　品物を収容する包装容器としては、その品物の性質を考慮した種々のものが開発されている。品物が、例えば、フィルタシガレットやシガレット等のたばこ商品である場合、その包装容器としては、ヒンジリッドパッケージが多用されている。
　ここで、ヒンジリッドパッケージの１つの形態として、例えば、特許文献１に示されるヒンジリッドパッケージが提案されている。

　ところで、従来公知のスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージにおいて、消費者は、押し出し口から露出したインナパックパートの前面部を指で押しながらインナパックパートを上方へ移動させるので、指が滑ってスライドさせ難い場合がある。また、内部に収容しているたばこ商品の本数が減ってくるとインナパックパートが変形し、スライドさせ難いこともあり、たばこ商品を取り出すのに手間を要する場合がある。
　本発明は、上記の問題を解決するために提案されたものであり、その目的とするところは、簡単な構成で、消費者の購買意欲を喚起する斬新な開閉形態を有しており、しかも、品物が取り出し易いスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージを提供することにある。
　上記目的を達成するために、本発明のスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージは、直方体形状をなし、上部に開口端を有するアウタボディと、前記アウタボディ内にスライド自在に収容されたインナケースであって、上端部に開閉可能なヒンジリッドを有するインナケースとを備え、前記アウタボディは、前壁及びこの前壁に形成され、前記インナケースを部分的に露出させる開口を含み、前記インナケースは、前記開口を通じて露出する前記前壁の内側に補強部材を有している。
　消費者は、アウタボディの開口から露出した前壁の部分を指で押しながら上方へこすり上げるようにしてインナケースを上方へ移動させる。これにより、インナケースは、アウタボディの上部の開口端から突出させられる。このインナケースは、その前壁の内側に補強部材が配設されていることから、インナケースの剛性が高まり、変形を少なく抑えることができる。このため、内部に収容する品物が減ってもインナケースを良好にスライドさせることができる。
　また、本発明のスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージは、前記アウタボディと前記インナケースとを係合させる係合手段を更に備え、前記係合手段は、前記インナケースがそのスライドによりアウタボディから押し上げられたとき、前記ヒンジリッドに開動作を付与するとともに前記インナケースのスライド量を制限する。このため、本発明のパッケージにおいては、インナケースが押し上げられていく動作にともないヒンジリッドが開いていき、インナケースは所定長さ突出したところで止められる。
　具体的には、前記係合手段は、前記ヒンジリッドに配設された帯状体であって、前記ヒンジリッドの開閉を可能とするリッドヒンジよりも上方に位置付けられたアッパヒンジを介して前記ヒンジリッドの後部に連結された上端と、前記アウタボディの内面側に向けて折り返された折返し片を形成する下端部とを有する、帯状体と、前記アウタボディ内に設けられ、前記開口端から前記折返し片に向けて延び、前記折返し片と係合可能な接触片と
を含む。
　上述の帯状体は、インナケースがアウタボディ内を上方へ移動すると、帯状体の先端部の折返し片が、アウタボディの接触片と係合する。それにともないヒンジリッドの後端部が帯状体により相対的に下方に引き付けられるので、ヒンジリッドは開動作する。更にインナケースが上方へ移動するとヒンジリッドは全開となり、それ以上インナケースは進まなくなる。これにより、品物の取り出しが容易となるとともに、インナケースがアウタボディから抜け落ちることを有効に防止することができる。また、接触片は、アウタボディとインナケースとの間に挟まれており、インナケースと常に接触していることから、インナケースの往復動に対して抵抗となり、インナケースが不所望にアウタボディから突出することを抑制する。
　また、前記インナケースは、少なくとも前記開口から露出する前壁の表面にラフな領域を有する構成とすることが好ましい。
　上述のインナケースは、アウタボディの開口から露出した部分にラフな領域を有しているので、消費者の指が滑ることを抑えることができる。
