Abstract

Transportable headpiece adaptable to all types of seats for personal use, of the cushion-type formed by a foldable and inflatable laminar part which fits between the head and headrest of the seat and includes insufflation means for inflating and deflating of the part, characterised in that said inflatable part has a front face and a back face which are opposed and differentiated, where the front face is intended to adapt to the back of the head of the user, and where the other back face is designed to rest on the seat.

Description

TRANSPORTABLE AND ADAPTABLE HEAD TO ALL TYPES OF PERSONAL SEATS

DESCRIPTION The present invention aims at a transportable head and adaptable to all types of seats for personal use, and enabled as a cushion, to be positioned between the user's head and the seat, and thus allow a correct rest and repose of the user's head on it.

It is known to everyone that falling asleep while sitting in a seat can be uncomfortable and even dangerous, because there can be a seizure of the neck muscles, torticolis and even injuries to the cervical area or the head, especially if that seat belongs to A moving vehicle.

In this sense, the logical fatigue of long-term trips causes muscular contractions, which causes back pain at the level of the cervical, shoulders, arms, and base of the skull.

Such a situation is likely to end up contributing to the generation of chronic injuries.

The technical solution that the present invention proposes, involves the use of an ergonomic element correctly positioned between the seated user and the seat itself, which helps the rest of the user who is sitting in the seat and without the need for him to leave his position of sitting, and also holding the head laterally, and the back and front. With this, in addition to an optimal rest, it can be accompanied even with a massage-type action facilitated by the constituent tissue of the invention itself, suitably antiallergic, and which covers the invention in its part of contact with the user's head, and that also exerting a clamping action of the muscles, lateral and posterior of the head, avoid abrupt displacements of the head caused by braking or unavoidable sudden movements in the usual traffic of vehicles, preventing injuries to occur at the level of the spine and cervical.

The invention contributes to the relaxation of the cervical area, by avoiding head oscillations, and decreases the consequent discomfort and even possible neck and cervical injuries that the user may suffer in case of sleeping while sitting in the seat. of a vehicle (air, land or water) in motion.

The present invention is extensible, in its use, to all types of seats or rest instruments used continuously by the user, such as office seats, armchairs, bunk beds, etc., in which the user wishes to increase the performance rest offered by the seat itself.

More particularly, the present invention consists of a transportable head adaptable to seats for personal use, of the cushion type constituted by a foldable laminar piece of inflatable nature that is placed between the head and the headrest of the seat comprising air insufflation means for swollen and deflated of the piece, characterized in that said inflatable piece has an opposite and differentiated anterior face and a posterior face, the anterior face being adapted to adapt to the rear part of the head of the user, and the other rear face being intended to rest on the seat.

This arrangement of the head allows a correct support of the occipital part of the head on the head (which can optionally contribute to the clamping of the head) and, above all, allows the head to be rotated along axes perpendicular to the back of the seat by a slight pressure at a relatively high point on the side of the head. Preferably, the rear face has areas of non-slip material for adaptation to the seat. In this way complicated fasteners to the seat are not necessary.

Especially advantageously, the head is made up of three parts, a central part for support in the seat and two inflatable side parts for support of the side part of the user's face.

To smoothly avoid the aforementioned cervical rotation, also preferably, the lateral parts extend to provide support to the lateral part of the user's face located between the ear and the cheekbone, along the entire length between the jaw and the temples

Even more preferably, the head has non-inflatable seams of separation between said central part and the lateral parts.

In a preferred relationship, the central part consists essentially of a non-inflatable sheet material. More preferably, the central part has in its lower area corresponding to the user's neck an inflatable channel, which connects the inflatable side parts.

The transportable head and adaptable to all types of seats for personal use can also be presented characterized by comprising positioning means with the function of holding the piece in its correct position on the back of the seat while it is used, and comprising covering means of the user's face, and a means of securing the user's head in its correct position on the front face of the piece, and a means of ear protection, for the capping and protection of the user's ears, and usable when the This head is in its position in the piece.

