其中, 临时固定部 (140) 是从沿着中扣 (90) 的延部设计的卡扣凸 (141 ) 和弹簧收容部(110)延长形成的,当收伞弹簧( 120)压缩时,从扣在卡扣凸( 141 ) 上的套扣器 (143) 和上套 (10) 的延部突出, 而当弹簧收容部 (110) 接近时, 还可包括解除套扣器 (143) 的解除凸 (145) 。
其中, 滑动轮 (150) 可以设计成开伞按钮 (180) 及收伞按钮 (190) 在锁 定状态下可偏离到与上棒 (20) 下端部保持规定距离的位置。
另外, 还可以包括在开伞按钮(180)及收伞按钮(190)都处于解除状态下, 防止上棒 (20) 对下棒 (30) 做相对移动的防开器 (200)
其中, 开伞防止器 (200) 是一端固定在深棒 (40) 内部, 另一端则可安装 通过贯通深棒 (40) 及下棒 (30) , 在上棒 (20) 形成的第 3贯通孔 (23) 突出 来形成凸部 (210) 的板弹簧, 而凸部 (210)在上棒 (20)及下棒 (30)相互偏 离的方向形成短差, 而反方向则形成缓慢的倾斜面。
因此, 如果依照本发明中上述的结构, 进行简单的按钮操作即可自动执行全 部开伞的动作及收伞的动作。
并且, 在收伞过程中不但可以收起伞骨, 伞杆也能收回缩短, 因此, 一个动 作就能完成全部收伞动作。 附图说明

下面参照附图, 详细说明本发明。
图 1是本发明中可开收的自动雨伞 (1 ) 在压缩前的截面示意图, 图 3是可开 收的自动雨伞 (1 ) 在压缩时的截面示意图。
如图 1和图 3所示, 本发明中可开收的自动雨伞 (1 ) 包括中扣 (90) 、 下扣 ( 100) 、 弹簧收容部 (110) 临时固定部(140)、 滑动轮(150)、 第 1卡口 (160)、 第 2卡口(170)、 开伞按钮(180)及收伞按钮 (190)。
伞骨则包括外壳骨 (50)、支撑骨 (60)、上部支撑骨 (80)及下部支撑骨 (70)。 如图 1中所示, 外壳骨 (50)以上套(10)为中心放射状展开, 并支撑和固定雨 伞覆盖材料 (未图示)的底部。
支撑骨 (60)转轴接合于外壳骨 (50)的内侧端部, 另一端铰链接合在下扣 ( 100) 的外边缘。
上部支撑骨 (80)的两端教练接合在上套(10)和支撑骨 (60)之间。
下部支撑骨头 (70)的一端铰链接合在支撑骨 (60)上,另一端铰链接合在中扣 (90)。
其中, 上述的铰链接合方式可采用已公开的多种方法, 不受任何限制。 如图 1所示, 上棒 (20)上端固定着上套 (10), 内侧则预留着收容空间, 形状 为桶状。
上棒 (20)可以有多种截面形象, 例如圆形或多角形。
下棒 (30)通过上棒 (20)下端的开口部出入内外部, 另一端为手柄 (35)。 下棒 (30)截面最好采用对应于上棒 (20)的截面, 便于出入内外部。
下棒 (30)另一端安装手柄 (35)。
同时, 手柄 (35)可采用多种多样的形状, 例如圆桶形、 " J "形等已公开的 多种模样。
如图 3所示, 手柄 (35)上是锁上及解除下扣 (100)的开伞按钮 (180)和锁上
及解除下棒 (30)及深棒 (40)的收伞按钮 (190)。
开伞按钮(180), 例如一侧可以是开伞按钮(180a), 另一侧端部则可以是锁 上及解除下扣 (100) 上的开伞固定孔(101)的解扣(180b)和弹性材料。
另外, 收伞按钮(190)的结构采用与开伞按钮(180)相同的结构, 可准备收伞 按钮(190a)、 锁上及解除深棒 (40)上收伞固定孔 (45)的收扣(190b)和弹性材料。