　本発明のスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージによれば、品物を保持したインナケースを上方へスライドさせアウタボディから突出させると、このスライド動作にともないヒンジリッドが開く。この結果、本発明のヒンジリッドパッケージは、通常のパッケージに比べてユニークな開閉形態を提供し、消費者へ強くアピールすることができるので、消費者の購買意欲を促進させることができる。

　図１は、一実施形態のパッケージ２を示す。
　このパッケージ２は、フィルタシガレットやシガレット等のたばこ商品を収容する包装容器であり、全体として直方体形状をなしている。
　パッケージ２は、図２に示すように、リッド４を有するインナケース６を備えており、このインナケース６は、アウタボディ８内にスライド自在に収容されている。
　インナケース６は、図３に示すように、インナパック１０を収容する箱ボディ１２を備えている。
　箱ボディ１２は、上端部が斜めに切り欠かれた箱体であり、２個のインナパック１０を並列に収容可能な大きさを有している。ここで、インナパック１０は長さが９５ｍｍのサイズのたばこ商品１０本を内包材により包み込んだものである。この内包材は、紙と、この紙の表面に蒸着されたアルミニウムの膜とを含む。内包材のアルミニウムの膜はたばこ商品の束を湿気から保護するばかりでなく、たばこ商品の束、すなわち、個々のたばこ商品からの芳香の放出を防止する。内包材には上述したアルミニウム蒸着紙に代えて、積層紙を使用することもでき、この積層紙はその内部に湿気や芳香の通過を防止する遮蔽層を有する。
　この箱ボディ１２は、より詳しくは、図３及び図４から明らかなように、矩形状の前壁１４と、前壁１４よりも低い後壁１６と、一対の側壁１８と、前壁１４、後壁１６および側壁１８の下端に連結された矩形状の底壁とを備えている。ここで、側壁１８の上端縁１８ａは前壁１４の上端と後壁１６の上端とを結ぶように傾斜している。そのため、箱ボディ１２は、上端部に斜めの開口を有している。
　前壁１４は、その上部中央に略矩形状の切欠２０を有している。切欠２０は、箱ボディ１２の前面部分を大きく開き、たばこ商品の取り出しを容易にしている。また、前壁１４の内面には、前壁１４を補強する補強部材としての矩形状の補強板が接着されており、この補強板は切欠２０よりも下方に位置付けられている。
　後壁１６の上端にはリッドヒンジ２４が備えられている。リッドヒンジ２４は両側壁１８，１８の上端縁１８ａの後部間に亘って延び、後壁１６とリッド４とを連結している。
　リッド４は、図２～４に示すように、リッドヒンジ２４に連結されている後壁２６と、上壁２８と、一対の台形状の側壁３０とを備えている。リッド４は、リッドヒンジ２４を中心に回動可能となっている。なお、リッド４が閉じたとき、リッド４の側壁３０の斜辺、すなわち側壁３０の傾斜下端縁３０ａは、前述した箱ボディ１２における側壁１８の上端縁１８ａと互いに合致する。
　更に、インナケース６は、リッド４の後側に帯状体３４を備えている。
　帯状体３４は、略矩形状の舌片である。より詳しくは、図４から明らかなように、帯状体３４は、その上端縁が、リッド４の後壁２６と上壁２８との境界中央に設けられたアッパヒンジ３２を介してリッド４に連結されている。そして、帯状帯３４はその下端部に折返し片３６を有している。この折返し片３６は、帯状体３４の下端を箱ボディ１２の厚み方向外側かつ上方に向け、癖を付けて折り曲げられている。つまり、インナケースがアウタボディ６内に収容されていると、帯状体３４の折返し片３６はアウタボディ６の内面を押圧する方向に付勢されている。
　なお、この帯状体３４は、リッド４の後壁２６の一部および箱ボディ１２の後壁１６の一部を利用して得ることができ、このため、図４から明らかなようにＵ字形状の切込み溝２２がリッド４の後壁２６からリッドヒンジ２４を超え、箱ボディ１２の後壁１６に亘って形成されている。
　ここで、インナケース６の外表面の全域は、型成形により多数の突状を有したコルゲート面６ａとして形成されている。具体的には、コルゲート面６ａは、インナケース６の幅方向に延びる多数の突条から形成されており、これら突条はインナケース６の上下方向に均一な間隔を存して設けられている。
　アウタボディ８は、図１に示すように、上部に開口端３８を有している直方体状の箱体である。より詳しくは、図３に示すように、アウタボディ８は、矩形状の前壁４０と、前壁４０と同寸法の矩形状をなす後壁４２と、一対の側壁４４と、前壁４０、後壁４２および側壁４４の下端に連結された矩形状の底壁とを備えている。そして、前壁４０の中央には、略矩形状の開口４６が設けられており、この開口４６から内部に収容されたインナケース６が露出している（図１、図２参照）。
