Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif articulé pour le meulage et le polissage d'objets ronds avec une bande sans fin, qui est une solution idéale pour le meulage et le polissage élevé de tubes et coudes faits de divers matériaux, tels que de l'acier, en particulier de l'acier inoxydable, du laiton, du bois et de la pierre. Le dispositif doit être fixé à un outil électrique portatif, comme accessoire spécial. Le dispositif comprend : le bras de support (A), par lequel le dispositif est relié à l'outil électrique (F), le bras oscillant (B), relié à pivotement au bras de support, le rouleau d'entraînement (C), entraînant la bande sans fin, le rouleau de support (D), étirant la bande, le rouleau rotatif (E) avec le manche (8), oscillant avec le bras oscillant, et le ressort (25) ramenant le bras oscillant à la position initiale après oscillation. Par comparaison aux meuleuses existantes, le dispositif permet une meilleure qualité et un traitement plus rapide à des vitesses de rotation plus faibles. La meuleuse appuie, par le dispositif, contre l'objet qui est traité, protégeant ainsi les articulations de l'opérateur. Le dispositif articulé permet un meulage et un polissage de qualité d'objets ronds, de 180° à 270°, en fonction du diamètre de l'objet traité.
