請求項3の経路探索装置において、
上記排出権量は、上記情報配信事業者の購入済みまたは購入予定の上記排出権の量であり、
上記排出量償却手段は、
上記積算量判定手段にて上記積算量が上回ると判定された場合、
上記積算量から上記排出権の上記1単位分を差し引くことにより、上記積算量の上記1単位分の償却を行い、
上記積算量の上記1単位分の償却が行われた場合、上記排出権の購入を上記情報配信事業者へ要求する購入要求手段
を更に備えたことを特徴とする、経路探索装置。 - 請求項3の経路探索装置において、
上記排出権量は、上記情報配信事業者の購入済みまたは購入予定の上記排出権の量であり、
上記償却結果表示手段は、
上記積算量判定手段にて上記積算量が上回ると判定された場合、
上記経路選択要求にて選択された上記経路に対応する上記排出量を上記情報配信事業者が償却できないため、上記経路作成手段にて作成された少なくとも1つの上記経路の上記情報処理端末への送信を停止することを示す上記償却結果を、上記情報処理端末に送信することにより上記表示部に表示させることを特徴とする、経路探索装置。 - 請求項3の経路探索装置において、
上記排出権量は、上記情報配信事業者の購入済みまたは購入予定の上記排出権の量であり、
上記償却結果表示手段は、
上記積算量判定手段にて上記積算量が上回ると判定された場合、
上記償却結果において償却できなかった上記経路に対して上記表示部にて表示される表示内容および表示方法を変更して表示させることを特徴とする、経路探索装置。 - 請求項3の経路探索装置において、
上記排出権量は、上記情報配信事業者の購入済みまたは購入予定の上記排出権の量であり、
上記償却結果表示手段は、
上記積算量判定手段にて上記積算量が上回ると判定された場合、
上記経路選択要求にて選択された上記経路に対応する上記排出量を上記情報配信事業者が償却できないため、上記経路探索条件を上記温室効果ガスを所定値以上排出する上記交通機関を使わない経路探索に変更したことを示す上記償却結果を、上記情報処理端末に送信することにより上記表示部に表示させることを特徴とする、経路探索装置。 - 請求項2から7のいずれか一つに記載の経路探索装置において、
上記制御部は、
上記情報処理端末が上記指定地点にあることを確認する指定地点確認手段
を更に備え、
上記排出量償却手段は、
上記指定地点確認手段にて上記情報処理端末が上記指定地点にあることの確認が取れない場合、上記排出量償却手段における上記排出量の償却を取り消すことを特徴とする、経路探索装置。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一つに記載の経路探索装置において、
上記記憶部は、
上記情報配信事業者ごとに、上記経路探索結果および上記償却結果の少なくとも一部を関連付けた履歴情報を記憶する履歴情報記憶手段
を更に備え、
上記経路探索結果表示手段は、
上記経路探索結果の少なくとも一部を上記情報配信事業者ごとに上記履歴情報記憶手段に格納し、
上記償却結果表示手段は、
上記償却結果の少なくとも一部を上記情報配信事業者ごとに上記履歴情報記憶手段に格納することを特徴とする、経路探索装置。 - カーボンオフセットを希望する情報配信事業者に対するエンドユーザーが所持する入力部と表示部とを少なくとも備える情報処理端末に、ネットワークを介して通信可能に接続された制御部と記憶部とを少なくとも備える経路探索装置において実行される経路探索方法であって、
上記記憶部は、
交通機関の時刻表データと道路網データとを少なくとも含む経路探索情報を記憶する経路探索情報記憶手段と、
上記交通機関ごとの一定距離あたりの温室効果ガスの排出量の算定基準を記憶した排出量算定基準記憶手段と、
上記情報配信事業者ごとに上記温室効果ガスの排出権量を記憶する排出権量記憶手段と、
を備えており、
上記制御部において実行される、
上記情報処理端末の上記入力部を介して入力された経路探索条件、および、上記情報配信事業者を特定する情報配信事業者特定情報を上記情報処理端末から受信する条件受信ステップと、