　また、前記開口端３８にはその後側開口縁に接触片４８が設けられている。より詳しくは、この接触片４８は、図３から明らかなように、開口端３８の後側開口縁から後壁４２に沿い且つアウタボディ８の内部に向かって延び、アウタボディ８の厚み方向内側へ向かうような癖を付けた状態で、後側開口縁に沿って折り曲げられている。つまり、接触片４８はアウタボディ８内に配設されたインナケース６を押圧する方向に付勢されている。このため、アウタボディ８内のインナケース６が、開口端３８の方向へスライドさせられた際、接触片４８は、上述したインナケース６の帯状体３４の折返し片３６と係合する。また、図３から明らかなように、接触片４８の下端中央には、略矩形状の切欠５０が形成されている。この切欠５０の幅寸法は、上述した帯状体３４の折返し片３６の幅寸法よりも僅かに大きい。これにより、接触片４８は、インナケース６の折返し片３６と確実に係合可能となる。以上のように、帯状体３４と接触片４８とにより係合手段が形成される。
　パッケージ２は、インナケース６を成形するインナケース用ブランク５２と、アウタボディ８を成形するアウタボディ用ブランク５４とから形作ることができる。
　インナケース用ブランク５２は、図５に示されるように、箱ボディ１２の前壁１４となる前パネル５６を有しており、前パネル５６の下部には、前述した補強板となる補強パネル５８が連なっている。また、前パネル５６の両側縁には、箱ボディ１２の側壁１８となる側パネル６０，６０が連なっている。更に、前パネル５６には、補強パネル５８とは反対側に位置して箱ボディ１２の底壁となる底パネル６２が連なっている。底パネル６２には、前パネル５６とは反対側に位置して箱ボディ１２の後壁１６の一部となる後パネル６４が連なっている。
　後パネル６４の両側縁には、側パネル６０と対するインナサイドフラップ６６，６６が連なっている。また、この後パネル６４には、底パネル６２とは反対側に位置してリッド４の後壁２６の一部となる後パネル６８がリッドヒンジ２４となるリッドヒンジライン７０を介して連なっている。この後パネル６８には、後パネル６４とは反対側に位置してリッド４の上壁２８の一部となる上パネル７２が連なっている。後パネル６８の両側縁には、リッド４の側壁３０となる側パネル７４，７４がそれぞれ連なっている。これら側パネル７４には、インナサイドフラップ６６とは反対側に位置して上パネル７２と重ね合わされるインナトップフラップ７６，７６がそれぞれ連なっている。
　ここで、ブランク５２においては、箱ボディ１２の後パネル６４からリッド４の後パネル６８にかけて、Ｕ字状の切り込み７８（切込み溝２２）が入れられている。この切り込み７８で囲まれる領域は、前述の帯状体３４となる帯状体領域６３を形成している。より詳しくは、帯状体領域６３は、リッド４の後壁２６に対応する箇所に位置するリッド後パネル６８ｂを有している。リッド後パネル６８ｂは、その上端がアッパヒンジ３２となるヒンジ線８０を介して上パネル７２に連なっている。このリッド後パネル６８ｂには、上パネル７２とは反対側にて箱ボディ１２の後壁１６に対応する箇所に位置するケース後パネル６４ｂおよび帯状体３４の折返し片３６となる折返しパネル６４ｃが順次連なっている。
　上パネル７２には、後パネル６８とは反対側に位置してリッド４の上壁２８の残部となるインナトップフラップ８２およびリッド４の後壁２６の残部となるインナバックフラップ８４が順次連なっている。
　また、インナバックフラップ８４には、インナトップフラップ８２とは反対側に位置して箱ボディ１２の後壁１６の残部となる後パネル８６がリッドヒンジ２４に対応するヒンジ線８８を介して接続されている。
　次に、アウタボディ用ブランク５４は、図６に示されるように、アウタボディ８の前壁４０となる前パネル９０を有しており、前パネル９０の両側縁にアウタボディ８の側壁４４となる側パネル９２，９２が連なっている。
　前パネル９０の上部には、アウタボディ８の底壁となる底パネル９４が連なっている。底パネル９４には、前パネル９０とは反対側に位置してアウタボディ８の後壁４２となる後パネル９６が連なっている。この後パネル９６の両側縁には、側パネル９２に対するインナサイドフラップ９８，９８が連なっている。また、後パネル９６には、底パネル９４とは反対側に位置してアウタボディ８の接触片４８となる接触パネル１００が連なっている。
　本実施形態の場合、ブランク５２，５４は紙材からなり、それらの秤量は１８０～２７０ｇ／ｍ２、それらの厚みは０．２～０．５ｍｍである。なお、具体的には、ブランク５２，５４はカード紙、マニラボール紙等の何れであってもよい。また、インナケース用ブランク５２については、その外表面に、インナケース６の幅方向、即ち、そのスライド方向と直交する方向に延びる多数の突条がスライド方向に均一な間隔を存して設けられるべく型成形が施されている。