These and other features will be better derived from the detailed description that follows, to facilitate which is accompanied by three sheets of explanatory drawings that illustrate a practical case of embodiment cited by way of illustration but not limiting the scope of the present invention. Figure 8 is a top plan view of the use of Figures 6 and 7. According to the object of the invention, the transportable head and adaptable to all types of seats for personal use, is designed to be placed between the the user's head and the part of the seat on which it rests, and thus allow its correct rest and rest.

Figures 1 to 3 show a first embodiment in the form of a transportable head and adaptable to all types of seats for personal use is formed by a single piece 1-inflatable (as a cushion), and suitable material for it, and sealed in all its contour, being able to find the aforementioned piece -1- in swelling arrangement or in deflation arrangement.

In figure 1 the piece -1- is represented in a deflated arrangement, while in figure 2 it is represented in a swollen arrangement.

The piece -1- has insufflation means -2-, which in this preferred embodiment are made by an insufflation valve -2'-, which allows the insufflation of air inside it directly by the user.

Piece -1- has two different faces.

An anterior face -3-, which is intended to directly contact the user's head -5-, and another posterior face -4- and in a position opposite to the anterior face

-3-, which is the one that contacts the seat part -6- where the head -5- is provided to rest (usually on the back of the seat -6-).

By means of the air insufflation action by the valve -2'-, the piece -1-, and as the air is introduced inside and thanks to the special and adequate configuration of its constituent material, it progressively passes from the deflation arrangement (figure 1) to the inflation arrangement (figure 2), being in the latter arrangement when the piece -1- is suitable for use.

Thus, it gradually acquires the necessary conformation for its adequate ergonomic adaptation to the back of the user's head -5-. In particular, with the inflation of the piece -1- and with the consequent progressive step of the deflation arrangement to the inflation arrangement, on the sides of the front face -3- protrusions protrude -3'- and -3 ' '- (figure 2).

As can be seen in Figure 3 (in which the piece -1- suitable and placed for use is shown and in a plan view from a higher perspective), when the piece -1- is already available swollen, it is placed between the seat back -6- and the user's own head -5-. When the user supports his head -5-, it is fitted on the front face -3- thanks to the physiognomy achieved in the swelling arrangement, and also with the added help of the projections -3'- and -3 '' - that contribute to support it laterally, since they also have an adequate and ergonomic coupling with the user's head -5-. The headrest -5- also contrasts and holds the piece -1- against the backrest of the seat -6-, being positioned for use.

In the line of the above, the front face -3- of the piece -1-, adopting an ergonomic shape suitable for the physiognomy of the human head, and with the help of the projections -3'- and -3 '' -, facilitates the best resting action of the occipital of the head -5- of the user, as well as the ideal adaptation of its sides, in an enveloping action of the skull and cervical.

Thanks to the lateral projections -3'- and -3 '' -, the total support of the head -5- is completed, and the maintenance of the correct position of all the main lateral muscles of the neck is obtained, as well as at the neck level.

The front face -3- also has a sector -3 '' '- central (which in the view of figure 3 is represented with a thicker stroke), and that allows to accompany even with an added massage action on the head - 5-, through a constitutive tissue suitable for this purpose, and antiallergic.

The piece -1- includes means -7- for positioning the seat -6-, which in this preferred embodiment are constituted by an overlapping tape -T- (which can be elastic, fabric, plastic, nylon, rubber, etc.) with closures -7 '' - at its ends (which can be for example sailboat, adjustable strap, etc.) with the function of contributing to fasten the piece -1- to the headrest or backrest of the seat - 6-, as shown in Figure 3.

The invention also includes means -8- for covering the user's face, and means -9- for holding of the head -5- of the user, which in this perfected arrangement are constituted respectively by an opaque mask -8'- for resting the eyes and tapes -9'-. As can be seen with the help of figure 3, using the mask -8'- a user's eye cover is achieved to protect them from possible excess light, and further contribute to their rest, and by means of tapes -9'- (which in this preferred embodiment also hold the mask -8'-) of elastic fabric fastened on the front face -3- of the piece -1-, when surrounding the head -5- of the user when it He wears the mask -8'-, decreases the sudden movements of the head -5- forward in case of brakes or steep descents of the vehicle, thereby improving passenger safety.

