Abstract

An oral irrigation system that is used to prevent almost all dental and parodontic problems by thoroughly eliminating all impurities and deposits, in parodontic pockets. The irrigation system includes a simple elongated plastice pipe with a narrowed end for washing the mouth, and a wide end with screw threads used to screw the system into a flexible shower hose. The irrigation system injects water under tap pressure through its narrowed end in order to thoroughly clean the teeth and gums. All impurities and deposits, particularly those in the parodontic pockets, which cannot be removed by a simple tooth brushing, are washed away. The narrowed end of the system is bent so as to inject water into the mouth, washing the teeth and gums without pouring down the throat.

Description

An apparatus for cleaning the mouth compatible with all domestic shower systems in the world.
Our invention is a system that can prevent almost all dental and parodontic (gums) problems. It thoroughly eliminates all impurities and deposits, including those in parodontic pockets, however deep. Consequently, it can eradicate all oral pains caused by food deposits and stuffings.
Our system is a simple elongated plastic pipe with a narrowed end for washing the mouth, using domestic tap water. It injects water under tap pressure through its narrowed end, thoroughly cleansing teeth and gums. All impurities and deposits, particularly those in parodontic pockets, which cannot be removed by a simple tooth brushing, are washed away. The narrowed end of the system is bent so as to inject water into the mouth, washing the teeth and gums without pouring down the throat.
Although there already are a number of systems functioning on the same principle (household tap water), these systems require a special and complex installation and are often incompatible with existing household hoses and taps. Since all shower hoses and taps are built to the same diameter anywhere in the world, our invention, in its simplicity, with a screw diameter of 1A", can be fitted onto any existing shower tap in the world. By making our system extremely simple to set-up and compatible with all domestic shower systems we will solve the problem of complicated and costly installations.
The figure shows the apparatus from a side view. The water enters at the edge (1) with a screw thread for screwing in all flexible shower hose. The water exits at the narrow end (2). It is recommended that the outer face of the body will be endowed with projections so as facilitate the grasp (3). The bend (4) near the end of the water exit is required to facilitate the direction water on the teeth and gums preventing direct sprinkling of the throat.

Claims

Claims:
1. A mouth rinsing apparatus composed of an elongated plastic pipe with a narrow end for the ejection of water, a wide end for the inflow of water, and a 1A" wide screw thread on the wide end, compatible with any shower hose.
2. An apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the narrow end is bent and has an opening of about 1 mm in diameter.
