Abstract

【課題】表面処理層にクロムを使用せず、塗料にて塗膜を形成させた後、あるいは有機樹脂にて被覆した後に、絞り加工等の厳しい加工をして成形しても密着性及び耐食性に優れた樹脂被覆アルミニウム合金板、成形体を提供する。 【解決手段】少なくとも片面に表面処理皮膜を有するアルミニウム基板の表面に、有機樹脂皮膜層を被覆した樹脂被覆アルミニウム合金板であって、該表面処理皮膜が、金属原子換算で2mg/m2~100mg/m2のジルコニウムと、ポリイタコン酸、単糖アルコール、二糖アルコールのうちいずれか一つ以上をアルミニウムイオン捕捉剤として含むことを特徴とする樹脂被覆アルミニウム合金板、及び缶体、缶蓋等の成形体。
