[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The process includes a step in which a compound represented by the formula (5) is hydrolyzed to obtain an aldose derivative represented by the formula (6). (In the formula (5), n is an integer of 1-3 and R1 represents alkyl.) (In the formula (6), n is an integer of 1-3.)
