Abstract
【課題】高額な費用を必要とせずに、個人において手軽で、かつ、簡単に小顔にでき、また、目尻や目隈、口角付近等における顔のしわを矯正して、ハリを取り戻した顔に若返らせることができる構造にした顔のしわ矯正具。
【解決手段】頭部の左右こめかみ部分に近い毛髪を挟持して該頭部の左右両側に取り外し可能に止着される左右１対のクリップ２，２と、後頭部に沿って装着され、前記毛髪に止着された１対のクリップ２，２同士を互いに後頭部側に引き寄せた状態で保持する紐３とから構成される顔のしわ矯正具。
Description
本発明は顔のしわ矯正具に関するも。特に、本発明は、顔の目尻や目隈、口角のまわり等におけるしわを無くして、若さとハリを取り戻した顔に見せることができるようにした顔のしわ矯正具に関する。
年齢を重ねると、皮膚のはりや弾力を失い、結果として小じわが増え、特に、目尻や目隈、口角のまわり等に“しわ”ができ、顔全体に弛みが発生する。これは若さとハリをなくし、特に、中高年の女性にとって重大なことである。
そこで、従来、顔のしわを減少させる方法として、外科的な整形治療法で顔の皮膚を引っ張り上げる方法が知られている。また、皮膚にレーザーエネルギーを照射して細胞を活性化させ、しわを無くする器具（例えば、特許文献１参照）等が知られている。

しかしながら、外科的な整形治療法の場合では、人体にメス等を入れるために、治療を受けるには不安で抵抗がある。一方、皮膚にレーザーエネルギーを照射し細胞を活性化させてしわを無くする器具を用いる場合でも、レーザーエネルギーを照射するので危険ではないかという不安が湧き、使用するのに抵抗がある。また、外科的な整形治療法、及び、レーザーエネルギーを照射する器具の何れを採用した場合でも、高額な費用が必要になる問題があった。
そこで、本発明は、高額な費用を必要とせずに、個人において手軽で、かつ、簡単に小顔にでき、また、目尻や目隈、口角付近等におけるしわを矯正して、ハリを取り戻した顔に若返らせることができるようにすることを目的とする。
本発明は上記目的を達成するために提案されたものである。請求項１記載の発明は、頭部の左右こめかみ部分に近い毛髪を挟持し該頭部の左右両側に取り外し可能に止着される左右一対のクリップと、該頭部の後頭部に沿って装着され、前記頭部の左右両側に止着された前記一対のクリップ同士を互いに後頭部側に引き寄せた状態で保持する紐とから構成される顔のしわ矯正具である。
左右一対のクリップを、頭部の左右こめかみ部分に近い毛髪を挟持して該頭部の左右両側に止着し、かつ、紐により一対のクリップ同士を互いに後頭部側に引き寄せて装着する。これによって、一対のクリップ同士の引き寄せにより顔の皮膚も後頭部側に引っ張られて皮膚の弛みをリフトアップした状態に保持できる。これにより、小顔で、目尻や目隈、口角付近のしわ等が無くなるように矯正される。
請求項２記載の発明は、上記紐の途中に、該紐の長さを調整する調整部材を設けた顔のしわ矯正具である。
この構成によれば、調整部材を利用して紐の長さを各人に合った長さに簡単に調整することができる。また、紐の長さを調整することにより、一対のクリップ同士の引き寄せ力も調整できる。
請求項３記載の発明は、上記紐を弾性伸縮可能な部材で形成した顔のしわ矯正具である。
この構成によれば、紐により一対のクリップ同士を互いに後頭部側に引き寄せたとき、紐の弾性伸縮力が付加された状態で一対のクリップ間に引き寄せ力が付与される。ここでの弾性伸縮可能な部材としては、例えばゴム紐等がある。
請求項４記載の発明は、上記紐を、互いに間隔を開けて配置される上下２本の紐で構成した顔のしわ矯正具である。
この構成によれば、左右一対のクリップを上下２本の紐で平行に引き寄せることができる。
請求項１記載の発明においては、左右一対のクリップを、頭部の左右こめかみ部分に近い毛髪を挟持して該頭部の左右両側に止着する。なおかつ、紐により前記一対のクリップ同士を互いに前記頭部の後頭部側に引き寄せて装着する。このようにするだけで、顔の皮膚の弛みをリフトアップして小顔に、かつ、目尻や目隈、口角付近のしわが無くなるように簡単に矯正できる。そして、ハリを取り戻した顔に若返らせることができる。
さらに、左右一対のクリップと該一対のクリップ間に連結される紐とでなる極めてシンプルな構造で構成されるので、安価に提供でき、誰でも手軽に入手できる。しかも、紐は後頭部側を通し、また、クリップは内側の毛髪を挟持するようにして使用すれば、装着後は、クリップ、及び、紐のいずれも自分の毛髪で覆って隠すことができる。これによって、他人に知られることなく使用できる。
