Abstract

 本発明のマイクロミキサー1Aは、第1流体7が第1方向xに指向した流れになるように案内する第1管状部材2と、該第1管状部材2の下流側部分2b内に、前記第1方向xとは逆向きに指向した流れになるように第2流体8を案内する吐出部分14を有し、該吐出部分14が第1管状部材2の下流側部分2bの流路スペースS1よりも狭い流路スペースS2をもつ第2管状部材3と、第1管状部材2の下流側部分2bと第2管状部材3の吐出部分14とで区画され、第1管状部材2内を流れる第1流体7と第2管状部材3内を流れる第2流体8とを向流で衝突させて得られる混合流体9を、前記第1方向xと同じ向きに指向した流れに案内するとともに、前記混合流体9の圧力を高める第1環状空間4と、該第1環状空間4と連通し、前記第1環状空間4から吐出される混合流体9の圧力を下げ、これに伴って生じる渦流により混合流体9の混合を促進させる混合促進空間5と、該混合促進空間5内の混合流体9を所定の回収手段へ案内する第3管状部材6とを有することを特徴とする。
