Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de réseau téléphonique commuté public (RTCP) communiquant avec un sous-système multimédia IP. Dans le procédé de l'invention, une unité d'application de stratégie est insérée du côté du RTCP qui se trouve dans la couche de transmission d'un réseau porteur de charges IP au point adjacent du sous-système multimédia et du RTCP; après que la demande de trafic a été reçue du RTCP, le sous-système multimédia envoie une demande d'autorisation de qualité de service à un sous-système de commande d'admission de ressources; ce sous-système de commande d'admission de ressources effectue un traitement de garantie de qualité de service selon la demande d'autorisation de qualité de service, et envoie une stratégie de qualité de service à l'unité d'application de stratégie; l'unité d'application de stratégie met en oeuvre la stratégie de qualité de service. La qualité de service du flux de données est commandée par l'ajout de l'unité d'application de stratégie du côté du RTCP qui se trouve dans la couche de transmission d'un réseau porteur de charge IP.
