ここで、ヒンジリッドパッケージの1つの形態として、例えば、特許文献1に示されるヒンジリッドパッケージが提案されている。
従来公知のヒンジリッドパッケージは、ボックス形状のアウタボディを含み、アウタボディはその上部に開口端を有する。アウタボディはその内部にインナパックを収容し、このインナパックは紙巻きたばこの束と、このたばこの束を包み込む内包材とを有する。
ところで、従来公知のヒンジリッドパッケージは、長年使用されていることから、その開閉形態は消費者にとって馴染みがあるものの、消費者の購買意欲を促進させる魅力に乏しい。
そこで、消費者の興味を引くために、ヒンジリッドパッケージにおいて、スライドアクションを取り入れた開閉形態を有するものとして、例えば、特許文献2に示されるスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージが提案されている。
本発明は、上記の問題を解決するために提案されたものであり、その目的とするところは、簡単な構成で、消費者の購買意欲を喚起する斬新な開閉形態を有しており、しかも、品物が取り出し易いスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージを提供することにある。
消費者は、アウタボディの開口から露出した前壁の部分を指で押しながら上方へこすり上げるようにしてインナケースを上方へ移動させる。これにより、インナケースは、アウタボディの上部の開口端から突出させられる。このインナケースは、その前壁の内側に補強部材が配設されていることから、インナケースの剛性が高まり、変形を少なく抑えることができる。このため、内部に収容する品物が減ってもインナケースを良好にスライドさせることができる。

アウタボディ8は、図1に示すように、上部に開口端38を有している直方体状の箱体である。より詳しくは、図3に示すように、アウタボディ8は、矩形状の前壁40と、前壁40と同寸法の矩形状をなす後壁42と、一対の側壁44と、前壁40、後壁42および側壁44の下端に連結された矩形状の底壁とを備えている。そして、前壁40の中央には、略矩形状の開口46が設けられており、この開口46から内部に収容されたインナケース6が露出している(図1、図2参照)。
インナケース用ブランク52は、図5に示されるように、箱ボディ12の前壁14となる前パネル56を有しており、前パネル56の下部には、前述した補強板となる補強パネル58が連なっている。また、前パネル56の両側縁には、箱ボディ12の側壁18となる側パネル60,60が連なっている。更に、前パネル56には、補強パネル58とは反対側に位置して箱ボディ12の底壁となる底パネル62が連なっている。底パネル62には、前パネル56とは反対側に位置して箱ボディ12の後壁16の一部となる後パネル64が連なっている。
ここで、ブランク52においては、箱ボディ12の後パネル64からリッド4の後パネル68にかけて、U字状の切り込み78(切込み溝22)が入れられている。この切り込み78で囲まれる領域は、前述の帯状体34となる帯状体領域63を形成している。より詳しくは、帯状体領域63は、リッド4の後壁26に対応する箇所に位置するリッド後パネル68bを有している。リッド後パネル68bは、その上端がアッパヒンジ32となるヒンジ線80を介して上パネル72に連なっている。このリッド後パネル68bには、上パネル72とは反対側にて箱ボディ12の後壁16に対応する箇所に位置するケース後パネル64bおよび帯状体34の折返し片36となる折返しパネル64cが順次連なっている。
また、インナバックフラップ84には、インナトップフラップ82とは反対側に位置して箱ボディ12の後壁16の残部となる後パネル86がリッドヒンジ24に対応するヒンジ線88を介して接続されている。
前パネル90の上部には、アウタボディ8の底壁となる底パネル94が連なっている。底パネル94には、前パネル90とは反対側に位置してアウタボディ8の後壁42となる後パネル96が連なっている。この後パネル96の両側縁には、側パネル92に対するインナサイドフラップ98,98が連なっている。また、後パネル96には、底パネル94とは反対側に位置してアウタボディ8の接触片48となる接触パネル100が連なっている。
上述したブランク52,54は、図5、6中一点鎖線で示した折り込み線からそれぞれ折り込まれて、インナケース6、アウタボディ8がそれぞれ成形され、この折り込み成形により、図1に示すようなリッド4を閉じた状態のパッケージ2が得られる。
このようにしてスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージにたばこ商品が包装されると、この後、個々のパッケージは、例えば、透明フィルムで外包される。
