Abstract
(課題) 酸化安定性に優れたバイオディーゼル燃料、あるいは酸化安定性に優れたバイオディーゼル燃料と軽油との混合物を製造する新規技術を提供すること。
(解決手段) (1)エステル交換反応処理した油脂及び/又は廃食用油から調製した脂肪酸アルキルエステル、及び/又は(2)脂肪酸をエステル化反応処理した脂肪酸アルキルエステルを、希土類元素から選ばれた少なくとも一種の元素と周期律表第VIII族貴金属から選ばれた少なくとも一種の貴金属を含有する水素化触媒共存下、低圧での水素圧雰囲気にて水素化処理する。(1)エステル交換反応処理した油脂及び/又は廃食用油から調製した脂肪酸アルキルエステル、及び/又は(2)脂肪酸をエステル化反応処理した脂肪酸アルキルエステルに軽油を混合しておいてもよい。
