Thus, the razor having a shaver head with four sides on which a group of blades are fixed at each edge part respectively in accordance with the present invention can be turned to the right at a fixed degree angle, and thus the blades as depicted in the Fig. 48 can be used: BIa, BIb, B3a, B3b, B5a, B5b, B7a, B7b; on the other hand, when the holders were pushed left as depicted in the Fig. 50, the blades can be used by turning the shaver head a fixed degree angle : B2a, B2b, B4a, B4b, B6a, B6b, B8a, B8b can be used;
thus, the eight group of blades all tailed can be used.
[Mode for Invention]
Reference now will be made in detail to an implementation consistant with the present invention as illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 depicts the view of the razor having a shaver head with two sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively in accordance with the present invention; comprising a handle(14), two holders(ll) each side above the handle, and a shaver head(l) which is mounted between the holders and is able to be rotated on its axis.
Now more detailed reference will be made to the shaver head(l) which has two sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively in accordance with the present invention; the shaver head comprises the first side body(lOO), the second side body(200), and the rotation body(3) between the first side body and the second side body.
Accordingly, the shaver head(l) is placed broadwise between the two holders each side above the handle.
Now more detailed reference will be made to the first side body and the second side body: double blades(Bl) are fixed on the first side body(lOO) depicted in the Fig. 4, and also double blades(B2) are fixed on the secon side body(200) on the opposite side.
In the present description, the blades((Bl), (B2)) fixed on the first side body and the second side body are double blades, but it doses not mean that the blades should be restricted to double blades; so the blades fixed on the sides of the shaver head can range from a single blade to triple or more than triple blades, including the double blades.
Thus, the blades are fixed in the opposite direction diagonally as depicted in the Fig. 6. That is, the double blades(Bl) are fixed at the lower part of the front side of the shaver head while the other double blades(B2) are fixed at the upper part of the back side.
Meanwhile, to help to understand the structure of the rotation body(3)
depicted in the Fig. 7, its view is enlarged as depicted in the Fig. 8. , followed by more detailed explanation. In both sides of the rotation body are placed the pivot units as depicted in the Fig. 12; the pivot unit comprises the pivot which is straight and two bolts which spread like branches on both sides. One end of the pivot(4) is inserted into the pivot support hole(6) and the other end goes through the pivot hole(9) and is attached and fixed by the pivot button(8). The two bolts(5) go through the two holes of bolt support(7) and their ends are insserted into the bolt holes(lθ) as depicted in the Fig. 10.
In the present invention, the rotation body(3) as described above is mounted between the two holders(ll) above the handle depicted in the Fig. 3, as depicted in the Fig. 9; one end of the pivot(4)(that is, the end of the pivot towards the button) goes through the pivot holes(9) and then holder holes(12); the two bolts(5) of the pivot unit go through the bolt holes(lθ) and then the pix holes(13) so that the bolt(5) goes through the bolt hole(lθ) and fix hole(13), making the rotation body fixed and unable to rotate on its axis.
In the meantime, when the two pivot buttons(8) which protrudes from both the holders are pressed, compared with the state as depicted in the Fig. 9, the pivot unit is pushed inside as depicted in the Fig. 10, with the bolts(5) comming out of the bolt holes(lθ) and fix holes(13), making the rotation body(3) possible to rotate 360 degrees back and forth on its axis.
On the other hand, in the state as depicted in the Fig. 10 where the rotation body(3) is able to rotate, the rotation body can be stoped by releasing the pivot buttons(δ) so that the bolts(5) go through the bolt holes(lθ) and fix holes(13), making the rotation body possible to be stoped as depicted in the Fig.9.
After the blades(Bl) on the first, front, side body(lOO) are used, the blades(B2) on the second, behind, side body(200) also can be used conveniently by pressing both the pivot buttons(δ) with the fingers and turning the rotation body back and forth on its axis and then releasing the
pivot buttons(8) pressed and stopping the rotation body.