按照上述结构, 如下说明开伞按钮(180)及收伞按钮(190)的锁定及解除动 作。
首先, 为压缩收伞弹簧(120)及开伞弹簧(130), 下棒 (30)向上棒 (20)方向加 压, 这时下棒 (30)相对上棒 (20)及深棒 (40)做相对移动, 而收伞固定孔 (45)及开 伞固定孔(101)也会分别对准解扣(180b)和开扣(190b), 并分别通过弹性材料移 动套扣。
之后, 按下开伞按钮(180a)打开自动雨伞(1), 则解扣 (180b)向下方移动并 在开伞固定孔(101)解除锁定状态。 然后, 下扣(100)通过开伞弹簧(130)经上棒 (20)移动到上套(10)。
最后, 按下收伞按钮(190a)收起自动雨伞(1), 则收扣(190b)向下方移动并 在收伞固定孔 (45)解除锁定状态, 而深棒 (40)受收伞弹簧(120)的复原力, 从下 棒 (30)提出来。
另外,上述的开伞按钮(180)及收伞按钮(190)可用除上述结构以外的多种方 法组成。
另外, 上述的开伞按钮(180)及收伞按钮(190)可安排在其他位置, 如图 3所 示, 可安排在手柄 (35)上, 也可以安排在下棒 (30)的一侧。
深棒 (40)的形状采用与下棒 (30)对应的桶状,便于出入下棒(30)的内外部。 另外, 上棒 (20)、 下棒 (30)及深棒 (40)可采用多种多样的材料, 例如可采用 铝。
下扣(100)中央套有上棒 (20)滑动, 沿着外边缘铰链接合着支撑骨 (60)的末 下扣(100)可采用多种形状, 如图 2所示可以是中空的圆桶状。
并且,如图 1所示下扣(100)上的解扣(180b)形成可固定及解除的开伞固定孔 (101)。
中扣(90)套合在上套(10)和下扣(100)之间, 使得可沿上棒 (20)进行滑动。 中扣 (90)的一侧沿着外边缘结合了与角支撑骨 (60)连接的下部支撑骨 (70)。 弹簧收容部(110)采用套合形式, 可沿上棒 (20)滑动, 并能接近及偏离下扣 (100)及中扣(90)。
如图 2所示, 弹簧收容部(110)的内侧下端设置了开伞弹簧(130), 上部则设 置了收伞弹簧(120)。
并且, 如图 2所示, 弹簧收容部(110)可安排支撑固定收伞弹簧(190)的下端 部的第 1段差 (117) 和支撑固定开伞弹簧(180)的下端部的第 2段差(119)。
另外, 下扣(100)、 中扣(90)及弹簧收容部(110)可采用多种多样的材料, 例 如, 可采用合成树脂材料。
如图 2所示, 收伞弹簧(120)的两端分别固定在中扣 (90)的下层面和第 1段差 (117)上。
如图 2所示, 开伞弹簧(130)分别固定在下扣(100)的卡扣(103)和第 2段差
(119)上。
收伞弹簧(120)及开伞弹簧(130)可材料弹力较好的多种弹性材料,例如可采 用线弹簧。
收伞弹簧(120)及开伞弹簧(130)利用复原的弹力使中扣(90)、 下扣(100)及 弹簧收容部(110)在上棒 (20)上移动。
其中, 具体的动作说明将在后面叙述。
当收伞弹簧(120)压缩时, 临时固定部(140)维持压缩的状态, 当受开伞弹 簧(130)的还原力弹簧收容部(110)移动到上套(10)上时, 压缩状态也随即被解 除。
在临时固定部 (140)需要临时固定收伞弹簧(120)的理由是, 如果收伞弹簧
(120)不被固定在临时固定部(140), 则打开自动雨伞(1)时, 开伞弹簧(130) 的 还原力和收伞弹簧(120)的还原力将同时作用, 因此无法顺利执行开伞动作。
