Abstract
In a primary heat transfer type heat exchanger having a heat transfer core where a passage for high temperature fluid and a passage for low temperature fluid are formed alternately between respective layers by laminating unit cells combining primary heat transfer plates, the primary surface heat transfer plate is subjected to press workpressed at the outer circumference of a fin, a pair of spacer bars are bonded to the opposite ends of the pressed surface and backside, the unit cells are joinned in combination oppositely to align the direction of fin and bonded, or combined while being rotated such that the direction of the fin has a predetermined angle and bonded to constitute the passages for high temperature fluid and for low temperature fluid, and the heat transfer cores form a passage for high temperature fluid and a passage for low temperature fluid alternately by laminating the unit cells in multistage. Its manufacturing method is also provided. A primary surface heat transfer type heat exchanger having heat transfer cores excellent in sealing prperties can be provided regardless of formation of counter-flow type, cross-flow type or oblique cross-flow type fluid channel.