Fig. 13 depicts the state in which a button is fixed to the end of the pivot .
Fig. 14 depicts a razor having a shaver head with four sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively in accordance with the present invention; and the shaver head can rotate 360 degrees on its axis. Qn the shaver head are fixed four side bodies, and thus after using the blades on one side body and then by turning the shaver head 90 degrees back or forth, the next blades on the other side body can be used; in this way, the next blades on the other side bodies can be used. As depicted in the Fig. 15, the razor having a shaver head with four sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively in accordance with the present invention, has holders(ll) whose upper parts are ' + ' in shape in stead of 1T1 which is the shape of the holders of the razor having a shaver head with two sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively as depicted in the Fig.3; in addition, the holders of the razor having a shaver head with two sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively as depicted in the Fig. 3 have two fix holes(13) each side of the holder holes(lθ) respectively while the holders of the razor depicted in the Fig. 15 have four fix holes(13) around the holder holes(12) respectively.
Accordingly, the shaver head as depicted in the Fig. 16 is mounted between both the holders above the handle as depicted in the Fig. 15. To give more detailed explaination of the structure of the shaver head depicted in the Fig. 16, to each side of the rotation body as depicted in the Fig. 17 (its structure is the same as that of the ratation body depicted in the Fig. 8) is attached the square plate as depicted in the Fig. 18 in the manner as depicted in the Fig. 19, thus making the frame as depicted in the Fig. 20; on the frame depicted in the Fig. 20 are mounted and fixed four side bodies as depicted in the Fig. 21 in the manner as depicted in the Fig. 22 and thus making the shaver head as depicted in the Fig. 23. Fig. 24 depicts the layout of the four blades which are fixed on the four side bodies of the
shaver head depicted in the Fig.23.
In the mean time, the Fig. 25 depicts the state in which the rotation body as depicted in the Fig. 17 are mounted between the holders(ll) above the handle as depicted in the Fig. 15; and the bolts(5) go through bolt holes(lθ) and fix holes(13), making the rotation body stoped without rotating back and forth on its axis as depicted in the Fig.9. But in the state above, if both the pivot buttons(8) are pressed by the fingers, it is to be in the state as depicted in the Fig. 26 in which the rotation body is able to rotate 360 degrees back and forth, and thus, when the rotation body is turned at an angle of 90 degrees and then the buttons pressed are undone, the bolts(5) are inserted inot fix holes(13) as depicted in the Fig. 27. Accordingly, the blades on the four sides of the shaver head can be used by turning the shaver head at an angle of 90 degrees on its axis.
Fig. 28 depicts the razor having a shaver head with three sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively in accordacne with the present invention; the shaver head as depicted in the Fig. 30 is mounted between the holders(ll) above the handle(14) as depicted in the Fig. 29; here, more fix holes are made around the holder hole(12) in a circular form on the holder .compared with both the razor having a shaver head with two sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively and the razor having a shaver head with four sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively.
To give more detailde explaination of the structure of the shaver head having a shaver head with three sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively in accordance with the present invention, triangualr side plate as depicted in the Fig. 32 is fixed on each side of the rotation body as depicted in the Fig. 31, making the frame as depicted in the Fig. 33; the side bodies as depicted in the Fig. 34 are fixed in a manner as depicted in the Fig.35, making the shaver head depicted in the Fig.36.
Fig. 37 depicts the layout of the blades of the razor having a shaver head with three sides on which a group of double blades are fixed respectively.
Fig.38 depicts the state in which the rotation body as depicted in the Fig. 31 is mounted between the holders(ll) above the handle(14) as depicted in the Fig. 29, tool the bolts(5) are inserted into the fix holes(13), and thus making the rotation body stopped.
Fig.39 depicts the state in which the pivot buttons(8) are pressed and the bolts(5) got out of the fix hole, and thus making the rotation body possible to rotate.
