Abstract

画像形成装置のローラ、ベルトにおいて、基材（ＰＩ）と弾性層（シリコーンゴム）との接着性を改善する。 基材と、基材の外周面に形成された酸化ケイ素層と、酸化ケイ素層の外周に形成されたプライマー層と、プライマー層の外周に形成された弾性層を有している画像形成装置用のローラまたはベルト。基材は、ポリイミド製である画像形成装置用のローラまたはベルト。プライマー層は、シランカップリング剤が含有されたプライマーよりなる画像形成装置用のローラまたはベルト。弾性層は、シリコーンゴム製である画像形成装置用のローラまたはベルト。弾性層の外周側に、バインダー層を介してフッ素樹脂層を有していることを特徴とする画像形成装置用のローラまたはベルト。
