Abstract
熱間加工性と耐応力腐食割れ性に優れた高強度Cr−Ni合金材およびそれを用いた油井用継目無管を提供する。
質量%で、C:0.05%以下、Si:0.05~1.0%、Mn:0.01%以上3.0%未満、P:0.05%以下、S:0.005%以下、Cu:0.01~4%、Ni:25%以上35%未満、Cr:20~30%、Mo:0.01%以上4.0%未満、N:0.10~0.30%、Al:0.03~0.30%、O(酸素):0.01%以下、REM(希土類元素):0.01~0.20%を含有し、残部がFeおよび不純物からなり、かつ下記(1)式の条件を満足することを特徴とする高強度Cr−Ni合金材と油井用継目無管。Feの一部に代えて、さらに、W、Ti、Nb、Zr、V、Ca、Mgのうちの1種以上を含有してもよい。