另外, 自动雨伞(1 )在完全被打开后, 临时固定部(140)将自动解除收伞弹 簧 (120)的压缩状态, 如果不这样, 为解除收伞弹簧(120)的压缩状态需要额外追 加动作。
因此,安排临时固定部(140),使可开收的自动雨伞(1)能够自动打开和收回,
不仅如此, 无须使用者额外的动作, 只需按下按钮即可完成折叠过程。
其中, 临时固定部(140)可以是多种多样的, 例如, 可以是沿中扣(90)的边 缘准备的卡扣(141)和从弹簧收容部(110)延长形成的收伞弹簧( 120)压缩时卡扣 (141)卡在套扣器(143)和, 沿上套(10)的边缘突出, 当弹簧收容部(110)接近时 解除套扣器(143)的解扣(145)。
如图 3所示, 卡扣(141)安装在铰链接合而成的下部支撑骨 (70)的旁边。 如图 3所示, 卡扣(141)的形状可以是多种多样的, 可以是上部形成段差, 下 部方向形成缓慢的倾斜面的形状。
上述情况下, 其优点是卡扣(141)容易扣在套扣器(143)上, 并且不会轻易被 加了压力的收伞弹簧 (120)的弹力偏离。
卡扣(141)的数量可以是多个, 例如 2或 3以上。
卡扣(141)的数量可以与收伞弹簧(120)的弹力成比例。
艮卩, 当收伞弹簧(120)的弹力比较大时, 可增加卡扣(141)的数量, 使得可支 持上述的弹力, 当上述的弹力小时, 还可以准备少数的卡扣(141)。
套扣器(143)对应卡扣(141), 从弹簧收容部 (110) 延长安装。
套扣器(143)可采取多种形状, 如图 3所示, 可以对应于卡扣(141)配延长翼 ( 115) 。
套扣器 (143)与卡扣 (141 ) 结合时, 如图 3所示可以将延长翼 (115) 安装 在中扣 (90) 上端部位, 突出所定距离。
解除凸(145)如图 3所示, 沿上套 (10) 的边缘部突起。
解除凸(145)如图 1所示, 可形成段差, 向着手柄(35)方向形成缓慢的倾斜 面。
其中, 解除凸(145)的突出高度要达到使得套扣器(143 )滑动展开时, 卡扣 ( 141 ) 能够偏离套扣器 (143) 。
上述情况的优点是, 卡扣凸 (141 )与套扣器 (143) 结合向上套 (10)移动 时, 突出中扣 (90)上端部所定距离的套扣器(143)滑向解除凸(145), 因而卡 扣 (141 ) 更容易偏离。
解除凸(145)的数量可根据卡扣 (141 ) 与套扣器 (143) 的数量准备。 因此, 对于临时固定部 (140) 而言, 如图 4所示当可开收的自动雨伞 (1 )
受开伞弹簧 (130) 的弹力被打开, 由于上套 (10) 下端部设置的解除凸(145), 延长翼 (115) 滑动展开, 从而扣凸 (141 ) 从套扣器 (143) 解除。
其中, 即使临时固定部(140)解除, 因为即将在后面说明的第 1卡口 (160) 及第 2卡口 (170)形成一对一的力平衡, 所以收伞弹簧(120)仍维持压缩的状态。
下面参照图 2及图 3, 如下说明前述的中扣 (90) 、 下扣 (100) 、 弹簧收容 部 (110) 、 开伞弹簧 (130) 及收伞弹簧 (120) 的结合关系。
上棒 (20) 的一端固定有上套 (10) , 而中扣 (90) 则套在上棒 (20) 的另 如图 2所示, 开伞弹簧 (130) 插入弹簧收容部 (110) 的内侧, 支撑在下端 部。
并且, 如图 2所示, 收伞弹簧 (120) 插入弹簧收容部 (110) 的内侧, 支撑 在上端部。