ここで、パッケージ2の動作について、図7~図10を基により詳しく説明する。まず、図7に示すように、当初インナケース6は、アウタボディ8内に収容されており、リッド4は閉じた状態にある。ついで、インナケース6がアウタボディ8内を上方へ移動すると、アウタボディ8における内壁の接触片48にインナケース6における折返し片36が係合する(図8)。更に、インナケース6がアウタボディ8内を上方へ移動すると、接触片48と折返し片36が係合していることから、リッド4の後端部が帯状体34により相対的に下方に引き付けられるようにしてリッド4は開いていき、これに伴いインナパック10が露出してくる(図9)。更に、インナケース6がアウタボディ8内を上方へ移動すると、リッド4は全開状態となり、それ以上はインナケース6が進まなくなる(図10)。つまり、接触片48と折返し片36との係合により、リッド4が開くとともにインナケース6のスライド量は制限される。
このようにしてアウタボディ8の上端からインナパック10が露出すると、消費者はインナパック10を開封して中からたばこ商品を取り出す。逆に、インナパック10を収納する場合は、アウタボディ8の開口46から露出するインナケース6の前壁14を指で引き下げていくことによりインナケース6はアウタボディ8内へ引き込まれていく。これにより、接触片48と折返し片36との係合は解除されるとともに、リッド4は、アウタボディ8の開口端38にガイドされて閉じていく。最終的にインナケース6がアウタボディ8の底壁に当接したところで、リッド4は完全に閉じた状態となり、パッケージ2を閉じることができる。
このように本実施形態のスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージ2は、インナケース6をアウタボディ8から突出させていく動作に連動させてリッド4を開くことができるので、斬新な開閉形態を提供でき、消費者に強くアピールすることができる。また、インナケース6の外表面の全体をコルゲート面に形成しているので、消費者が指でインナケース6をこすり上げる際に指の滑りを抑える効果が発揮され、容易にインナケース6を上方へ移動させることができる。更に、箱ボディ12の前壁14の裏側に補強板が配設されているので、箱ボディ12の剛性が高まり、変形が有効に抑えられる。そのため、たばこ商品の本数が減った場合でも、インナケース6を良好にスライドさせることができる。
本発明は上述した一実施形態に制約されるものではなく、種々の変形が可能である。
例えば、本実施形態では、インナケース6の表面の全体をコルゲート面に形成したが、このコルゲート面は、少なくもアウタボディ8の開口46に対応する部分に形成されていればよい。また、本実施形態においては、多数の突条を設けたが、この態様に限定されるものではなく、例えば、インナケース6の表面の全体又は一部に分布された円形のバンプ又はディンプルを有する態様としても構わない。
更に、本実施形態においては、95mmサイズのたばこ商品の10本パックを2個収容するタイプについて説明したが、長さが85mm程度のサイズのたばこ商品20本を収容するインナパック1個を収容するタイプに適用しても構わない。また、収容できる品物としては、たばこ商品に限定されるものではなく、菓子などの食品等他の商品であってもよく、本発明のスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージは、これら商品のパッケージとしても適用することができる。

Claims (4)
- 直方体形状をなし、上部に開口端を有するアウタボディと、
前記アウタボディ内にスライド自在に収容されたインナケースであって、上端部に開閉可能なヒンジリッドを有するインナケースと
を備え、
前記アウタボディは、前壁及びこの前壁に形成され、前記インナケースを部分的に露出させる開口を含み、
前記インナケースは、前記開口を通じて露出する前記前壁の内側に補強部材を有している、スライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージ。 - 前記アウタボディと前記インナケースとを係合させる係合手段を更に備え、
前記係合手段は、前記インナケースがそのスライドによりアウタボディから押し上げられたとき、前記ヒンジリッドに開動作を付与するとともに前記インナケースのスライド量を制限する、請求項1に記載のスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージ。 - 前記係合手段は、
前記ヒンジリッドに配設された帯状体であって、前記ヒンジリッドの開閉を可能とするリッドヒンジよりも上方に位置付けられたアッパヒンジを介して前記ヒンジリッドの後部に連結された上端と、前記アウタボディの内面側に向けて折り返された折返し片を形成する下端部とを有する、帯状体と、
前記アウタボディ内に設けられ、前記開口端から前記折返し片に向けて延び、前記折返し片と係合可能な接触片と
を含む、請求項2に記載のスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージ。 - 前記インナケースは、少なくとも前記開口から露出する前壁の表面にラフな領域を有する、請求項3に記載のスライドアクション型ヒンジリッドパッケージ。