　上述したブランク５２，５４は、図５、６中一点鎖線で示した折り込み線からそれぞれ折り込まれて、インナケース６、アウタボディ８がそれぞれ成形され、この折り込み成形により、図１に示すようなリッド４を閉じた状態のパッケージ２が得られる。
　より詳しくは、パッケージ２の折り込み成形を行う際、まず、ブランク５２の折り込み成形が行われる。すなわち、補強パネル５８が折り曲げられて前パネル５６に糊付けされ、そして、帯状体領域６３において折返しパネル６４ｃが折り曲げられとともに、リッド後パネル６８ｂがヒンジ線８０の部分から箱ボディ１２の外側方向となるブランク５２の外表面側へ癖を付けて折り曲げられる。ついで、側パネル７４，７４、インナトップフラップ７６，７６および上パネル７２はそれぞれ折り込みがなされ、インナトップフラップ７６が上パネル７２の内面に糊付けされる。更に、インナトップフラップ８２、インナバックフラップ８４および後パネル８６がそれぞれ対応する上パネル７２、後パネル６８および後パネル６４の内面に向けて折り込まれて糊付けされる。その後、後パネル６４および後パネル６８上に後パネル８６を介して２個のインナパック１０が載置され、この状態で、２個のインナパック１０に対して、インナサイドフラップ６６、底パネル６２、前パネル５６および側パネル６０の折り込みがなされ、これらは相互に糊付けされる。このようにしてインナパック１０を備えたインナケース６の中間体が得られる。
　この後、アウタボディ用ブランク５４において、まず、接触片パネル１００がアウタボディ８の内側方向となるブランク５４の内面側へ折り曲げられる。そして、上述の中間体を後パネル９６上に載置し、接触片パネル１００と中間体の後パネル６８とを重ね合わせる。この状態で、公知の如く、中間体の回りにブランク５４を折り込むとともに、糊付けしていくことで、リッド４を備えたインナケース６がアウタボディ８に収容された図１に示すパッケージ２が成形される。
　このようにしてスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージにたばこ商品が包装されると、この後、個々のパッケージは、例えば、透明フィルムで外包される。
　このパッケージ２を購入した消費者は、まず、外包フィルムを開封し、そしてアウタボディ８の前面に設けられた開口４６から露出したインナケース６の前壁１４を指で押しながら上方へこすり上げるようにしてインナケース６を押し上げる。これにより、リッド４が開きながらインナケース６に収容されているインナパック１０がアウタボディ８から突出してくる。
　ここで、パッケージ２の動作について、図７～図１０を基により詳しく説明する。まず、図７に示すように、当初インナケース６は、アウタボディ８内に収容されており、リッド４は閉じた状態にある。ついで、インナケース６がアウタボディ８内を上方へ移動すると、アウタボディ８における内壁の接触片４８にインナケース６における折返し片３６が係合する（図８）。更に、インナケース６がアウタボディ８内を上方へ移動すると、接触片４８と折返し片３６が係合していることから、リッド４の後端部が帯状体３４により相対的に下方に引き付けられるようにしてリッド４は開いていき、これに伴いインナパック１０が露出してくる（図９）。更に、インナケース６がアウタボディ８内を上方へ移動すると、リッド４は全開状態となり、それ以上はインナケース６が進まなくなる（図１０）。つまり、接触片４８と折返し片３６との係合により、リッド４が開くとともにインナケース６のスライド量は制限される。
　本実施形態においては、アウタボディ８の上端からたばこ商品が取り出しやすい位置でインナケース６のスライドが止められ、かつ、その位置でリッド４が全開するように、接触片４８と折返し片３６との位置関係および帯状体３４の長さが設定されている。
　このようにしてアウタボディ８の上端からインナパック１０が露出すると、消費者はインナパック１０を開封して中からたばこ商品を取り出す。逆に、インナパック１０を収納する場合は、アウタボディ８の開口４６から露出するインナケース６の前壁１４を指で引き下げていくことによりインナケース６はアウタボディ８内へ引き込まれていく。これにより、接触片４８と折返し片３６との係合は解除されるとともに、リッド４は、アウタボディ８の開口端３８にガイドされて閉じていく。最終的にインナケース６がアウタボディ８の底壁に当接したところで、リッド４は完全に閉じた状態となり、パッケージ２を閉じることができる。
　再度たばこ商品を取り出す際は、上記と同じようにインナケース６の前壁を開口４６を介して押しながら上方へこすり上げればよい。