Fig. 40 depicts the state in which the rotation body is stopped after being turned at a fixed degree angle; in the state of the holders as depicted in the Fig. 29, more fix holes are made around the holder holes than in the states of the holders of the razors having a shaver head with three of four sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively, and thus making the rotation body possible to be turned and fixed at the angles of more various degrees, which can be more conveniently applied to other types of razors having a shaver head with multi-sides (such as five sides as depicted in the Fig. 41, six sides as depicted in the Fig. 42, and eight sides as depicted in the Fig.43) on which a group of blades are fixed respectively.
Fig.44 depicts the razor having a shaver head with four sides on which eight groups of blades are fixed at the each edge part respectively in accordance with the present invention; the shaver head as depicted in the Fig. 46 are mounted between the holders(ll) above the handle(14) as depicted in the Fig. 45. As for the handle and the holders above as depicted in the Fig. 45, different from those of the razors described above, the upper part of the handle and the lower part of the shaft of the holders are connected by the direction alteration pivot inserted into the pivot hole for alteration of direction of the handle(16A).
The shaver head depicted in the Fig. 46 has a side body like that as depicted in the Fig. 47 on the four sides; the double blades((Bla, BIb), (B2a, B2b)) are fixed on each edge part of the side bodies, and thus eight groups of double blades all told are installed.
Fig. 48 depicts the layout of the blades of the razor having a shaver
head with four sides on which a group of blades are fixed at the each edge part respectively as depicted in the Fig. 46; the double blades are installed on each edge part of the four sides of the shaver head.
The holders of the razor having a shaver head with four sides on which eight groups of blades are fixed - one group at the each edge part respectively in accordance with the present invention as depicted in the Fig. 49 can be pushed in the opposite direction, that is, from the right side to the left side as depicted in the Fig.50.
Fig. 51 and Fig. 52 depict the handles and the holders above independently, the holder in the state as depicted in the Fig. 51 can be pushed from the right side to the left side as depicted in the Fig.52.
Fig. 53 depicts the handle(14) alone', on the upper part of the handle are made the pivot holes for alteration of direction of the handle(16A), the handle direction fix holes(17A), and the handle button holes(18).
Fig. 54 depits the holders(ll) above the handle alone; the pivot holes for alteration of direction of the handle(16B) and the holder direction fix hole((17B), (17C)) are made at the lower part of the shaft of the holders, respectively.
Fig. 55 depicts the state in which the handle button and direction fix pin unit as depicted in the Fig. 63 is installed in the handle depicted in the Fig.53.
In the state as depicted in the Fig. 55, if the button(15) is pressed, the direction fix pin(19) is pushed back out of the handle direction fix hole(17A).
Fig.57 depicts the state in which the upper part of the handle and the lower part(21) of the shaft of the holders is connected by the direction alteraton pivot(20) and the state when the handle button and direction fix pin unit is installed. If the directin fix pin(19) is placed in the handle direction fix hole(17A) like this, the direction fix pin(19) goes through the holder direction fix hole(17A) or the holder direction fix hole(17C), bolting so that the holders above the handle can not be pushed left nor right.
Fig. 58 depicts the state in which the button(15)is pressed, compared with the state of it as depicted in the Fig. 57, and the direction fix pin is pushed back out of the handle direction fix hole(17A) so that the holders above the handle can be pushed to the left side or to the right side.
Fig.59 depicts the state in which the upper part of the handle and the lower part(21) of the shaft of the holders is connected by the direction alteration pivot(20) inserted into the pivot hole for alteration of direction of the handle(16A) so that the shaft of the holders is pushed to the right fixed with the direction fix pin(19) inserted into the holder direction fix hole(17B).
Fig. 60 depicts the state in which the shaft of the holders above the handle is pushed to the left and fixed, contrary to the state as depicted in the Fig.59.
