Abstract

If upstream scheduling information has been appropriately received by a user apparatus, then an upstream signal can be appropriately received by a base station apparatus irrespectively of the status of reception of downstream scheduling information. A bit range of arrival acknowledging information, which is time multiplexed with an ordinary data signal, is always reserved in the upstream signal independently of whether the arrival acknowledging information is transmitted or not. Even if a downstream L1/L2 control channel, which is to be used for notifying the information as to which mobile station uses a shared channel to perform communication, is erroneous, then the base station apparatus can appropriately receive the ordinary data signal through the uplink.