　このように本実施形態のスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージ２は、インナケース６をアウタボディ８から突出させていく動作に連動させてリッド４を開くことができるので、斬新な開閉形態を提供でき、消費者に強くアピールすることができる。また、インナケース６の外表面の全体をコルゲート面に形成しているので、消費者が指でインナケース６をこすり上げる際に指の滑りを抑える効果が発揮され、容易にインナケース６を上方へ移動させることができる。更に、箱ボディ１２の前壁１４の裏側に補強板が配設されているので、箱ボディ１２の剛性が高まり、変形が有効に抑えられる。そのため、たばこ商品の本数が減った場合でも、インナケース６を良好にスライドさせることができる。
　また、本実施形態に係るパッケージ２は、リッド４を閉じることにより、たばこ商品の鮮度の低下を抑えることができ、しかも消費者がパッケージを購入後、そのパッケージ２内にインナパック１０をリフィルとして詰め込むためのたばこ用ケースとして使用する場合の利便性にも優れている。
　本発明は上述した一実施形態に制約されるものではなく、種々の変形が可能である。
　例えば、本実施形態では、インナケース６の表面の全体をコルゲート面に形成したが、このコルゲート面は、少なくもアウタボディ８の開口４６に対応する部分に形成されていればよい。また、本実施形態においては、多数の突条を設けたが、この態様に限定されるものではなく、例えば、インナケース６の表面の全体又は一部に分布された円形のバンプ又はディンプルを有する態様としても構わない。
　また、本実施形態においては、箱ボディ１２の前壁１４の裏面に前壁１４に対応するような矩形状の板を補強部材として貼り付ける態様としたが、この他、例えば、図１１において二点鎖線で示すような、板材を断面形状がＵ字状となるように組み合わせた補強部材１０２を箱ボディ１２の内側に配設する態様や、図１２において二点鎖線で示すような、板材を断面形状がＴ字状となるように組み合わせた補強部材１０４を箱ボディ１２内に配設する態様を採用しても構わない。つまり、箱ボディ１２の剛性を高められるものであれば、補強部材の形状としてはどのような態様でも構わない。なお、図１１，１２において作図の都合上インナケース６のコルゲート面６ａは省略している。
　更に、本実施形態においては、９５ｍｍサイズのたばこ商品の１０本パックを２個収容するタイプについて説明したが、長さが８５ｍｍ程度のサイズのたばこ商品２０本を収容するインナパック１個を収容するタイプに適用しても構わない。また、収容できる品物としては、たばこ商品に限定されるものではなく、菓子などの食品等他の商品であってもよく、本発明のスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージは、これら商品のパッケージとしても適用することができる。

Claims (4)

  1. 　直方体形状をなし、上部に開口端を有するアウタボディと、
    　前記アウタボディ内にスライド自在に収容されたインナケースであって、上端部に開閉可能なヒンジリッドを有するインナケースと
    を備え、
    　前記アウタボディは、前壁及びこの前壁に形成され、前記インナケースを部分的に露出させる開口を含み、
    　前記インナケースは、前記開口を通じて露出する前記前壁の内側に補強部材を有している、スライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージ。
  2. 　前記アウタボディと前記インナケースとを係合させる係合手段を更に備え、
    　前記係合手段は、前記インナケースがそのスライドによりアウタボディから押し上げられたとき、前記ヒンジリッドに開動作を付与するとともに前記インナケースのスライド量を制限する、請求項１に記載のスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージ。
  3. 　前記係合手段は、
    　前記ヒンジリッドに配設された帯状体であって、前記ヒンジリッドの開閉を可能とするリッドヒンジよりも上方に位置付けられたアッパヒンジを介して前記ヒンジリッドの後部に連結された上端と、前記アウタボディの内面側に向けて折り返された折返し片を形成する下端部とを有する、帯状体と、
    　前記アウタボディ内に設けられ、前記開口端から前記折返し片に向けて延び、前記折返し片と係合可能な接触片と
    を含む、請求項２に記載のスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージ。
  4. 　前記インナケースは、少なくとも前記開口から露出する前壁の表面にラフな領域を有する、請求項３に記載のスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージ。