Fig. 61 depicts the state in which the upper part of handle and the lower part(21) of the shaft of the holder is connected by the direction alteration pivot(20) inserted into the pivot hole for alteration of directin of the handle; the holder is pushed to the left fixed with the direction fix pin inserted into the handle direction fix hole(17A) and the holder direction fix hole(17C).
Fig. 62, contrary to the state depicted in the Fig. 61, depicts the state in which the shaft of the holders above the handle is pushed to the right and fixed.
The handle and directin fix pin unit depicted in the Fig.63 is fixed a handle button on the end part of the shaft(24) of the handle button. And Fig. 64 depicts the manner the handle button is fixed to the end part of the shaft(24) of the handle button. The handle button and direction fix pin unit comprising a shaft of the handle button(24), a directin fix pin(19), and the support rod(23) is composed of elastic material so that it can return to its original form after being bent.
Accordingly, the blades of BIa, BIb, B3a, B3b, B5a, B5b, B7a, B7b can be used by rotating the shaver head of the razor as depicted in the Fig 49 to
the right side by an angle of fixed degrees, and then the blades of B2a, B2b, B4a, B4b, B6a, B6b, B8a, B8b can be used by pushing the holder to the left side as depicted in the Fig. 50 and turning the shaver head by a fixed degree angle to the left side; thus, all the eight groups of the blades can be used with a single razor.
Fig. 65 depicts the razor having a shaver head with six sides on which a group of blades are fixed at the each edge part respectively, which is almost similar to the razor having a shaver head with four sides on which a group of blades are fixed at the each edge part respectively depicted in the Fig. 44 in structure. However, the holders above the handle as depicted in the Fig. 66 like those as depicted in the Fig. 29, have several fix holes around the holder holes(l2).
Accordingly, three side bodies like that as depicted in the Fig.67 are fixed on the three sides of the shaver head. And the layout of the blades is depicted in the Fig. 69. The three groups of blades on the three sides of the shaver head can be used one by one by turning the shaver head by a fixed degree angle to the right side; while the other three groups of the blades on the opposite sides can be used one by one by pushing the holders to the left and turning the shaver head by a fixed degree angle to the left; thus, all the six groups of the blades can be used with a single razor.
As mentioned in the razor having a shaver head with three sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively as depicted in the Fig. 28, the holders on which several fix holes(13) are made around the holder holes can be applied to the various types of razor whose shaver heades have two sides or more than two sides on which blades are fixed.
Fig. 70 depicts a razor having a shaver head with two sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively in accordance with the present invention; the shaver head as depicted in the Fig. 72 is mounted between the holders above the handle as depicted in the Fig. 71. The holders of the razor having a shaver head with two sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively depicted in the Fig. 71, different from that depicted in
the Fig. 3, have holder pivots(26) and holder bolts(27) in stead of the holder holes(12) and fix holes.
The shaver head of the present razor having a shaver head with two sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively also, different from that of the razro of having a shaver head with two sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively depicted in the Fig. 1, has holder pivot holes(28) and holder bolt holes(20) on both sides of it in stead of the rotation body between the front side body and the back side body.
Fig.73 depicts the layout of the blades of the shaver head depicted in the Fig. 72; double blades are fixed not only on the upper part of the front side of the shaver head but also on the lower part of the back side.
Accordingly, the holder bolts(27) are inserted into the holder bolt holes of the shaver head, making the shaver head stopped and unable to rotate back and forth.
If the buttons(25) are pressed as depicted in the Fig. 74 in the direction of the arrows, however, the holder bolts(27) get out of the holder bolt holes(29) and make it possible for the shaver head to rotate 360 degrees back and forth. After using the blades on the front side of the shaver head, the othe blades on the back side of the shaver head also can be used by rotating the shaver head in the opposite direction. Thus, it is possbible to use both the two groups of the blades of the two sides of the shaver head respectively with a single razor.
Fig. 75 depicts a sping(S) which is to be fixed between both the buttons(25); the spring pressed by the buttons(25) as depicted in the Fig. 74 returns to its original form as soon as the buttons pressed are undone as depicted in the Fig.70.
