Abstract
ミスアライメントに対して許容範囲を広くとることができ、軸受の早期破損を抑え軸受寿命を長くでき、事務機など装置の構造上、軸受取り付け誤差を小さくすることができない装置に用いられる小径転がり玉軸受およびそれを用いた定着装置を提供する。それぞれ軸受鋼で形成された内輪2および外輪3の軌道面間に複数の玉4が配列され、上記内輪が単一径の軸に嵌合し、上記内輪の内径面は、軸方向に沿う凸球面状で、かつ軸方向断面が単一円弧状であり、該円弧の半径が玉4の直径の 0.5~50 倍である小径転がり玉軸受であり、上記内輪および外輪間にグリース7が封入されてなり、上記内輪の内径が 4 mm~50 mm であり、定着装置はこの軸受で回転部材の軸部を支持される。