また、人体にメスを入れる、あるいは、レーザーを照射する等、人体に危害の恐れがあるような方法を講じる必要がない。そこで、誰でも安心して抵抗なく使用することができる。
請求項２記載の発明によれば、調整部材を利用して後から紐の長さを各人に合った長さに簡単に調整することができる。そこで、頭の大きさ等に拘わらず、誰でも同じ矯正具を使用することができる。なおかつ、構成も極めて簡素でる。そこで、請求頂１記載の発明の効果に加えて、コストダウンにも寄与することが可能となる。また、紐の長さを調整することにより、一対のクリップ同士の引き寄せ力も調整することができる。そこで、装着時の操作性が向上する。
請求項３記載の発明によれば、紐の弾性伸縮力を付加した状態で一対のクリップ同士を互いに後頭部側に引き寄せて装着することができる。そこで、その引き寄せ力は紐の伸縮弾性力で常に同じ状態に保持され、リフトアップ力が低下することはない。したがって、請求項１または２記載の発明の効果に加えて、長時間にわたって同じ状態の矯正を維持することができるという効果が得られる。
請求項４記載の発明は、左右一対のクリップを上下２本の紐で安定して引き寄せできることができる。そこで、請求頂１，２または３記載の発明の効果に加えて、頭によりフィットし、安定した状態で装着できるという効果が得られる。
本発明では、顔のしわ矯正具を、顔の左右こめかみ部分に近い毛髪を扶持して頭部の左右両側に取り外し可能に止着される左右一対のクリップと、前記頭部の後頭部に沿って装着され、前記頭部の左右両側に止着された前記一対のクリップ同士を互いに後頭部側に引き寄せた状態で保持する紐とから構成した。これによって、高額な費用を必要とせずに、個人において手軽で簡単に小顔にでき、また、目尻や目隈、口角付近等におけるしわを矯正し、ハリを取り戻して顔を若返らせるという目的を達成することができる。
以下、本発明の顔のしわ矯正具について、好適な実施例をあげて説明する。
図１は、本発明の一実施の形態に係る顔のしわ矯正具の概略斜視図である。
図１において、顔のしわ矯正具１は、左右一対のクリップ２，２と、該左右一対のクリップ２，２を連結している紐３と、該紐３の途中に配設された調整部材４とで構成されている。以下、顔のしわ矯正具１を単に「矯正具１」と表す。
左右のクリップ２，２は同一部品である。各クリップ２，２は第１板バネ部材５と該第１板バネ部材５と一体化されている第２板バネ部材６とでなる。各板バネ部材５，６は、薄いバネ板鋼板から形成されている。
第１板バネ部材５は、正面視で略Ｌ字状に形成された本体部５ａ，５ｂと、該本体部５ａから第２板バネ部材６側に向かって形成された複数本の櫛歯７，７・・・とを備えている。櫛歯７，７・・・の先端部は、第２板バネ部材６の裏側から離れる方向に段差を設けて途中から折り曲げられ、クリップ部８として構成されている。
一方、前記第２板バネ部材６は、正面視で略Ｌ字伏に形成された本体部６ａ，６ｂを備えている。第１板バネ部材５の本体部５ａと、第２板バネ部材６の本体部６ａの向き、及び、第１板バネ部材５の本体部５ｂと、第２板バネ部材６の本体部６ｂの向きをそれぞれ一致させた状態で、第２板バネ部材６の両端部を第１板バネ部材５の両端裏側に溶接等で接合し、第１板バネ部材５と第２板バネ部材６とを一体化している。
第１板バネ部材５と第２板バネ部材６が一体化された状態では、第２板バネ部材６の本体部６ａは、第１板バネ部材６のクリップ部８を左右に横切った形で配設されている。
クリップ２，２の各四隅には、表裏方向に貫通している孔９ａ，９ｂ，９ｃ，９ｄが各々設けられている。
第１板バネ部材５と第２板バネ部材６は、弾性変形を起こさせる前の状態(図１の状態)では、本体部５ａ，６ａにおける表面倒(本例では装着者の頭内側)の中央部が前方(装着者の頭内側)に向かって膨出するような形状に湾曲して形成されている。そして、第１板バネ部材５のクリップ部８と第２板バネ部材６の本体部６ａとが所定間隔離れた状態で対峙した形態(これを「非クリップ状態」という)になるように構成されている。
第１，第２板バネ部材５，６における本体部５ａ，６ａの中央部を装着者の頭に当て、さらに第１，第２板バネ部材５，６の本体部５ｂ，６ｂをそれぞれ装着者の頭部内側方向に向かって押す。これによって、本体部５ａ，６ａの各中央部が各々裏面側(本例で装着者の頭外側)に向けて膨出するように反転変形する。こうして、第１板バネ部材５のクリップ部８と第２板バネ部材６の本体部６ａとが互いに圧接状態（これを「クリップ状態」という)となり、その姿勢が維持できるようにされている。