Fig. 76 depicts a razor having a shaver head with three sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively in accordance with the present invention; the shaver head as depicted in the Fig. 78 is mounted between the holders as depicted in the Fig.77.
Fig 79 depicts the layout of the blades of the shaver head depicted in
the Fig.78.
If the buttons(25) of the razor having a shaver head with three sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively are pressed in the direction of the arrows in the similar manner as depicted in the Fig.74, it became possible for the shaver head to turn back and forth as depicted in the Fig. 80. Accordingly, after using the blades on one side of the shaver head, the other blades on the other sides of the shaver head can be used by turning the shaver head back and forth by a fixed degree anlge. Thus, all the three groups of blades on the three sides of the shaver head can be used with a single razor.
Fig. 81 depicts the state in which the buttons(25) each side are pressed and the holder bolts on the upper parts of the holders are widened to each side.
Fig.82 depicts a razor having a shaver head with four sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively in accordance with the present invention; the shaver head which has four sides on which blades are fixed as depicted in the Fig.83 is mounted between the holders above the handle.
Fig. 84 depicts the layout of the blades of the razor having a shaver head with two sides on which the blades are fixed respectively as mentioned above.
Accordingly, when the buttons(25) are pressed in the direction of the arrow in the manner as depicted in the Fig. 85, the shaver head of the razor having a shaver head with four sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively can rotate 360 degree, back and forth; and thus after the blades on one side of the shaver head are used, the other groups of the blades on the other sides can be used one group by one group by turning the shaver head by a fixed degree angle.
In the same manner, the shaver heads of the razor having five, six, and eight sides on which a group of blades are fixed respectively as depicted in the Fig. 86, Fig. 87, and Fig. 88, can be mounted between the holders above the handle as depicted in the Fig.77.
On the other hand, Fig. 89 depicts a shaver head which is designed to be mounted between the holders above the handle and it can swing at a fixed degree angle back and forth, reducing the impact of the blades against the skin for a safe and smooth shaving. A side plate depicted in the Fig. 90 is fixed to each side of the shaver head.
Fig.91 depicts the view of the back side of the side plate depicted in the Fig. 90; an inner circular plate depicted in the Fig. 93 is mounted on the side plate depicted in the Fig. 92 with the side axle inserted into the holder pivot hole; and tension springs(S2) are connected between the side plate and the inner circular plate in the manner as depicted in the Fig.94.
Fig. 95 depicts the state in which a side plate is fixed to each side of the shaver head respectively; here, the holder bolt grooves(35) are placed at the center of the swing grooves(30) as depicted in the Fig.96.
Fig. 97 depicts the state of the shaver head where the inner circular plates(400) are turned a bit degrees anticlockwise with the inner circular plate hole(34) as their center, and thus the holder bolt grooves(35) are turned a bit degrees from the center of the swing grooves(30) anticolockwise.
Fig. 99 depicts the state of the shaver head where the inner circular plates, contrary to the case depicted in the Fig. 98, the inner circular plates(400) are turned a bit degrees clockwise with the inner circular plate holes(34) as their center, and thus the holder bolt grooves(35) are turned a bit degrees from the center of the swing grooves clockwise.
Accordingly, the shaver head mentioned above which can swing some degrees back and forth is mounted between the holders above the handle, with the holder pivot(26) inserted into the holder pivot hole(28), and can rotate back and forth on its axis; the holder volt(27) is placed within the hole where the swing groove(30) and the holder bolt groove(35) cross each other.
The shaver head can swing in use along the swing groove(30) at some degree angle, helping reduce the impact of the blade against the skin for safe and smooth shavings.
Fig. 101 depicts the shaver head having four sides on which the blades
are fixed, different from the shaver head having three sides on which the blades are fixed, which can swing at a fixed degree angle along the swing groove(30), too.