其中, 弹簧收容部 (110) 向着中扣 (90) 套合, 使其能沿着上棒 (20) 滑 动。
因此,如图 2及图 3所示,收伞弹簧( 120)位于中扣(90)及弹簧收容部( 110)。 另外, 如图 2所示, 中扣 (90)加压于弹簧收容部 (110) 的外周边, 形成对 应于卡扣凸 (141 ) 扣在套扣器 (143) 移动距离的导槽 (113) 。
然后, 把弹簧收容部(110)套在下扣(100), 使其能够滑动。
其中,如图 2所示,可在下扣(100)的内侧设置套在导槽(113)上的挂套(103)。 挂套 (103) 插在弹簧收容部 (110) 的内侧, 支撑开伞弹簧 (130) 的上端 部。
挂套(103)可以采用多种方法形成, 例如可在下扣(100)的一侧形成凹槽, 配上对应上述凹槽的固定螺丝及固定杆。
其中, 如果使用上述的固定螺丝及固定杆, 如图 2所示, 可固定在开伞弹簧 ( 130) 的上端部, 注意不要顶到上棒 (20) 。
参照图 1可以看出, 第 1卡口(160)是一端固定在中扣 (90) , 经过弹簧收容 部 (110)上的第 1固定滑动轮 (21)及第 2固定滑动轮(111), 延长到上棒(20) 的 内部后, 从内而外贯通深棒 (40) 上的第 1贯通孔 (41 ) , 接在下棒 (30) 上的 衔接孔 (33)。
如图 1所示, 第 1卡口(160)可以准备一个, 也可以在相反方向准备另外一个 第 1卡口(160)。
另外, 第 1卡口(160)经过弹簧收容部 (110) 及上套 (10) 的方法可以有多 种, 例如, 可利用铁丝形成钩子, 也可以设置固定滑动轮。
如果使用上述的固定滑动轮, 其优点是当第 1卡口(160)卡在滑动轮上活动 时, 摩擦小且能防止断裂。
其中, 建议衔接孔 (33)在下棒 (30) 上端部形成" L"形。
上述情况下, 第 1卡口(160)的另一端解成扣儿, 往下棒(30) 的长度方向套 上去, 移动配置, 其优点是可以防止第 1卡口(160)脱离衔接孔 (33) 。
如图 1所示,第 2卡口(170)的一端固定在中扣(90),另一端则经滑动轮(150) 延长到上棒 (20) 的内侧后, 贯通下棒(30) 上的第 2贯通孔 (31 )及深棒 (40) 上的剖面 (43) , 反方向经过滑动轮 (150) 后固定在中扣 (90) 。
如图 6所示, 第 2卡口(170)延长到上棒 (20) 内侧后可连接在下棒 (30) 上 的第 2贯通孔 ( 31 ) 。
上述情况下, 可省略深棒 (40) 上的剖面部 (43) 。
基于此, 第 2卡口(170)在运行时, 在可展开及折叠的自动雨伞 (1 ) 的展开 动作中, 第 2卡口(170)的两轴受到相同的力达到均衡。
因此, 可避免因不均衡导致产生抵抗从而错误运行的缺点。
第 2卡口(170)可连接在固定着第 1卡口(160)的中扣 (90) 位置。
另外, 如前述的一样, 虽然第 1卡口(160)及第 2卡口(170)的一端虽然可以固 定在中扣 (90) , 但如图 7所示, 也可以一起固定在下扣 (100) 上。
如图 7所示, 第 1卡口(160)的一端固定在下扣 (100)外周边一侧, 另一端经 第 1固定滑动轮 (21 )延长到上棒 (20) 的内部, 固定在深棒 (40)上的第 2贯通 孔 (41 ) 。
上述情况下, 可省略设置在弹簧收容部 (110) —侧的第 2固定轮 (111 ) 。 并且, 如图 7所示, 第 2卡口(170)的一端可与第 1卡口(160)—起固定在下扣 ( 100) 上, 另一端则经滑动轮 (150) 延长到上棒 (20) 的内部后, 贯通第 2贯 通孔 (31 ) 及剖面 (43) , 反向固定在中扣 (90) 上。
