Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de liaison d’au moins un premier et un deuxième composants (1, 2) pour former une structure liée (6) par « fusion de liants », dont les étapes consistent : a) à déposer au moins une couche (3, 4) ayant de préférence une structure poreuse sur une surface (1a, 2a) d’au moins le premier, de préférence de chacun des composants (1, 2); b) à rugosifier la ou les couche(s) déposée(s) (3, 4); c) à joindre la surface (1a) du premier composant (1) à une surface (2a) du deuxième composant (2)et d) à relier les composants (1, 2) pour former la structure liée (6) par « fusion de liants ». L’invention concerne en outre une structure liée (6), un élément optique et un dispositif de support pour une plaquette qui est constituée d’une structure liée de ce type, ainsi qu'une lentille de projection et d'un système d'exposition de projection avec un élément optique de ce type.