上記条件受信ステップにて受信した上記経路探索条件を満たす少なくとも1つの経路を、上記経路探索情報記憶手段に記憶された上記経路探索情報を用いて作成する経路作成ステップと、
上記排出量算定基準記憶手段に記憶された上記算定基準を用いて、上記経路作成ステップにて作成された少なくとも1つの上記経路を利用した場合に排出される上記排出量を当該経路ごとに算出する排出量算出ステップと、
上記経路作成ステップにて作成された少なくとも1つの上記経路と、上記排出量算出ステップにて当該経路ごとに算出された上記排出量とを含む経路探索結果を、上記情報処理端末に送信することにより上記表示部に表示させる経路探索結果表示ステップと、
上記経路探索結果表示ステップにて上記情報処理端末の上記表示部に表示された上記経路と上記排出量とに基づき、上記情報処理端末の上記入力部を介して選択された上記経路を要求する経路選択要求を上記情報処理端末から受信する経路選択受信ステップと、
上記経路選択受信ステップにて上記経路選択要求を受信した場合、上記条件受信ステップにて受信した上記情報配信事業者特定情報にて特定された上記情報配信事業者に対応する上記排出権量記憶手段に記憶された上記排出権量から、上記経路選択要求にて選択された上記経路に対応する上記排出量を差し引くことにより、上記排出量の償却を行う排出量償却ステップと、
上記排出量償却ステップにて償却された上記排出量を少なくとも含む償却結果を、上記情報処理端末に送信することにより上記表示部に表示させる償却結果表示ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、経路探索方法。 - カーボンオフセットを希望する情報配信事業者に対するエンドユーザーが所持する入力部と表示部とを少なくとも備える情報処理端末に、ネットワークを介して通信可能に接続された制御部と記憶部とを少なくとも備える経路探索装置において実行される経路探索方法であって、
上記記憶部は、
交通機関の時刻表データと道路網データとを少なくとも含む経路探索情報を記憶する経路探索情報記憶手段と、
上記交通機関ごとの一定距離あたりの温室効果ガスの排出量の算定基準を記憶した排出量算定基準記憶手段と、
上記情報配信事業者ごとに上記温室効果ガスの排出権量を記憶する排出権量記憶手段と、
を備えており、
上記制御部において実行される、
上記情報処理端末の上記入力部を介して入力された、出発地または目的地に上記情報配信事業者の指定地点を含む経路探索条件を上記情報処理端末から受信する条件受信ステップと、
上記条件受信ステップにて受信した上記経路探索条件を満たす少なくとも1つの経路を、上記経路探索情報記憶手段に記憶された上記経路探索情報を用いて作成する経路作成ステップと、
上記排出量算定基準記憶手段に記憶された上記算定基準を用いて、上記経路作成ステップにて作成された少なくとも1つの上記経路を利用した場合に排出される上記排出量を当該経路ごとに算出する排出量算出ステップと、
上記経路作成ステップにて作成された少なくとも1つの上記経路と、上記排出量算出ステップにて当該経路ごとに算出された上記排出量とを含む経路探索結果を、上記情報処理端末に送信することにより上記表示部に表示させる経路探索結果表示ステップと、
上記経路探索結果表示ステップにて上記情報処理端末の上記表示部に表示された上記経路と上記排出量とに基づき、上記情報処理端末の上記入力部を介して選択された上記経路を要求する経路選択要求を上記情報処理端末から受信する経路選択受信ステップと、
上記経路選択受信ステップにて上記経路選択要求を受信した場合、上記条件受信ステップにて受信した上記経路探索条件にて特定された上記情報配信事業者の上記指定地点に対応する上記排出権量記憶手段に記憶された上記排出権量から、上記経路選択要求にて選択された上記経路に対応する上記排出量を差し引くことにより、上記排出量の償却を行う排出量償却ステップと、
上記排出量償却ステップにて償却された上記排出量を含む償却結果を、上記情報処理端末に送信することにより上記表示部に表示させる償却結果表示ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、経路探索方法。