したがって、クリップ２，２は、非クリップ状態で第１板バネ部材５のクリップ部８と第２板バネ部材６の本体部６ａとの間に毛髪を挟む。次いで、第１板バネ部材５の本体部５ｂと第２板バネ部材６の本体部６ｂを表側である装着者の頭側に向けて押し付けると、本体部５ｂと本体部６ｂが各々反転する。こうして、第１板バネ部材５のクリップ部８と第２板バネ部材６の本体部６ａとの間に毛髪がクリップされる。これによってクリップ２，２が毛髪に止着できるようになっている。
紐３は、弾性伸縮可能な紐であり、本例ではゴムを使用している。調整部材４は、プラスチック等で形成された板状材で、左右両側部にそれぞれ４つの孔（１０Ａ，１０Ｂ，１０Ｃ，１０Ｄ）、（１０ａ，１０ｂ，１０ｃ，１０ｄ）が形成されている。
紐３は、図１に示すように、紐３の一端部側を一方側のクリップ２の孔９ｄ，９ｃ，９ｂ，９ａを順に通して調整部材４側に引き出した後、調整部材４の孔１０Ａ，１０Ｂ，１０Ｃ，１０Ｄ、他方側のクリップの孔９ａ，９ｂ，９ｃ、９ｄ、調整部材４の孔１０ｄ，１０ｃ，１０ｂ，１０ａを通って再び一方側のクリップ２側に戻り、紐３の一端部側と他端部側とを互いに凍結して輪状に形成される。こうして、左右一対のクリップ２，２間に２本の紐部３ａ，３ｂが平行に配設された状態で取り付けられている。また、クリップ２，２間に配設されている紐部３ａ，３ｂの長さは、調整部材４の孔１０Ｂと１０Ｃとの間、及び、孔１０ｂと１０ｃとの間に配置されている紐部３ａ，３ｂの１部３ｃ，３ｃをそれぞれ引き出すことにより調整可能になっている。
次に、このように構成されている矯正具１の使用例を次に説明する。
まず、矯正を必要とする人の左右のこめかみ部分と近い毛髪に、左右一対のクリップ２、２の中の一方のクリップ２をクリップ状態にして止着する。
次いで、紐３を後頭部側に回し、右一対のクリップ２、２の中の他方のクリップ２を、反対側のこめかみ部分と近い毛髪に、同じくクリップ状態にして止着する。
このとき、一対のクリップ２，２の間を毛髪と共に引き寄せ、この引き寄せで顔の皮膚も後頭部側へ同時に引っ張り、皮膚の弛みをリフトアップした状態にする。
このクリップ２，２の取付位置、及び、クリップ２，２による引き寄せ方向は、皮膚の弛みをリフトアップするのに最も有効と思われる位置、及び、向きが選択され、その位置にクリップ２，２、及び、紐３を配設する。
これにより、それまで生じていた目尻や目隈、口角付近のしわ等が矯正されて無くなり、小顔になると共にハリを取り戻して顔を若返らせることができる。
図５は、本発明の矯正具１を使用する前における人の頭部を示し、使用していないときには、頭の目尻や目隈、口角付近にしわや弛みが生じている状態を示している。
図２～４は本発明の矯正具１を使用している状態での人の頭部を示すものである。矯正具１を使用することによって頭部の左右のこめかみ部分に近い毛髪が左右のクリップ２，２と紐３によって後頭部側に引き寄せられる。これによって顔の皮膚の弛みがリフトアップされて目尻や日隈、口角付近のしわ等が矯正されてなくなっている状態が図示されている。
なお、後頭部側に通された紐３、及び、こめかみ部分に近い毛髪に止着されたクリップ２，２は、矯正具１の装着後、自身の毛髪で覆って隠すことにより、他人に知られることはない。
また、左右のクリップ２，２の間を引き寄せる力を付与する方法としては次のようにしても良い。まず左右のクリップ２，２を左右のこめかみに近い毛髪に止着する。その後、調整部材４において、調整部材４の孔１０Ｂと１０Ｃとの間、及び、孔１０ｂと１０ｃとの間に配置されている紐部３ａ，３ｂの１部３ｃ，３ｃをそれぞれ引き出す。こうして、紐部３ａ，３ｂの実効長さを調整して引き寄せ力を生成するようにしてもよい。
さらに、調整部材４は、必ずしも必要とするものではない。また、クリップ２も上記実施例の構造に限定せられるべきではなく、毛髪に止着できるものであれば、これ以外のものを採択してもよい。
また、本発明は、その他の部分も本発明の精神を逸脱しない限り種々の改変を為すことができる。そして、本発明が該改変されたものに及ぶことは当然である。

Claims (4)
- 頭部の左右こめかみ部分に近い毛髪を挟持し該頭部の左右両側に取り外し可能に止着される左右一対のクリップと、該頭部の後頭部に沿って装着され、前記頭部の左右両側に止着された前記一対のクリップ同士を互いに後頭部側に引き寄せた状態で保持する紐とから構成されることを特徴とする顔のしわ矯正具。
- 上記紐の途中に、該紐の長さを調整可能にする調整部材を設けたことを特徴とする請求項１記載の顔のしわ矯正具。
- 上記紐を弾性伸縮可能な部材で形成したことを特徴とする請求項１または２記載の顔のしわ矯正具。
- 上記紐を、互いに間隔を開けて配置される上下２本の紐部で構成したことを特徴とする請求項１，２または３記載の顔のしわ矯正具。