其中, 当第 1卡口(160)及第 2卡口(170)同时固定在下扣 (100) 上时, 只是
固定的位置不同, 对自动雨伞 (1 ) 的开收动作并不构成任何差异, 对此, 等同 于前面对实施例的说明。
另外,第 1卡口(160)及第 2卡口(170)可以采用多种类型, 例如可使用不易断 开和拉长的钓鱼线。
滑动轮 (150) 则套在下棒 (30) 上进行滑动, 并扣着上棒 (20) 的另一侧 下端部。
滑动轮(150)可采用多种形状, 如图 2所示, 可设成对应于下棒(30) 的圆 桶形。
如图 2所示, 滑动轮 (150) 的两侧面备有一对轮子。
因此, 当开伞弹簧 (130) 及收伞弹簧 (120) 压缩时, 所需的力分散到这 2 个滑动轮 (150) , 只需很小的力就可以压缩所配的各个弹簧(120, 130)。
并且, 滑动轮 (150) 的优点在于, 相对固定轮而言只需一半的力。
如图 2所示,开伞按钮(180)及收伞按钮(190)锁定的状态下,滑动轮(150) 可以偏离上棒 (20) 下端部所定的距离。
向可开收自动雨伞 (1 ) 加压时, 第 1卡口(160)和第 2卡口(170)维持一对一 的平衡, 因而可维持紧绷的状态。
滑动轮 (150) 紧贴上棒 (20) 下端部时, 即使解除开伞按钮 (180) , 滑动 轮 (150) 紧贴上棒 (20) 的端部, 力的均衡未被解除, 因而仍无法执行开伞动 作。
因此,向可开收自动雨伞(1 )加压时,为了不使滑动轮(150)紧贴上棒(20), 第 2卡口(170)可以比第 1卡口(160)稍长出所定的长度。
开伞防止器 (200) 防止开伞按钮 (180) 及收伞按钮 (190) 均被解除时, 上棒 (20) 相对下棒 (30) 进行相对移动。
如图 5所示, 开伞防止器(200)是一端固定在深棒(40) 的内部, 另一端贯 通深棒 (40) 及下棒 (30) , 通过上棒 (20) 形成的第 3贯通孔 (23) 向外部突 出形成凸部 (210) 的板弹簧。
如图 5所示, 凸部 (210)在上棒(20)及下棒 (30)相互偏离的方向形成段 差, 在其反向形成缓慢的倾斜面。
如果使用者试图把可开收自动雨伞 (1 ) 的上棒 (20) 勉强推到下棒 (30)
开伞时, 如图 5的 (a)所示, 上述的段差会挂到上棒(20) 上的第 3贯通孔 (23 ) 无法开伞。
相反, 向可开收自动雨伞 (1 ) 加压时, 如图 5的 (a) 所示, 下棒 (30) 上 的第 4贯通孔 (39 ) 会压着开伞防止器 (200) 的缓慢倾斜面, 使得凸部 (210) 脱离第 3贯通孔 (23 ) 插入深棒 (40) 的内侧。
因此, 开伞防止器 (200) 可防止不熟悉使用方法的使用者在不压缩可开收 自动雨伞 (1 ) , 而硬从下棒 (30) 拉出上棒 (20) 时, 可开收的自动雨伞 (1 ) 受到破坏。
基于这些, 如下说明本发明中自动雨伞的开收动作。
图 1为本发明中自动雨伞 (1 ) 压缩前的剖面图。
首先, 为了压缩开伞弹簧(130)和收伞弹簧(120), 用下棒(30)向上棒(20) 及深棒 ( 40 ) 加压。
随着下棒 (30 ) 上升, 固定在第 2贯通孔 (31)上的第 2卡口(170)如图 3所示, 被引进上棒 (20) 和下棒 (30) 之间, 与此同时, 随着滑动轮 (150) 加压于上 部方向, 向上推弹簧收容部(110)。