The invention is completed by means -10- of ear protection, in this preferred embodiment they are made by two tapes -10'- with the mission of holding two plugs -10 '' -, one for each ear, and whose function is that of minimizing noise and also helping the user to rest.

Figures 4 to 8 show a second embodiment of the head object of the present invention. In said figures 4 to 8, those elements similar or equivalent to those of the embodiment shown in figures 1 to 3 have been designated with identical numerals.

This embodiment has on the back side -4- zones -111-, -112-, -113- of non-slip material that favors the adaptation to the seat -6-, so that it is not necessary to fix it by other means. On the other hand, the embodiment of Figures 4 to 8 consists of three parts: a central part -101- and two lateral parts -102-, -103-. The lateral parts -102-, -103- are joined to the central part -101- through non-inflatable seams -104-, -105-, which allow the head to be folded along said seams.

The central part -101- is mainly constituted by a non-inflatable sheet, which allows direct support of the rear area of the head on the seat, without the intermediate of an air mattress. On the other hand, the lateral parts -102-, -103- are inclined. In the central part -101- at one of its ends (for example, at the end corresponding to the arcuate area of the neck), there is a channel -100- that exerts air passage between the lateral areas -102-, - 103- inflatables. This allows the presence of a single inflation device -2-.

On the other hand, as can be seen in figures 6 to 8, the lateral parts -102-, -103- extend to provide a support to the lateral part of the user's face located between the ear and the cheekbone, along the entire length between the jaw and temples. This allows to avoid unwanted turns of the vertebrae with a minimum pressure, since the contact area is wide and away from the turning point. In addition, the inflatable nature of the side parts gives great comfort.

Although the seat shown in Figure 7 has lugs or sides, a special advantage of the structure in three parts -101-, -102-, -103- being the central part -101- not inflatable, while the sides -102 -, -103- yes, it is that it does not result necessary the presence of lugs or sides in the seat -6- so that the head -1- exerts its function of support to the side of the user's face.

The explained invention has an ideal use either when arriving at home, after a long working day (in the case of its use by a sofa or office seat), or if necessary on trips or long-distance journeys that oblige for long hours to endure forced postures, which overload by muscular effort all the muscles that pass through the neck, which as is known are the main auxiliary of breathing.

This ensures that the muscles, regardless of facilitating the ideal position for proper breathing, when extending to the clavicle, cause contractions in shoulders and arms, injuring, over time, the spine as well as causing chest deviations that prevent proper breathing The invention shown may present the most relevant configuration and components for such functions. You can use the components described or any other suitable components to perform the same type of task. The invention, within its essentiality, can be put into practice in other embodiments that differ only in detail from that indicated by way of example, to which the protection sought will also be achieved. This invention can therefore be carried out with the most appropriate means, components and accessories, the component elements being able to be replaced others technically equivalent, as all of this falls within the claims.

Claims

1. Transportable head and adaptable to all types of seats for personal use, of the cushion type consisting of a foldable laminar piece of inflatable nature that is placed between the head and the headrest of the seat comprising air insufflation means for swelling and deflation of the piece, characterized in that said inflatable piece has an opposite and differentiated front face and a rear face, the front face being adapted to the rear part of the user's head, and the other rear face intended to rest on the seat .

2. Head according to claim 1, characterized in that the rear face has areas of non-slip material for adaptation to the seat.

3. Head according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it is constituted by three parts, a central part for support in the seat and two inflatable side parts for support of the lateral part of the user's face.

4. Head according to claim 3, characterized in that the lateral parts extend to provide support to the lateral part of the user's face located between the ear and the cheekbone, along the entire length between the jaw and the temples.

5. Head according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that it has non-inflatable seams of separation between said central part and the lateral parts.

12. Head according to any of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the front face has a contact area with the user's head with massage-like properties on it.

13. Head according to any of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the piece is swollen with a fluid medium other than air.
