Abstract

 第一減速機及び第二減速機に簡単にプリロードを与えてバックラッシを除去できる。従って、簡単且つ安価にバックラッシを除去した減速装置が提供できる。  第一内歯車、第一内歯車に噛合う第一外歯車、第一外歯車に係合して第一外歯車を偏心運動させる第一クランク体、及び第一クランク体を回転自在に支持する第一支持体を有する第一減速機と、第二内歯車、第二内歯車に噛合う第二外歯車、第二外歯車に係合して第二外歯車を偏心運動させる第二クランク体、及び第二クランク体を回転自在に支持する第二支持体を有する第二減速機と、を備えた減速装置において、第一クランク体及び第二クランク体を互いに連結し、第一支持体及び第二支持体を互いに固定し、第一内歯車及び第二内歯車を相対的に逆方向に回動させた状態で第一内歯車及び第二内歯車を互いに固定した減速装置である。
