Abstract
When a reception unit (101) receives information for acquiring subject contents, a judging unit (102) judges a property of the acquiring subject contents. In accordance with the property of the acquiring subject contents judged by the judging unit (102) a selecting unit (103) selects the optimum contents service provider. An acquiring unit (104) acquires the acquiring subject contents from the optimum contents service provider selected by the selecting unit (103).
