Abstract

 本発明は、電子機器、精密機器などで放熱部材として使用されるグラファイト複合フィルムに関し、特に放熱特性を損なわず難燃性を付与したグラファイト複合フィルムを提供することを課題としている。  本発明者らは、複合材の燃え難さと厚みをグラファイトフィルムの熱輸送能力によって制限するなどの工夫をし、難燃性を示すグラファイト複合フィルムを作製した。本発明は、グラファイトフィルムと粘着層を有する材料を含むグラファイト複合フィルムにおいて、前記グラファイトフィルムの熱伝導率200W/mK以上であり、かつ、前記グラファイトフィルムの厚みTGと熱伝導率λGの積TG・λGと前記粘着層を有する材料の厚みTAの比TG・λG/TAが150以上300000以下であることを特徴とするグラファイト複合フィルムである。
