Abstract

　情報収集装置（１００）は、取得部（１０１）と、抽出部（１０２）と、決定部（１０３）とを備える。取得部（１０１）は、複数の移動体の走行履歴を取得する。抽出部（１０２）は、取得部（１０１）によって取得された複数の移動体の走行履歴に基づいて、所定範囲内に所定台数以上の移動体が所定時間以上停車した停車位置を抽出する。決定部（１０３）は、抽出部（１０２）によって抽出された停車位置の近傍に所定の地物が存在する場合に、停車位置をアイドリングストップ推奨位置として決定する。