同时, 由于支撑骨 (60)和下部支撑骨 (70) 的存在, 使得中扣 (90)和下 扣 ( 100) 的移动受到限制, 因此, 中扣 ( 90)和下扣 ( 100)在位置相对固定情 况下, 由弹簧收容部 (110) 接近, 并由开伞弹簧(130)和收伞弹簧(120)加压和 压缩。
一旦弹簧收容部 (110)移动所规定的距离完成压缩, 临时固定部(140)上 的扣凸 (141 )衔接到凸部(143 ) , 收伞弹簧 (120)的压缩状态至此临时被固定 住。
与此同时,手柄(35 )处的开伞固定孔( 101 )卡住并固定在开伞按钮( 180), 收伞固定孔 (45 ) 卡住和固定在收伞按钮 (190) 上, 完成压缩阶段。
其中,下棒(30)加压并活动的移动距离与下扣( 100)偏离弹簧收容部(110) 的距离及第 2卡口 (170) 在深棒 (40) 移动的剖面 (43 ) 距离一致。
因此, 在压缩状态下, 如图 3所示, 收伞弹簧(120)维持临时固定部 (140) 的加压状态, 而开伞弹簧 (130) 则通过收伞固定孔 (101 ) 维持加压的状态。
而且, 第 1卡口(160)和第 2卡口(170)紧紧延长, 形成相互维持一对一平衡的
压缩状态。
下面如下说明自动雨伞 (1 ) 的打开动作。
首先, 按下开伞按钮(180)解除开伞固定孔 (101 ) , 限制开伞弹簧(130) 还原力的下扣 (100) 从下棒 (30) 或手柄 (35) 脱离, 开伞弹簧 (130) 的还原 力开始起作用。
随着开伞弹簧 (130)将下扣 (100) 向上顶出去, 支撑骨 (60)将下部支撑 骨 (70) 向上顶, 同时间隙变小, 雨伞骨整体展开。
另外, 滑动轮 (150) 因与上棒 (20) 间的段差而固定到上棒 (20) 端部, 无法再上升而起到固定轮的作用。
但, 中扣 (90) 会被下扣 (100) 顶住而持续上升, 第 2卡口 (170) 以滑动 轮(150) 为轴, 从上棒(20) 内部向外引出的过程中, 相对起到了从上棒(20) 引出下棒 (30) 的作用。
中扣 (90) 及弹簧收容部 (110)向上套 (10) 上升期间, 收伞弹簧 (120) 因临时固定部 (140) 而维持加压的状态。
但, 一旦开伞弹簧 (130) 完成还原, 中扣 (90) 完成向上套 (10) 的上升 状态下, 如图 4所示, 套扣器 (143) 因解除突起 (145) 而滑动, 卡扣凸 (141 ) 被解除。
这时, 套在下棒 (30) 上滑动的滑动轮 (150) 紧贴并固定在上棒 (20) 的 下端部, 第 1卡口(160)和第 2卡口(170)维持一对一的平衡。
因此, 如图 4所示, 收伞弹簧(120)维持加压状态, 雨伞则被打开。
最后, 为了折叠自动雨伞 (1 ) , 从收伞按钮 (190) 上解除深棒 (40) 中设 置的收伞固定孔 (45) 。
如上所述, 第 1卡口(160)和第 2卡口(170)由于收伞弹簧 (120) 的作用而维 持紧紧延长的平衡状态。
但, 按下收伞按钮 (180) , 从下棒 (30) 脱离出深棒 (40) 时, 如果深棒 (40)受第 1卡口(160)的张力从下棒(30)上升, 则第 1卡口(160)的有效距离瞬 间延长, 因而第 1卡口(160)和第 2卡口(170)的均衡状态也将被打破。
因此, 收伞弹簧(120)还原并瞬间将弹簧收容部 (110) 及下扣 (100) 推向 下方, 由于支撑骨 (60)和下部支撑骨 (70) 的连接结构, 致使中扣 (90) 也一
