Abstract
【課題】破損せず簡便かつ短時間で化学反応(核酸増幅反応など)を行える反応容器(核酸増幅容器など)を提供し、また、自動化が容易であり、装置が大型化、複雑化することなくコンタミネーションを予防することができ、さらにコンタミネーションの原因となる廃棄物を減らせる核酸増幅方法を提供する。 【解決手段】少なくとも2つの角を有する形状の底面と、底面を構成する直線または曲線をそれぞれ一辺とする平面状または曲面状の側面とを有する、核酸の増幅反応を行なうための反応部と、反応部と流動性連通を有し、容積に対する表面積の比が反応部より小さく、容積が反応部の容積より大きな、試料を受け入れるための導入部とを有する核酸増幅容器、およびそれを用いた核酸増幅方法ならびに核酸増幅検出方法。ピペットチップの少なくとも吸入吐出口部位を収納できる収納部と、化学反応を行なう反応部とを含む反応容器。フィルターを内蔵した着脱可能なチップに核酸増幅反応のための溶液を保持させ、核酸増幅容器に装着することにより、チップと核酸増幅容器を一体的に取り扱うことが可能な核酸増幅方法。
