- METHOD Genetic cells collected by aspiration (ovaries), or biopsy (testes), are cultured (proliferated / differentiated / maturing) in a cell-culture, with addition of FSH, LH, etc., of internationally known secondary sex-linked hormones and growth factors, such as GH, rhlGF-1, II-2 thymus hormones, etc., in a matrix of umbilical blood cells or peripheral blood cells following stimulation with growth factors and collection with cytokines either following collection through amnioparacentisis or from a cryopreservation bank of umbilicoplacental blood, or from deciduous teeth - with concurrent presence of a homologous or heterologous element [in which case the heterologous element is properly washed by surface antigens (the sequence of processing is known)], either through the established procedure or successive baths into umbilicoplacental blood [our own method] , testicular/ovarian tissue, or cells aspirated by needle.

- the whole set is supplied by microproteins from the environment of the organ [i.e. creation of a designer microenvironment] and use is made of a 3D- reconstructed basal membrane in order to obtain full expression of the tissue specialization, in a totally excellent achievement of consistency and tissue maturity, as well as of perfect homeostasis in the bioculture.
- the result will be the synthesis of extracellular matrix, the rate of integrins, other (any) receptors on the surface of the cells, MMPs, as well as the rate of their inhibitors in order to optimize the (tissue-specialized) expression of genes, to complete in a fully natural way their development, their morphogenesis (which is the goal of this project) and obtain their normal general behaviour.
