Abstract
When tensile test is started, output signals from a load cell (19), an encoder (17) and each strain gauge (18a, 18b) are taken into a controller (30) every sample time and stored in a memory (30M). A graph of stroke vs test force common to all channels is then displayed. When an upper yield point (YP) is specified by means of a mouse, an outlet box (BX1) is displayed in the vicinity thereof. In the box (BX1), data of upper yield point of all channels is displayed as follows; “testing machine force: 100N, stroke: 10 mm, time: 7 sec, strain gauge 1: 3.2 μ st, strain gauge 2: 5.0 μ st”.