同被挤到上棒 (20) 的下部。
之后, 随着中扣 (90) 的下降, 第 1卡口(160)被引出上棒(20) 的外部, 从 而使深棒 (40) 及下棒 (30) 引入上棒 (20) 的内部。
Claims
1、 一种可展开及折叠的自动雨伞, 其包括有:
上套;
以上述上套为中心, 放射状展开的外壳骨;
与上述各个外壳骨的内侧末端铰链接合的多数支撑伞骨;
上端固定在上套上的上棒;
与上棒接合的下棒;
中央部分套有上述的上棒可以滑动,并沿着外周边缘上述各个支撑骨的末断转 轴接合而成的下扣;
使得可在上述上套和上述下扣之间沿着上述上棒滑动,而外周边缘则包括与上 述各个支撑伞骨连接的配有下端支撑骨的中扣;
开伞弹簧;
其特征在于, 该自动雨伞具有两端支撑在上述中扣和下扣的收伞弹簧; 且中扣 和下扣之间具有扣合机构, 使得收伞弹簧能够为稳定地压缩于一定范围内; 上棒的下部, 对应于扣合机构的部位具有解扣装置, 解扣装置能够顶持扣合机 构, 解脱扣合机构的扣合, 使收伞弹簧得以部分释放。
2、如权利要求 1所述的可展开及折叠的自动雨伞, 其特征在于所述下扣具有临 时固定部, 临时固定部构成扣合机构, 将开伞弹簧的压缩状态维持稳定; 且临时 固定部为从下扣向上延伸形成的套扣器, 该套扣器可套系于中扣的两端, 使收伞 弹簧处于压缩状态。
3、如权利要求 1所述的可展开及折叠的自动雨伞, 其特征在于所述下扣具有临 时固定部, 临时固定部构成扣合机构, 将开伞弹簧的压缩状态维持稳定; 且临时 固定部为从下扣向上延伸形成的扣头, 该扣头能扣合于中扣的上部, 使收伞弹簧 处于压缩状态。
4、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的可展开及折叠的自动雨伞, 其特征在于所述上棒内 设置有向两侧伸出的翘杆, 翘杆被拉线拉系, 拉线连接于一弹弓上, 弹弓、 翘杆 和拉线构成解扣装置。
5、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的可展开及折叠的自动雨伞, 其特征在于所述上棒的
下部具有向往伸展的解扣凸, 解扣凸对应于临时固定部, 以解除对收伞弹簧的压 缩状态。
6、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的可展开及折叠的自动雨伞, 其特征在于所述中扣的 两侧具有突出的卡扣凸, 以与临时固定部配合, 形成卡扣关系。
7、如权利要求 1所述的可展开及折叠的自动雨伞, 其特征在于该自动雨伞至少 包括一拉线, 该拉线一端固定于下扣, 经上套, 穿绕从上棒顶部伸入到下棒中的 深棒, 绕系于下棒的卡口。
8、如权利要求 1所述的可展开及折叠的自动雨伞, 其特征在于该自动雨伞至少 包括一拉线, 该拉线一端固定于伞骨或支持伞骨, 经上套, 穿绕从上棒顶部伸入 到下棒中的深棒, 绕系于下棒的卡口。
9、如权利要求 1所述的可展开及折叠的自动雨伞, 其特征在于该自动雨伞至少 包括一拉线, 该拉线一端固定于下扣, 经上套, 连接到设置于下帮中的拉片中, 拉片的下部具有弓片, 弓片扣系下帮, 能被手柄内的按钮控制解脱。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的可展开及折叠的自动雨伞, 其特征在于该自动雨伞至 少包括一拉线, 该拉线的一端固定于上扣, 绕经下扣、 设置于下棒的穿孔, 再绕 到下扣, 并固定于上扣上, 形成对上扣、 下扣的拉系关系。
